KFC Llandudno - Mostyn Street in Conwy

If I could give no stars I would. Had take away chicken burger stone cold!!!! Box that it was in cold I should gave realised and refused it. Oh and payed for a bag I didn't get!!! Absolutely disgusting 🫣 never again!!!!

Got the new rice bowl yesterday as a Friday treat and it was fantastic. I don’t usually eat fast food as I like to be healthy, but I thought because it’s Friday I would try it. And wow! Amazing a lot better than the old riceboxes. Not as bland and boring. Tasty Healthy options always lack at places like these, but not anymore. Service was also very pleasant, Very smiley and cheerful staff and a clean restaurant too. Safe to say when I’m feeling naughty again I’ll be coming back for sure! 😃

Got food poisoning from the boneless banquet I had, and the food was cold when it was given to us

Pretty poor branch of the chain - orders served without all the items, didn’t feel clean, chicken was overcooked and leathery

Went through the drive thru around half 5 on 11/1/25. They had missed parts of our order so we stayed at the last window in hopes they could resolve it, the person on the window was clearly blanking us and didn't know what to do but kept ignoring us for over 5 minutes while other staff kept looking at us waiting, by this point a number of cars were waiting. When she finally opened the window there was no apology or anything just insisted it wasn't on the order and made us pay for the items they missed out. I don't expect anything for free but an apology should be important in hospitality when mistakes are made. Do not put shy timid staff on windows that's what creates angry customers.

Ordered a veg rice bowl but it turned out to be few spoons of rice with tiny portion of lettuce and for that I paid £ 5.49.. chips portions were miserable as if someone had accidentally put some chips along with the burger … fish and chips would be a better choice than this kfc…👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 5 thumbs down

Terrible burger meal £8.99 in total The chicken was cold the bread was stale ? The potion of fries was no more than 12 chips No pepsi max staff gave me two tins of pop which I didn't want ? People being refunded for meals The worst experience ever

Incredibly dirty restaurant, unfriendly staff and burgers are a joke. They gave me this sorry excuse of a burger. When I asked for the rest of it, I was told there was "signs, like, 6 of 'em", that they don't have salad. Of course, I still had to pay full price, for whatever crap this "food" is... The whole place is dirty, looks like noone cleaned the whole week. Food laying on the tables, benches and floor. I have never seen a worse fast food place than this. Incredible.

visited Llandudno from the north west and popped in because my friend works there. The food was served quickly and piping hot throughout. The lad serving asked us to leave a review. highly recommend this KFC

After doing Xmas shopping we wanted a quick snack called in to KFC had the chicken fillet with fries very tasty, had table service helpful very quiet when we called in despite being after 1

A hugely disappointing visit to this KFC. Food was just ok, chicken burger was lukewarm, really didn’t taste of much. The fries are reasonable, but the portion size was miserable, could count the number of them on two hands. Soft drink of the usual quality that you would expect. However, the place was just dirty. Eaten meals left on the tables and rubbish strewn across the floor. Just gave a hugely poor impression, which leads to the question, if they can’t be bothered about front of house cleaning, what is the expectation elsewhere in the restaurant.

Food order never arrived even though money was taken by just eat

Have to say was struggling with the kiosk machine was about to give up. This lovely employee called Aimee showed me everything I needed to know and helped me out massively. It's such a breath of fresh air to see someone with great customer service these days thank you 🙏 appreciated.

I had an excellent experience at KFC recently. The food was absolutely top notch, delicious, and well-prepared. The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. A special shout-out to a lovely lad named James who provided amazing service, always coming to ensure the food is okay and made sure we had everything we needed, which made the mood feel much more relaxed and pleasant. I highly recommend this KFC in Llandudno!!

We ordered a chicken fillet burger. The patty was fresh, but the bun and lettuce were cold and not fresh. The restaurant was very dirty, with food crumbs and used tissues near almost every table. When we asked a staff member to clean our table, she only cleaned the table not the seat. DISAPPOINTED!!!

Cancelled our food order after an hours wait , without reason , shocking service . Why accept the order on first place. Won’t answer phone ?

Quick and good food, not expecting much else from a KFC, so I dont see the reason why others have rated it so poorly

We had 3 snack box's 😋 very small portions, couldn't use the toilet not being checked for hygiene it was disgusting in the toilets rubbish everywhere 😑 on the floor trays being left sick on all the mens toilet and women's toilet just as bad will not be coming back.

Didn't get as far as ordering food as couldn't order a hot drink, and service was appaling. Will stick with Mcdonalds who are not great but much

Food was good, service was terrible didn’t say anything as food was handed over. As I walked in there was rubbish everywhere all on the floors on the tables but the toilets were the worst. Floor was wet and slippery toilet paper everywhere. Not a great experience

Great store. I loved my boneless banquet which was recommended to me by one of the staff, charles or charlie! He was brilliant and listened to me yap on about my time in the falklands.

