KFC London - Waterloo in Lambeth

Nice staff and good food, there aren’t many tables though.

Bought a 10 piece sharing bucket, there was something wrong with it. First it was oily, literally oozing out, then it wasn't completely cooked. Kids said they felt funny eating it. Reported to the manager.

KFC food always good. Staff attentive & polite.

Speed service.. However the place is small so we can't sit and eat there....

Food is lovely except fries ,they were tasty, hot but soggy, only 4 chairs and two small tables are available. If you want to enjoy hot and tasty food inside you have to stand around a large table. The amount we are paying for food ,we should have a right to enjoy the atmosphere as well. Ketchup and mayo sauce is not provided along with your order,you need to go and ask separately. Not a good service.

Food tastes good just as any other KFC, served quickly. Only one till at the front, no ordering - only there to pay with cash. Quite small and not a lot of seating considering it’s opposite a major train station. The single toilet that is in this KFC is clean, so is the rest of the building in general.

Unfortunately not the best KFC restaurant I have visited, unfriendly staff, food not that hot and the small restaurant only has two tables and the rest is standing only. The restaurant was like a wind tunnel as the door didn't shut and overall it was pretty dirty and no where the usual standard of KFC. It definitely needs improvement in every aspect and I will not be visiting again.

I was having trouble claiming my student snack box with a purchase over £5. It certainly wasn’t easy but thanks to the (I guess) duty manager (on Monday 16th September 24 at about 19:00) I was able to get my very tasty food and student treat. Excellent service. I’ll make sure to visit again whilst I study nearby!

They gave me old dark cold fried chicken. So dissapointed. I cannot believe. Why don’t they change oil? The most terrible thing is it was already wet-too old. Ate chicken tendies, they were not properly cooked, soft and limp. My sister had a stomach ache after eating here. There's also hardly any seating space in this place so not so great. The food got out quite quickly but I'm not surprised because it's so soft. Would not recommend going here.

A KFC like another, the problem is that it has nowhere to sit so it's better to order takeout. The workers are very good vibes 😎

Very bad experience. I tried to order a double cheeseburger with Coke zero and the clerk advised me to order a menu. Well, it turns out that this burger IS NOT IN THE CASH BOX. Not being able to pay via mobile phone and with no other option, I was left without eating. A total shame.

That’s the worst KFC I’ve ever eat.the food is terrible and there is no place to sit here. There’s even no restroom.

There were only two tables and people were fighting for seats. The orders were incorrect. And they didn't give gifts on the children's menu in Spain, yes, and the atmosphere didn't even tell you. But the service was fast but the food was horrible. The toilets were only They opened from the inside, my son was locked in, and the bathrooms were dirty.

The worst place I have ever eaten in my life by far, everything spicy, if this place doesn't close I will close it with a kick, thank you. And also, the Spanish language is not there, but Polish is there. And then in Spain everything in English, my goodness.

Not a bad little branch of KFC, ideal for that fix before a long commute from Waterloo, but the Colonel's days are numbered now that Popeye's is in London and ever-expanding. I was a little crunk when I visited the Waterloo KFC, I won't lie, and as we all know, even a cracker can taste like haute cuisine to a starving, drunken man, but since I felt fine the next day, I have no option other than to score 3s all across the board, like a young Eric Bristow completing a 29-dart finish. The service was decent, but it lacked pizzazz, so maybe bringing the fried chicken out on a red hot slab made of igneous rock, or for the popcorn chicken to be crackling away on a cast iron grill pan would be worth considering?

Not much seating available, only shelves without stools. Two tables and chairs are available only for seating. Won't recommend to anyone coming with family as it can get crowded. Food is alright and is comparable to your average KFC. It's close proximity to the nearby Waterloo Underground is also beneficial.

We ordered two salads and coleslaw, so might have been nice to have been sent a couple of sporks…

Driver did not bring my food to front door. I have arthritis and had to walk down all the stairs to get my food. No lift.

