Chicken pieces the size of BUDGIES with a coating as hard as tank armour. The chips were soggier than a window cleaners chammy. DREADFUL.

food was not as hot as expected. gravy was thin and portions of fries were very small

Bad traffic due to motorway closure. Not the drivers fault. Otder had a missing item. Kfc at fault.

The best KFC I have ever been. Nice food, nice drink, very fresh fries, seats all clean, very welcoming team. Ricky and Harsimran treat me so friendly.

The 1 star is generous. Disgusting service. Children's food missing in delivery & when I finally go through they said I had to collect. When I said I couldn't get out & needed it delivered they hung up on me & refused to answer the phone.

Stopped by KFC today and it was just what I needed on a cold day like this. The food was fresh hot and absolutely tasty. Perfect comfort food for chilly weather. To top it off I got a free coffee which was such a nice touch. Great service and great food couldn’t ask for more!

Went last night with family and friends and the food was super fresh and team was really nice and friendly

food was good except an item was missing from the order...

when you order a takeaway they give u all the stuff that is dried up and been on the hot plate for ages, as they know you won't take it back.

It was very clean and very nice staff especially Simran (the manager) , Karan, Adil. Very nice food and quick service. Simran helped me on the kiosk and was very polite and patient. Recommend and great place to come.

delivery driver was very rude and I even shown him the food was cold and he wasn't bothered and tried blaming it on a puncture on his bike. but wouldn't take responsibility for the delay. he asked he not to leave a negative review and said he would give me money not too. I am very angry about this and had an upset children as their treat tea was cold and late!

Chicken really good but the fries are never hot, it let's the meal down. The £1.99 popcorn chicken, seriously could you make the box any smaller 🤔

Place is diabolical..... no one manning the main pay tills.... & then told you have to use the self service tablets... where they do not allow you to include a discounted payment using g Blue Light card.... their loss....

Nobody manning the drive thru ordering point or pay station at all. Must have lost at least 5 or 6 customers who all did 2-3 laps of the drive thru then all left… I guess to go somewhere that actually wants to serve paying customers. That was just during the 5 minutes or so we wasted there. Unfortunately can’t review the food or atmosphere because the service was so abysmal

it said delivered on my app but the driver had not knocked I saw him over the rd and the guy who's house said not his I shouted to the driver it's mine 23 windsor driver said on his order it says 18 on my app it say 23 my house food was Luke warm so I don't know how long driver was at the other house for it to be warm not hot plus I tipped before hand got that wrong 😒

Ordered a wicked variety bucket and got home to no boneless fillets or wings. Tried to call on multiple occasions but no answer. Useless customer service.

Hi wish to share my experience in the store today Once meeting my first staff member believe he was the store manager. He informed me he could not take a face to face order and pointed At a pre order system. The personal welcoming service has gone .I could see why people justed walk out. Under a unsaid resons lack of ability to use or understand the system. Dyslexic. The store was not overwhelmed the big save was down was to a young professional with a natural nature to deal with a visitor kind maner..the system sould only be a support for staff members and not the only option. If the store would had been busy then i could only see fails across your business and a let down to the name of KFC . Red hair delightful person. Halia a big big thank you a person with her skills

Order was wrong food wasn't hot and several other people complained whilst I was there and waiting for order to take out, my was wrong when i got home, should of checked.

Chicken was so good but the experience let it down by Rude arrogant entitled staff care more about what's on their phone than serving customers

When the food eventually came we caught our driver on our camera reselling our bag. Half our food was missing. Called KFC Denton rock and they said they won’t help. We denied our food of course as he literally ate half and was caught. Vile

These good reviews must be from people that work here. Ordered from here 6 times now as my stockport one has taken things off the menu. Every order has had things missing, nearly £50 spent and half of my order doesn't arrive. No large popcorn chicken in the boneless feast, paid for 4 extra fillets wasn't there and the chicken I did receive tasted very dry , ordered 2x mash got corn on the cob instead, worst kfc going

Not a bad store really, I travel a fair bit with my job and have eaten at a good number of KFC franchises, this one is decent! The store was clean and the food was hot and tasty. Can’t ask for more! The staff on the counter were also pleasant

Generally great food and hot one of the better ones in the area. Once again tonight extra hot wings were missing! Fairly regular that items are missing check your order before you leave!

Honestly don't know how they get away with running out of chicken ALL the time! Also don't know how they get away with closing early, what kind of manager is running this one?! Don't bother going after 8.30pm because they'll have nothing left (maybe some hot wings if you're lucky), even though they are "open until 10"

Sat waiting on the drivethru for about 30 minutes I could have caught and killed and cooked my own chicken really not fast food at all what a joke

We arrived at 11:05am we walked in with high hopes! After a really busy morning at work and we was very excited to get some food from kfc however the service was slow and lacking life and soul into the customer service! My food took about 15 mins and my friend had already finished his food and on the back of his meal he was very very disappointed with the buffalo bites and the buffalo tower burger it looked nothing like the photo and he was very sad about it.

Shocking!! Ordered the £39.99 triple box and we left half it, even the kids didn’t like it. Blandest fried chicken I’ve ever tasted in my life!! Literally no flavour whatsoever. Only thing that had flavour was the popcorn chicken and the gravy. KFC used to be tasty, it’s the absolute worst now!

The menu was extensive, but the menu screens kept changing. The writing was small as there was so much on there. The restaurant had dirty tables, considering there were 4 people in the whole restaurant, including our party of 2, how could the staff not care. I had to call out for the staff to serve us as they were round the back. Not to be welcomed in an empty restaurant is a pretty poor start. Food was really nice and everything was hot.

I would not recommend, but if you'll decide to order food there check your order before leaving and make sure you'll have a receipt. Had wrong order given at drive through to find out at home that been given smaller bucket than paid for. No receipt in the bag either...

I paid for 12 pieces of chicken in Boneless bouquet, got 8. Last time didn't get my order as requested through app, now take away. Won't order anymore from Denton restaurant.

The restaurant is clean, no unkept tables or overflowing bins, and the toilets are clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. My food was fresh, warm and prepared close to the expectation created by the menu. I have found a venue where I believe you can enjoy the Colonels best as it's intended 👍

Chicken was all legs no chicken breast and gravy was missing!! So not a good start with it being my first order.😥

Food was spot on but I don't know what was going on in the kitchen but it sounded like carnage. Lots of shouting and balling at each other. Food took a while to get sorted too.

A member of staff called Ellie was so kind and polite and helpful. She would go up and beyond just to make costumers happy. I can just say this was the best costumer service I've ever received.
