Ordered a crepe and a milkshake last night Crepe was badly burnt and thrown together and the milkshake was literally milk and chopped up Oreo’s Will never order from here again Absolutely shocking for the price🥵

I got food poisining from the fresh strawberries on the crepe and on the waffle

Cake was stale hardly what you expect from a dessert takeaway. Next time I’ll just go somewhere else there’s loads of places to choose from

rang to ask if it had dairy in milkshake guy said no but when it arrived had dairy in it?

Rang the restaurant to check ingredients of smoothie, didn’t state it contained dairy so couldn’t drink the smoothies. Should’ve come with free ice cream but didn’t. Refused a refund even though we specifically rang the restaurant to check if it had dairy . absolute joke don’t order from here

Lovely food nice and hot and deserts to die for

i am absolutely horrified, i rang up and there was no answer and then i tried again and he said he will be with you shortly and still didn’t turn up for about 30 minutes after that! i am absolutely furious!

The cake and custard (Which was supposed to be hot) was freezing

I can’t describe enough how amazing this food is. We have traveled a lot and some 5 star Restaurants don’t even compete with this quality of food. It is fresh and delicious, definitely going to stay as my go to takeaway!

Sent us an order covered in Nutella! We specifically ordered something without nuts due to an allergy. Absolutely unacceptable. Should not be passing food safety with those mistakes!!

hi we are missing a can of coca cola and a milkshake and also my chicken burger didn’t state online that it was a spicy chicken burger and there’s no cheese on it, i would like a refund please i would give you 5 star because the cheeseburger was really nice and so was the chips but because we have missing things it’s a 3 thankyou x

it came cold, no bag, without receipt, and the young lad just put it on my door step i am incredibly disappointed, let alone there was no sauce on the waffle.

Crepe was burnt but cold and didn't have any chocolate sauce on. This was after having to wait for it for an extra 30 mins because they gave us the wrong order

The Food was very wet , nachos was full of oil . Cheese have no taste . The waffle have one piece or two of strawberries. And it is disgusting couldn’t eat it . The order arrived after 1 hour from the estimated time even that they put it arrived on the time frame . Called them more than one time no one answered. Worst experience ever !!!

very over priced for what you get . 4/5 scoops of ice cream with a bit of chocolate sauce for nearly £20 . very unreasonable.

Upon delivery, I was advised that there'd been a mistake with my order and I was one item short. Delivery man said he'd be back in 20 minutes with the remainder of the order. That was 2 hours ago... tried to call restaurant but it keeps ringing out.

Ordered food asked for plain double chicken burger the man in phone even repeated the word plain. It come with salad and sauce so we called up the guy on phone said we was lying over a burger after spending £35 😂. Won’t be ordering again and cakes are defo frozen. They did then send a plain burger after a heated argument. I returned the burger with salad and sauce on so I have clearly gained nothing out of it 😂. The delivery man was very nice though.

Bangin burgers, fantastic fries and massive milkshakes!! Absolutely love this place NEVER had a bad meal. Just finished a stack burger and in the words of Samual Jackson “that is a tasty burger”. Definitely found my new takeaway. Keep up the good work guys

Crepe was burnt, could smell it and taste it. I ordered a strawberry and banana one and the banana was brown and there was less than a strawberry on the crepe and less than half a banana. Cornflake tart was mediocre at best as was very hard. Milkshake was the only decent thing. And everything was cold, chocolate on the crepe was solid when it arrived and I ordered my cornflakes tart to be warm and that was cold when I got it. Overall not satisfied with my order at all.

Burgers are not 5” they are really small about 2/3 inch. The shakes are NOT what’s advertised at all! I ordered the Easter bunny shake which stated it had cream egg in which it didn’t! Also the only thing it was topped with was marshmallows. Really bland and boring

We ordered a crepe with Nutella and strawberries. The crepe came with bananas on not strawberries. Unfortunately this went to waste as my partner is allergic to bananas. We called the restaurant but there was no answer. Won’t be ordering again.

Half the order completely wrong, useless

Usually food from here is always good. But tonight crepe was rubbery, and dry. And I ordered a tropical smoothie yet for some reason the smoothies are more like a milkshake and just taste of ice cream/milk. Not a smoothie.

