KFC Paignton - Brixham Rd in Torbay

It’s a fast paced KFC with mostly working people turning up , for a fast pick up, average KFC not much atmosphere due to people coming and go . I have used the KFC for the first time, and gave me 2 free wings.

Food order was correct, which makes a change. Whilst it wasn't busy inside, the floor was dirty with debris everywhere. Handwritten signs saying to use the kiosks to order. There is no atmosphere, not like when you go to other fast food chains in the area. I wish someone could turn this place around!

I ordered for 7.30pm, got home at 7.25 pm and it was on doorstep. Freezing cold

Food was early. Driver polite and friendly and professional.

Just paid £12 for 2pieces chicken and fries chicken looks like it had been heated up (last night ) perhaps and fries cold to be fair to just eat they have agreed to refund.

no mash only got a note saying sorry. gravy spilt inside chicken

there was no variety in the original 6pc bucket just wings and the chips and no seasoning

The worst KFC I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot, the chicken was dry the chips were overcooked and floppy because they’d been heated in the microwave, really really disappointing I will never use them again or just eat I’m deleting the app after I get a reply 😤

It was more salty and did not have the expected taste .

Always a treat, wish it was hotter on delivery.

Im not happy with the food as the gravy as leaked out all over the food and this keeps on happening why not tape the pots to stop it happening costumers are paying alot of money and get poor service and packaging. Iv had it delivered and iv picked up my self so not delivery drivers falt. Kfc need to have a better stranded. So now the food iv paid for is ruined and I paid £30 for a bucket. It's not on or far to good paying customers. 😣

The delivery guy didn’t ring the bell instead he called my phone, he did not come upstairs, he was repeatedly asking “show me the code” at the door. other delivery people are nice and come upstairs and simply deliver the item. I don’t have any problem going downstairs or giving the code but his type of behaviour and repeating a question was not nice. He behaved the same previously. Please consider my comment, and if it’s possible send someone else rather than him.

Popcorn and gravy missing from delivery

Food was a little on the cold side 😞 Delivery driver was polite and friendly on delivery. Drinks can was kept cold which was nice 🙂

Came out a lot faster than went in

The burger was cold, the garden salad was poor, just a tiny bit of lettuce and tiny bit of sweetcorn, will never order from kfc again

Check your order, paid for 4 fillets received 3 but had already driven back to Torquay by then ....KFC have responded but no offer to put it right in future or offer if refund of the difference in payment for a smaller meal. Their response suggests they will take on board and learn from the comments and then a few weeks later someone else reviews that they didn't get correct order .... Nothing learnt then

order took an hour from order to delivery with the original time being 25 minutes after order placed and updating to 1 hour

Once again, missing items. I have literally worked at KFC before, so I know how stressful (like any job) it can be, but seriously, get some glasses, get some lessons and learn to read the order and pack the order to match the receipt. issues with deliveries seems endemic but this store seems to have some real issues, maybe it's one particular shift leader or team member responsible for it.

the quality of what was actually delivered was OK, quite cold but edible. however items were missing from this order which was really disappointing and now we need to try and arrange a refund for what was missing. I hope it's a straight forward process!

Waited for ages, then when drove away and got hone, found they had given us the wrong order. A lot less than we paid for. I suppose that's what happens when you employ silly kids that spend more time consulting or checking their phones.

No burgers were sent, items were substituted for pots of gravy without asking first, other items missing. Total joke, no meal arrrived just a collection of random substituted sides. No correspondence from the restaurant

Food was perfect, with the order precision spot on. Complex four person order ready at the collection point with 10 minutes. Restaurant was clean and the toilets spotless. 2nd visit, 11 months apart. All the above stands.

Never receive a full order. Always one or two items missing but money taken from assistants.

Food was warm on arrival and the rice had about 3 spoons of rice in it. The delivery time kept on changing constantly too, despite the driver being shown as Al being there for about 15 minutes

Staff are so rude. The young chap who thinks it's a good idea to shout abuse at autistic children. He would not give me his name to make a complaint. Waited 55mins for our food and it was stone cold and rock hard. Asked for it to be made fresh I was them told if I don't like it then go somewhere else. There where teens in there fighting and shouting. The place was a mess the toilet stunk same as the shop. Sent head office a email and they won't reply to me. Sums KFC up really. Shame I didn't get it on film as the press would of loved it.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING HORRIBLE DELIVERY WOMAN! So so rude and inconsiderate, there was a driveway for her to park on and she parked in the road saying there was no parking and really rudely TOLD me to come out of my house and garden and get it from her. I said I can’t because I have a really bad back and she dropped it in the rain on my wall. She should not be working with any people or providing a service cause quite frankly she is a disgrace and she doesn’t do her job!!!

Found fly eggs in my 6.99 8 peice mini fillets not happy about it. The staff seem nice but there is a serious need for new food hygiene regulations, cause no matter what you tell me that is not acceptable. I still have receipts and original packaging so i would expect a refund. To futher drive my case i will document futher to see if these fly eggs will hatch into maggots and update further.

Without doubt the worst ‘fast’ food / takeaway I’ve used. I’ve been to Mombasa, Nairobi & Cairo and have eaten better food there, which is saying something. The open meat market in Stone Town Zanzibar has less waste laying about than this KFC site. Truly awful to the point I’d rather go hungry.

Ordered and paid for delivery. 90 minutes later they cancelled the order at 10pm, leaving me without food and nowhere to order from. Wouldn't return if the food was free, deleted the app. Member of staff on phone could not have cared less, probably didn't possess the capacity to do so.

This occasion everything was perfect

Firstly chips were cold. Toilets not clean at 11am in morning. Yellow signs out rubbish all over floor. Glass filthy as were backs of seats. Meant to be cream...brown!! STAINS. Disabled parking was taken up by boy racers..no manager with any attention to details... No napkins. No straws. Basically a mess of a shop.

On time but food wasn’t the best chips was soggy and horrible and cold chicken was greasy and cold only thing hot was the gravy was hardly eatable but was hungry would not be ordering again in a hurry

No one no one knocked on my door and left food on doorstep and was left for a hour or so as I didn't know it was there

Food was not as ordered I asked for no supercharger sauce and extra mayo and lettuce.. also always pay for garlic mayo and ask for plain burger mayo never receive plain burger mayo

Took over an hour for a fillet burger and boneless banquet from a KFC 15 min drive from my house, once it finally arrived it was cold to the point where my gravy was congealed. Absolutely awful.
