The garlic bread is just 2 slices of Iceland garlic baguette warmed up with nothing on at all chips were all soggy n stale and the cookie dough was all wet and soggy at the bottom. Should’ve took photos but most of it went in the bin

I've come here for years. Mostly getting their cake shakes and sometimes their cookie dough and waffles. Now I only come on Fridays as a treat - I don't lose weight like I used to :( Staff have always been friendly, food has always been made quickly and has always been delicious! It's why I have to limit myself to Fridays only lol.

Called up because we was missing part of our item when a lady answered the phone very rudely and just said call uber and ended the phone I’ve tried calling back multiple times and she keeps putting the phone down

We ordered our items and toppings were missing. 1st pic- As you can see, there is no white kinder Bueno, only the original. There is absolutely no ferrero roches and they put white choc sauce on it. The cookie dough also tasted burnt. 2nd pic- White kinder bueno, literally only received a waffle with white chocolate sauce and white choc sprinkles with a small piece of bueno through the middle of the waffle. 3rd pic- No ferrero roches either. Burnt cookie dough. The only order which they got right was the cookies and cream waffle. All of the items except that had problems with them. We had to pay extra for each topping which is absolutely fair enough, if you're getting them. We were never contacted to let us know that they had ran out of items or to offer an alternative or refund for items we paid for but couldn't have. I wouldn't recommend, and we won't be ordering again. Definitely not worth the amount of money paid

We like the food, it is nothing special but for the price it is tasty. However things have been missed off orders a couple of times through Uber Eats and they have not refunded.

The Macaroni and Cheese was 10/10 !!

The milk shake was not what i ordered. The crepe was cold, dry and tasteless.

Asked for lots of strawberries and hardly got any I even rang up and they were rude

The prices seem a lot but the portions are massive so it’s worth it - have bought here a couple of times and it’s really good quality and tasty would recommend.

One of the ones ordered in the picture came with marshmallows but didn’t arrive with them which then ended in one child not having marshmallows and one did. So very disappointed

We ordered the Tennessee Chicken burger and a Kinder cookie dough and both were amazing. I would definitely order again.

Said 30-35 mins delivery. 1 hour 40 mins later + 2 phone calls ended up cancelling as still wasn’t sent out (even thought was told it was on its way on 1st phone call) didn’t apologise!

Honestly wouldn’t bother ordering from here. Waited over an hour after ordering, for my food to then be late by another 40minutes. Very unsatisfied with the customer service. I was being told different times when my food was meant to arrive. Ended up calling the restaurant about 5 times for updates on how long my food would be.

turned up fast , knocked on my door like they were the Gestapo and i had just tweeted a fact the labour party disagree with , hardly any toppings , stale biscuits and brown banana on the melted slush that was supposed to be ice cream 👎🏻 never again

Cake was stale hardly what you expect from a dessert takeaway. Next time I’ll just go somewhere else there’s loads of places to choose from

Rang the restaurant to check ingredients of smoothie, didn’t state it contained dairy so couldn’t drink the smoothies. Should’ve come with free ice cream but didn’t. Refused a refund even though we specifically rang the restaurant to check if it had dairy . absolute joke don’t order from here

i am absolutely horrified, i rang up and there was no answer and then i tried again and he said he will be with you shortly and still didn’t turn up for about 30 minutes after that! i am absolutely furious!

I can’t describe enough how amazing this food is. We have traveled a lot and some 5 star Restaurants don’t even compete with this quality of food. It is fresh and delicious, definitely going to stay as my go to takeaway!

Sent us an order covered in Nutella! We specifically ordered something without nuts due to an allergy. Absolutely unacceptable. Should not be passing food safety with those mistakes!!

hi we are missing a can of coca cola and a milkshake and also my chicken burger didn’t state online that it was a spicy chicken burger and there’s no cheese on it, i would like a refund please i would give you 5 star because the cheeseburger was really nice and so was the chips but because we have missing things it’s a 3 thankyou x

it came cold, no bag, without receipt, and the young lad just put it on my door step i am incredibly disappointed, let alone there was no sauce on the waffle.

The Food was very wet , nachos was full of oil . Cheese have no taste . The waffle have one piece or two of strawberries. And it is disgusting couldn’t eat it . The order arrived after 1 hour from the estimated time even that they put it arrived on the time frame . Called them more than one time no one answered. Worst experience ever !!!

very over priced for what you get . 4/5 scoops of ice cream with a bit of chocolate sauce for nearly £20 . very unreasonable.

Upon delivery, I was advised that there'd been a mistake with my order and I was one item short. Delivery man said he'd be back in 20 minutes with the remainder of the order. That was 2 hours ago... tried to call restaurant but it keeps ringing out.

Ordered food asked for plain double chicken burger the man in phone even repeated the word plain. It come with salad and sauce so we called up the guy on phone said we was lying over a burger after spending £35 😂. Won’t be ordering again and cakes are defo frozen. They did then send a plain burger after a heated argument. I returned the burger with salad and sauce on so I have clearly gained nothing out of it 😂. The delivery man was very nice though.

Bangin burgers, fantastic fries and massive milkshakes!! Absolutely love this place NEVER had a bad meal. Just finished a stack burger and in the words of Samual Jackson “that is a tasty burger”. Definitely found my new takeaway. Keep up the good work guys

Crepe was burnt, could smell it and taste it. I ordered a strawberry and banana one and the banana was brown and there was less than a strawberry on the crepe and less than half a banana. Cornflake tart was mediocre at best as was very hard. Milkshake was the only decent thing. And everything was cold, chocolate on the crepe was solid when it arrived and I ordered my cornflakes tart to be warm and that was cold when I got it. Overall not satisfied with my order at all.

Burgers are not 5” they are really small about 2/3 inch. The shakes are NOT what’s advertised at all! I ordered the Easter bunny shake which stated it had cream egg in which it didn’t! Also the only thing it was topped with was marshmallows. Really bland and boring