Absolutely disgusting. Crepes were freezing cold yet burnt. They were picked up 5 minutes before the order time on just eat, so technically shouldn’t have even been ready yet. Awful. Called up to explain and they accused me of changing my story and said they were unwilling to do anything about it. Awful food and terrible customer service.

Missing item clearly said on order so it was not my error . Rang them up he told me it was driver error even though the driver checked his car for the missing item . Absolutely rude tbh I’ve ordered from here loads of times in the past but I will not order again ! I was told I’d have to pay to have the missing item delivered when none of this is my fault , not amused tbh

I ordered lotus churros and a chocolate fudge cake with custard. The churros came hard and stale with a pool of lotus sauce at the bottom of the tray. The cake was dry and there was no custard. Such a simple order I’m confused how it can be messed up ?

Terrible service, order not received 2 hours later and I’m still waiting. Tried calling and texting the number with no response. Do not order from here. They will just take your money

Wow the cheek of it order 2 shakes and a ice cream and cake through deliveroo driver turns up at my house with a waffle in a box tell him it's the wrong order he dissapears I phone frozen moments guy tells me deliveroo driver given my order to another customer and he isn't prepared to re do the order as he would be out of pocket ,got to wait 10 days now for a refund what a joke not the first time frozen moments has had me over but can safely say it will be the last.

Do not order, customer service is terrible. They do not answer their phone, my order was well over an hour late and after speaking to them 3 times all they kept saying was 5 minutes. STAY AWAY!!!!

I normally order from frozen moments at home on the app and never usually have a problem, the food is always alright and everything I ask for is great. However, yesterday I decided to actually go to the shop and order from inside to be treated like I shouldn’t be there in a way, basically the woman wasn’t very welcoming or friendly, in fact she seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all. She took our order and seemed very rude about it and then made a mistake as we asked for “chocolate sauce” on our waffle and pancake only for her to put syrup on it… so our dessert was dry as anything. She did repeat back to us “chocolate sauce” and we said yes we would like that, however even on the recipe she put it down as syrup. Such a shame, as we normally love this place but they definitely aren’t as nice in person or welcoming at all!!!

Is the second time when I order milkshake from them and I'm waiting over one hour. They based in heywood and I live in Heywood maybe 10 minutes away from them. When I call them they told me that they are busy. Why they lie. Why people have to wait so long. I order just one milkshake. That's a joke.

Ordered a slice of cake and one scoop of ice cream, both of them tasted absolutely horrible .. they tasted like they were out of date .. never again.

Took a bit of a detour whilst walking the dog and thought I would treat my son for when I got home with something sweet. Didn’t start well when I was charged incorrectly against what was advertised and was told the prices had changed! I explained it was illegal and they should honour what is advertised, only to be completely ignored! No sorry or explanation, nothing! The workers looked unhappy and the atmosphere certainly was not welcoming. Service is everything in an industry like this. To be dismissed as opposed to having the manager give an explanation is just not acceptable. It will define whether I go back or not and whether I trust this business. Your customers are what keep you in business and this is not how you go about dealing with situations where trading standards are set in place to guide you. You are the example of why locals don’t want to do business with local businesses!

Just bought a Ferraro milkshake. Normally very good. Today he put chocolate ice cream in. Ask him why and he said he normally does which is a lie. Taste like cold chocolate milk not a milkshake. Lost me as a customer for good!!!

Ordered from here last night at 9.20pm. We didn’t receive the order till 11.45pm. I ordered the old school cake with custard and churros which was cold, and the cake being hard. Then ordered a chicken strip meal and a chicken roll meal. To receive a chicken burger meal with no sauce or salad that was all dried up the chips was cold and dry too. Also then received a beef burger that was undercooked dry and cold with cold dry chips. I’m 9 months pregnant and couldn’t eat any of it as didn’t want to risk becoming I’ll. the delivery driver also pulled up to my house loudly with music blasting out the car on a late Sunday night when I live on a quiet estate with children and elderly people around me. So I called the restaurant who was rude and said they was busy and they’ll get the right order out straight away and was waiting for them to come but never came. Horrible service! Horrible food!