Nice food. Appalling customer service, force you to use Kiosks. Never helpful staff. They also always close early. Closed at 10:30 because there was 'No food left' when theres another 30 minutes till the posted closing time. This happens repetitively. Can only sort of recommend. Especially with Popeyes round the corner now, competition needs upping.

Ordered food and payed at the self service machine. Machine didn't print a receipt. Went to the till to collect my order, was told it was not on the system. Told them what I'd ordered and how much I'd paid, the guy there argued that the food I'd ordered didn’t cost what I'd paid🤷🏾‍♂️. Anyway, they refused to give me my order, gave me their customer services number, whose offices seems to be closed every time I call - even in the morning. I've just checked my account, and the money has been debited, so either way I lost out - on the food and my money. Customer service at this eatery was a disgrace. There were two other customers with the same issue, all dismissed the same way. Staff are unfriendly and unhelpful.

Wanted to order something at the point of sale as I have the student deal which doesn’t work with your stupid kiosk system. Asked the guy if I could order and he shouted at me for not ordering at the kiosk. Save your time dont go to this terrible shop that treat their customers like that and head to the McDonald’s around the corner

Went to this KFC, was cramped, noisy and there was no way to use my defence discount. The main till was closed and the machines had no way of scanning my card QR code. Felt rushed as there is no way to sit down, standing tables only.

I had the opportunity to visit this place twice during my stay in London and I don't understand the point of this place. Small, too small and my wife and I were just lucky that we managed to sit down (4 chairs, the rest were standing places). If the chain wants to create mini restaurants where they will only serve meals without the possibility of eating on site, let them create a window for serving meals. In general, I have the impression that the entire KFC is going downhill.

Chips wasn't fully cooked. The burger which was chicken was a tough burger.

It was one of the best KFC meals I had in London. The food was cooked well. Only downside is the limited seating so I had to stand and eat my meal.

Man, who delivered the food was really nice and even said the restraint staff were rude and told him to do his job and they’ll do theirs when asked to not put sauces

Zinger burger had no top. just a fillet, some lettuce on a bottom bun. 2 hot wings ordered. thought they were 2 popcorn chicken as they were THAT small. srsly worst meal ordered from there. I'd rather wait longer than continually getting wrong or missing items.

Very dirty KFC, it’s not even summer yet but there were loads of flies inside this restaurant, this is likely where all the flies of London go to chill out during the colder weathers. Loads of flies trying to get onto people’s food and straws. Although the staff were quick to fulfil the order, it was very uncomfortable to eat here as there was trashed food all over the tables and the bin was practically overflowing. Meaning there’s nobody really actively cleaning up in there. I planned to dine in but it was way too nasty in there. Would not return nor purchase from this chain again. Cos if this is the front end imagine the state of the kitchen

Absolutely not recommended. Small crowded area and the food is not good. The biggest problem is that this place has no seating area. Only 4 chairs and thats it. Its a disaster for a family that wants to have a good meal.

Awful service greasy smelly chicken

When the food arrived half of the packaging of the was open, meaning the food was cold. Beyond this part of the order was missing and the product itself was meagre and disappointing. All round very underwhelming and not what I paid for.

There was hardly anywhere to sit and waited nearly 15 minutes to get to a terminal to place an order.

Can be very busy but staff manage to clear queue soon enough.

Great place to visit, food is good as always. But the service was really remarkable. One of a team member named "Jawad" was very helpful and supportive. I didn’t know how to use the kiosks but he guided me so well and served my food very quick. Loved it❤️

Did not get the right order made a complete mistake on it

This store put me off KFC for life. They got my order wrong so I took it back for replacement, the manager whilst very nice proceeded to shout at the staff behind the scenes presumably about my order being wrong. I got my new food and all was well I thought. Well I felt odd within a couple of hours and by the next morning was unbelievably ill, I spent the next 4 days being sick. Clearly someone didn’t wash their hands here or the food was otherwise contaminated. Disgusting and like I say put me off KFC for good. Never been so unwell in my life after eating here.
