Didnt bother delivering!! Waited over an hour and then it appears as delivered and wasnt. Really bad service!! Dont bother ordering

Delivery guy, polite and on time. Food, well shocking!! Half order missing, over cooked on what we had and barely warm. So disappointing with KFC.

We bought Variety share bucket meal last night and the chicken were soggy , not cripsy and Few chicken were uncooked inside. SEE PHOTO. Paignton branch has gone down hill.

It is far from an ideal place to dine. The staff seem uninterested in customer service, working with the attitude of a local takeaway rather than a well-known restaurant chain. Cleanliness is a major issue. The tables are rarely cleaned, and if you visit around 8 PM, (which i did) you'll likely find cleaners inside the counter while your food is being prepared or packed. Even while eating, you'll have to deal with staff mopping the floors as if they’re in a rush to close by 10 PM. Another frustrating experience is ordering. The full menu is displayed, yet when picking up your order, the staff suddenly inform you that certain items are unavailable and offer alternatives instead. Why not simply remove unavailable items from the menu? On top of that, the food is sometimes served lukewarm rather than hot. The worst part is the toilet hygiene—it's in a terrible state. Overall, dining at KFC has been a disappointing experience, and improvements are badly needed.

Approached the drive through stopping at the kiosk for service, nobody serving, drove to the payment kiosk to see what was happening, told to drive around again. Please don't waste customers time with empty kiosk, always hope for improvement with this place, but its a sunken ship

Food was late the driver parked 250 meters from my house then proceded to wonder around loomong for my house until i had to message him to tell him where i was ehich he blamed me for then the food i ordered was then stone cold and was the wrong order

We asked for no mayo but the Chicken Fillet Burger came slathered in mayo. Other than that everything was great and we would have given 5 stars.

Not just eats fault, however the beans said to be sold by 14.08. My delivery arrived at 16.47. They were hard and crusty

ordered 1 beans and 2 Gravy but received 3 beans. chicken was very dry (overcooked) all food cold and arrived in a soggy bag. seems like it had been sat on the warming plate/light for too long. all in all very poor on this occasion.

When will this place be close down and be used for a decent restaurant instead. It's always dirty.. I dread to think what state the kitchen is in. Found the staff very unhelpful n basically rude SERIOUSLY EAT ANYWHERE BUT HERE. It's been a few years n still much the same.... My wrap was half empty n when I tried to eat it, I noticed it was split n fell out everywhere... Please improve kfc

my food came all out of the bag and cold the hot wings wernt even in there own box also the bag was ripped not very happy as i spent a lot of money on it i want a refund this isnt exceptable.

Being late is understandable, everywhere is manic , its changing the delivery time without notice until you check why its late and no option to cancel, its late as in now eating at 10.30pm and would not have ordered if a truthful time had been given

I ordered well in advance, the food was 25 minutes late and the cries were cold. I would order again though just because I like the chicken and this is my nearest store. If there was a different store I’d use it though.

Some of the rudest staff I’ve ever had the misfortune to meet. I asked if I could use my blue light discount and was told I had to link it through to my app which I was happy to do. I apologised and said I’d do that now then but the girl serving me was rolling her eyes and snickering with her friend whilst I was doing this even though there was no one else in the store and no queue. It made me feel really embarrassed and uncomfortable.

Needs total overhaul of management and staff in this Dump restaurant. Again food shoved into undersized bags items missing. Staff attitude terrible. Restaurant always messy and tables not cleaned. KFC sort this out letting your loyal customer base and Brand down.

Order was missing a BBQ dip and also a side order of coleslaw. So service charge did not meet order and should be reinbursed. Its not rocket science to read an order.

food wasn't bad at all but the service was terrible as one of my mates had to wait around 45 minutes for his meal whilst we were there also staff argued with eacother alot which ended up with one of them leaving crying

Terrible service, no gravy in our order when there should be 2 tubs and burger thrown in to bag not in wrapper as well as the chips.
