KFC Hyde - Clarendon Road in Tameside

my order was 2 hours 20 minutes late, the chips were old and tasted horrible, the burger was average. would not order from here again

delivery time when purchased was 24mins after 5-10mins it changed to 54mins

Order was wrong food is freezing

On the app it says it will take 15-30 minutes. It arrived and hour and a half later. It was cold, the courier was obviously going to other places AND they missed the fries out of the meal. What the heck is the point of having lots of chicken and no fries?

the drink did not arrive with my meal

I am still waiting on a refund from 13 march ,the order was from KFC the order was wrong and food missing

Food time just adding on ever minute was supposed to come at 21:22 got here at 21.34 it had 2 portions on chips missing no popcorn chicken and was freezing cold

Went on the machine to order food then it wasn't working, go on another mashine, get my order come home for it to have no chips in the order of mighty bucket for one hard work and frustrating

Security guard is certified, deserves more praise. Pleasant greetings everytime I see him and he goes out of his way to make sure your dine in is as comfortable as can be

Everything spots on. £46.98 order. Sadly one thing spoiled it there was no pepsi max can as ordered with the bucket meal.

Not happy with the order as I ordered a bucket for one which contained two original recipe pieces of chicken. I then paid extra to have a third piece. It only came with one pice of original chicken instead of three.

I came for eating the restaurant at 9:30 pm One of Indian security guard said restaurant closed at 9 o’clock. I did argue with them nothing on the website and he sent me go to the till then I was chatting with another Indian lad who is working in the till he is not a little nervous to describe exactly official timetable what time the restaurant get close. It’s really disgusting big super giant KFC losing their customer like this. Hope that KFC authority will take it as a serious note.

I was here to get a delivery and the guy was taking forever to get the order, I was there for long enough to get a parking ticket, this has happened twice in this kfc and nowhere else.

Hi, I recently ordered from yourselves. Upon arrival I did not receive all the items I ordered so of course I was frustrated at the time. But I thought everything was going to be okay and at least I would get refunded for both items missing but this was not the case. I was that frustrated I went out myself to retrieve the missing items in which case I had to pay again for an extra meal as there was not enough food to feed a family of 5.

Only received half of the order. No chips at all and 2 pieces of chicken missing.

Driver went to weong address and then was very rude when asked if the order was correct and just walked off

As per usual food was cold and missing items! Every time we order from this store there is always something missing! It is a mile away from our house so how it gets delivered so cold is beyond my belief! Shocking as always, won’t be ordering from here again.

Problem was the order itself. Instead of two pieces of chicken, I got two corn on the cob and I also ordered two fillets and only one delivered. It’s like the wrong order was delivered. Not happy at all.

Substituted bits of our meal and completely forgot some parts of it.

I ordered a Stuffing Stack burger meal with a Pepsi, and was given in 1 chicken burger on my bun. Despite paying extra I didnt get the product paid for.

Food was cold and had been sat in the hot holding box for a very long time. Wings were so old and totally inedible.fillets hadn't been battered properly so were barely covered with a lot of bald spots. Chips were freezing ridiculously tiny portion

There was very little zing in the Zinger. The burger and hot wings were not spicy in the least. Fries were soft too.

This was a delivery. Ordered a 6 pc hot wing meal and only received 4. A lot of coating on but very little chicken. All the chips were cold had come out of the little paper bags and were in a heap at the bottom of the main bag. More care when completing orders needed.

They put my water and pineapple stick in the same bag as the food it was touching my wrap my fries now they are freezing

Ordered 2 vegan burgers with drinks and regular fries. When we opened the bag there was completely different order with our receipt attached to a bag.

was a large order over 40 quid so expected something to be missing but i was pleasantly surprised when everything arrived including all the dips with the dipping boneless feast!was still hot and tasty and delivered within an hour.this store has definitely improved as my last 3 orders from here have been spot on.

We waited from around 5.20pm and it said 15 min initially to 30 mins. then it kept going later and later and later. We think he delivered to another address first as he looked like he was coming from opposite directionfrom restaurant. It was all cold

what’s the point in staying open until late at night if your incompetent employees are gonna stop putting any effort into delivering service once it gets a bit too late for them to use their brains? delivered less than half of my order and supplemented chips for beans and gravy, how dense can you be?

Poor quality food. Overcooked chicken & Looked like it had just all been thrown together last minute- just no care & attention to details. How can a burger be a burger if everything is not on the bun but all over the place in the box - sauce total missing on burger chips cold had to put them in our microwave- very very poor

Ordered at 1840 didn’t start preparing till 1938 Driver arrived same time as prep time only to be told order had previously been cancelled! I nearly did but I didn’t I inquired about what was going on only for just eat to blame the driver He was still waitin for my food When he actually got my food It took him the same time to get from Hyde as it does me to get to Hyde So wheres the problem it’s at the kfc if u can’t cope with orders suspend them while u catch up I’d appreciate that n use again

No matter how many times we have ordered from this kfc they always forget something in your order. I complain to be a pain I just want the food I order

We ordered earlier today and a few hours later it is causing me an my girlfriend to vomit and feel like crap personally it was nice staff and was clean but the food is questionable as it had send me and my girlfriend to throw up multiple times
