Ultra long wait for cold chicken.

Very friendly and easy handover

Delivery was fine but we are missing our drink that we ordered

Good was hot time was more or less on time order was right driver well not the friendliest shall we say

Food was terrible kfc ruined our food not the drivers fault

The food was cold and hard and overcooked. Tuck it back, and I got told the chicken is meant to be a very dark brown colour they didn't have an answer for why it was cold and hard. Just walk off wouldn't go there again this is the 2nd time I been there in 3 months same sort of stuff going on

Double down was just 2 chicken strips with cheese on. Not worth the money and all sides were missing.

Every time I order a regular they will try and charge me the extra price for a large. Staff can not be trusted they are trying to hit some sort of sales quata and will rip people off to achieve this. Update this has to be one of the worst KFCs in the uk the wait times are insane plus’s you can guarantee the food will be cold and items will be missing. Better off getting fried chicken from a kebab shop instead.

Dips missing from boneless dipping box, fries missing, bottle of tango missing

I ordered food at 9.30pm, my food didn’t arrive untill after 11pm and when it did eventually arrive everything was cold!

the food tastes good but it's incredibly overpriced. Tiny portions of fries and getting chicken pieces separately doesn't get you thighs.

The chips were cold and greasy. The chicken was wayyyyy smaller than usual and stale tasting

Went here for a nostalgic treat. It is fried chicken but it is not kentucky fried chicken. Where did the taste go? Was not even crispy. Terrible. Who wants sweetcorn and beans as a side? The fries were limp. So much for a treat. Bye bye KFC.

Sooooooo slow at serving. They seem to be more interested in drive through than customers at the counter.

Always quite when we visit. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The boys love it here.

I ORDERED CORN ON COB AND COOKIES (as well as usual chicken n fries etc) I DID NOT RECEIVE THESE ITEMS. KFC NEED TO REIMBURSE ME THE £10 FOR ITEMS I DID NOT RECEIVE.

I never write reviews for good or bad experiences but this was something else. Absolute joke of a place. Went through the drive through, order a ricebox and a zinger burger, told we would have to wait for the rice, I have never been told that in a KFC before, told to pull into a bay and wait. 20 minutes go by and no sign of my food, so I enter the restaurant to ask where the food is. It was half completed, the burger had been done and that was it, yet they had served 4 cars in the drive through and 6 customers inside the restaurant within this 20 minutes. When the kind server (I mean that genuinely) asked where our food was, the what I assume was shift manager, responded with a hefty “I will do it now”. 5 minutes later it magically appeared in front of me with a half apology from a staff member. When I reached my house which is a 5 minute drive from the restaurant, it was found that my burger was freezing cold, they had forgotten the chips for one of the meals and my drink had become warm. Absolutely terrible place. Don’t recommend using it.

Best kfc in the whole of south wales without a doubt always good portions ! Ricebox is on fire and the tower burger ❤️

Went through the drive through and ordered a 8 piece boneless meal and when we got home we realised the popcorn chicken was missing but it was to far to go back how can they miss thing's when it's on a screen Infront of them..not happy at all with the service it definitely needs improving

Had to wait for food going when at the drive through even though there was no customers. It was cold. The stacker buger had a chicken leg in it and half a fillet and the twister wraps i ordered had barely any chicken. And it was cold. What a waste of money. 10/12/24

Slowest service as they take so long not have enough stafff

Loved it. All hot and fresh. But was given 3 pieces of chicken in stead of 4 like I orderd. Instead of just giving me the missing piece. Needed my number to check that I had ordered 4 . After checking, gave me my missing piece. As if I was going to lie. What happened to the customer is right.

When I looked it said 15 to 30 minutes, time kept getting moved on, it was an finally delivered after an hour and a quarter. Delivery lady was lovely but food was barely luke warm. wish I had ordered from somewhere else.

Fast food served all day. Specialists in fried chicken pieces.

This KFC is filled with idiots as they apparently do not accept international VISA cards for payment like Chase Bank, when I’ve used the card everywhere else in the UK.

Spent £45 waited an hour for delivery only to have a £9.99 order delivered. There’s always an issue with Risca KFC. Somethings always missing, order is always late and on this occasion it’s an hour late with delivery and tried to deliver the completely wrong order. Get your act together. Completely dissatisfied customer.

Took slightly longer but that's because they were cooking fresh. Well worth the wait

driver was fabulous, I accidentally ordered ro the wrong house and bless him instead of canceling my order he asked for the number and delivered it to the address I meant to sent it too and he was so understanding on the phone. I was panicking and he reassured me it was ok. 100% the best experience I've had. thank you to the gentleman.

Food was horrendous, missing a portion of chips and a drink, then the chips that we did have had about 8 chips in there, chicken was freezing cold and the hot wings had practically no meat on them !

Chicken pieces was dry and not very warm chips wer nice gravy was nice tower burger was cold ..can of Pepsi was warm

The order was delivered on time however the restaurant took a long time to prepare causing its original delivery time to be pushed back 4/5 times. However this is likely due to food cooking and the food arrived warm and within the allocated time for the delivery once it stopped changing!

Food was nice but they missed half our order. Also the portion sizes are ridiculously small for the amount of money you pay for a meal.

Standard KFC food well done but sometimes the fizzy drinks can be a little flat or unfizzy.

They had an infestation of ants. We moved tables 3 times around as they were on the tables. As we were eating, staff were trying to resolve the issue, moving tables and sweeping the floors.

Missing large popcorn chicken and beans spilled eveeywhere

I ordered food for my family after waiting 45 minutes for the food I received a message that my order had been canceled for no reason. What a shame on top of waiting 44 minutes to have your order canceled for no reason and having to order and when I wanted to order from Another place was already closed, everything horrible, I will never order again in my life.

Food absolutely shocking, grissly chicken that’s falling out of coating, freezing cold and no seasoning. Chips hard and cold, won’t order again.

Sadly driver went wrong way and food was therefore cold when received. The Mango fruit drink was only 1/2 full within the cup when ordered when seating within restaurant, a full cup is provided.

time was changed from 20 minutes to 45 when I can see the KFC it came from out my window. the warmest part of the food was the bun. fries were cold and soggy and I only had 10, hot wings were only room temperature, burger was room temperature also. Best part about this meal was the bun. it was soft and warm and good but the rest of the meal was a huge let down as I don't treat myself to a takeaway much anymore.
