The order did not arrive it has been delivered to someone elses address! I would like a refund asap or a replacement!!

Food was warm on arrival and the rice had about 3 spoons of rice in it. The delivery time kept on changing constantly too, despite the driver being shown as Al being there for about 15 minutes

Staff are so rude. The young chap who thinks it's a good idea to shout abuse at autistic children. He would not give me his name to make a complaint. Waited 55mins for our food and it was stone cold and rock hard. Asked for it to be made fresh I was them told if I don't like it then go somewhere else. There where teens in there fighting and shouting. The place was a mess the toilet stunk same as the shop. Sent head office a email and they won't reply to me. Sums KFC up really. Shame I didn't get it on film as the press would of loved it.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING HORRIBLE DELIVERY WOMAN! So so rude and inconsiderate, there was a driveway for her to park on and she parked in the road saying there was no parking and really rudely TOLD me to come out of my house and garden and get it from her. I said I can’t because I have a really bad back and she dropped it in the rain on my wall. She should not be working with any people or providing a service cause quite frankly she is a disgrace and she doesn’t do her job!!!

Found fly eggs in my 6.99 8 peice mini fillets not happy about it. The staff seem nice but there is a serious need for new food hygiene regulations, cause no matter what you tell me that is not acceptable. I still have receipts and original packaging so i would expect a refund. To futher drive my case i will document futher to see if these fly eggs will hatch into maggots and update further.

Without doubt the worst ‘fast’ food / takeaway I’ve used. I’ve been to Mombasa, Nairobi & Cairo and have eaten better food there, which is saying something. The open meat market in Stone Town Zanzibar has less waste laying about than this KFC site. Truly awful to the point I’d rather go hungry.

Did not read the notes I the comment so cud not eat the burger as was in edible never sent the chips or popcorn chicken stage really need to look at orders be for that start to pack them

Ordered and paid for delivery. 90 minutes later they cancelled the order at 10pm, leaving me without food and nowhere to order from. Wouldn't return if the food was free, deleted the app. Member of staff on phone could not have cared less, probably didn't possess the capacity to do so.

This occasion everything was perfect

Firstly chips were cold. Toilets not clean at 11am in morning. Yellow signs out rubbish all over floor. Glass filthy as were backs of seats. Meant to be cream...brown!! STAINS. Disabled parking was taken up by boy racers..no manager with any attention to details... No napkins. No straws. Basically a mess of a shop.

Took over an hour for a fillet burger and boneless banquet from a KFC 15 min drive from my house, once it finally arrived it was cold to the point where my gravy was congealed. Absolutely awful.

Favourite Kentucky - absolute delicious and enjoyed thoroughly.

We both ordered a boneless banquet and selected a drink, side and dip to go with it. These were disregarded and we received random combinations. The meals were 25 minutes late. However it was delicious. It’s just a shame it is not what we ordered

Awful service tonight. Paid for extra portion of beans and 1.5ltr bottle of Diet Coke, both of which were missing. On being delivered I quickly realised the bottled drink was missing and questioned the delivery driver - he just shrugged a couple of times and walked off. Absolutely shocking customer service, more so to somebody who has spent a considerable amount with Just Eat in the past couple of weeks. Disappointed doesn't get anywhere near how I feel about tonight's offering. 0/10.

Went in to paighton branch purchased a 6 piece bucket large gray having been in before asked the assistant not to put in all legs only to finned once returned home we had 4 legs 1wing 1 thigh piece very annoyed

most of the order was missing, there was no lid on the chicken. the dips were missing and sides and fries missing. No wonder they were early! never again.

Ordered food eventually, came very quickly, but it was stale, cold and totally unacceptable. This can be common when it's quiet. Junior manager had a terrible attitude & zero customer service skills. Needs professional adults, not just kids.

KFC Paignton fluctuates, sometimes the service is really good and the food is awesome. Unfortunately though that is only "sometimes". The rest of the time, the food isn't great, went and sat in the other day, the tables were all pretty dirty, it wasn't really busy either, only a few people in there, the food was just super greasy, not the crispy chicken you expect from KFC. I wouldn't not use them but it sucks you have to hope that it's a good day and the foods nice. Needs to be more consistent!

Over 30minutes late, then the driver dropped the food all over my doorstep, didnt speak at all, no apology and ran back to his car!!!

Our recent visit to KFC in Paignton was absolutely awful. It was 18.00 in the evening, the whole place was dirty, staff could not careless and they were rude and could not get the order correct, had run out of so many things but just shrugged their shoulders, when we eventually got the food it was cold. Won’t be going again!!!!

This KFC has a lot of bad reviews, we've never really had a problem with the food. Always cooked really well. Sometimes, yes, the staff forget something you've ordered but by simply asking politely for the missed item they rectify it quickly.

Drive through useless and ‘supervisor’ even worse. Got my order wrong, instead of apologising and trying to fix simply said there’s nothing they can do as I’m now in the drive through so I’ll have to have what I’m given. I say you can bring me a card reader to fix it I’ll pay the difference but I want the right order. ‘Supervisor’ says nothing she can do here I’ll have to go back around and slams the door shut. I drive around and walk in instead for a refund, she can’t even be bothered to come and apologise and refund it herself, just tells the cashier to give cash to get rid of him. This place is trash customer service they can’t even be bothered to get the bare minimum done.

Still dirty, still getting orders wrong.. voted the worst kfc in England for good reason