OK it's just another KFC so always lacking in atmosphere but the food hit the lowest point possible for me. Got a zinger berger meal . Didn't fancy a vegan drink with it (sugar free !!) Paid 50p extra for something with sugar in or is it meat?. The chips could be counted on all your digits and possible been ok if they were at least lukewarm But why are the burgers called Zinger when they have no taste whatsoever? Need to take your own seasoning

Shocking had a chicken wrap witch fell apart the wrap was dry and brittle (not nice ) had large fries as well but the quantity wasn't even a small order !!

This has got to be the worst experience in kfc Llandudno ever...everything was below standard..from the service I received...to the food getting mixed up...I would strongly recommend a complete overhaul of management as soon aspossible...as this is in one of the busiest place's...not forgetting the holiday season coming

Small takeaway restaurant but not bad as it's in Llandudno s main shopping street. Services are always good as is KFC food.

Very friendly staff, especially the lady who served us! She seems to be on very friendly terms with a lot of customers, which makes the atmosphere very warm and pleasant.

KFC isn't consistent, it is either really nice or really dried up. Today the chicken was dry and not as tasty. Wasn't busy, apart from delivery pick ups.

We've been waiting for food for ages. The food was discussing and half of the ordered items were missing! Don't recommend at all!

Since the refurbishment it looks and food has been better aswel. Easy ordering via app or touch screen or can order at the counter still. Help yourself fizzy drinks now. Staff could do with being a bit more friendly they do all seem to not like being there. (Could of just been a bad day). Restaurant was clean and plenty of seating when we went. Didn't use the toilets. No drive thru with being on main street but they do deliver via just eat etc. Food was all freshly cooked so was a bit of a wait but atleast the food was hot. Like the new chips. Parking depends on time of year.

Rubbish time there kids were there causing chaos for other guests screaming yelling annoying other customers and such running around and bumping and touching other customers disgraceful the food we ordered arrived late and was an incorrect order they would not refund us our money never going back disgusting

Another soulless self service touch screen order place, I wouldn't touch those booger and who knows what else encrusted screens even if I was in a hazmat suit. If it's not packed with feral teenagers it's so aesthetically sterile even the sound of your footfalls feel flat, and you don't want to linger. It's almost like it's purposely done to get you to spend the minimum amount of time in there so that KFC can shovel in the next customer for another sale. The whole place down to the lighting has that eerie creepy vibe, feels like it should be a level in the backrooms Straight up, now I've experienced this place I know it's going to be a feature location in an unpleasant-but-not-quite-nightmare-dream sometime soon.

My friend ordered a zinger duo meal to dine in with, and they got their food surprisingly fast, but when they ate their chicken drumsticks, they found it was very pink throughout the chicken on both of them, soon after they felt nauseous though it does take a while for food poisoning to settle in after food. Still it was odd since we hadn't eaten before the KFC today. Other than that the service was, as I said, very fast and the staff were neutral so not too pushy and got their job done which is what I prefer to have when buying food from places like that. Just for reference I am writing this around an hour after eating there.

Order your meal there and it delivered to your table. Quite excellent meal.

Dirty, food everywhere. Cold soggy chips, drinks dispenser was not working and management did nothing to rectify it until after I complained a 3rd time and asked for a refund.

Has great options for anyone wanting a quick and cheap meal with great food overall much better than any other fast food places I’ve seen around the area not great for parking as main road is usually busy but when you can find parking it’s very easy to grab a meal whether you want it for breakfast lunch or dinner as it all works well and everything there and i mean everything is spectacular i sometimes have to change mayo but except for that I’ve not disliked anything they have came out with, i come here on a daily and it’s great would recommend to anyone needing a cheap meal which has great taste

Usual KFC food, the service was fast and the staff were pleasant. However, the floor had small food scraps and a general lack of cleanliness. To be fair I may have visited after a late afternoon busy period so I like to think its normally a bit cleaner. Nevertheless the staff, as I said, were friendly and service was super quick.

Horrible service I just half n hour before order in store 6 pcs bucket and requested only thighs she said ok and then guy was packing my food I ask him again and he said yes all thigh and when I am home and check all breast pcs trying to call no one pick up the phone.

I got regular fries £1.59 .they were cold and only 12 fries. Wanted a coffee but don't serve hot drinks. Won't be going there again. Plenty of better places in llandudno.

I like KFC and this is typical, staff kept the place clean and tidy. Unlike France where I live, it was nice to have legs and thighs. Must be a glut of legless chickens over the channel!

Atmosphere is not too good, some of the customer's children are very very noisy, the mother didn't control them, cause she is busy to chat with the other mother.

By far the worst kfc I've been, undercooked chicken among other issues. Entire place was a total mess, drinks which had barely any syrup and were flat, staff standing round with a queue of orders waiting to be prepared. Ended up binning it not even half way through and going down the road to the chippy. The food in this place is zero smell or taste, I do not recommend the experience here

Been going in KFC since the 80's, and ironically playing the same music as then. That's where the nostalgia ends. Chips were pitiful. Couldn't use a box now, it'd be mostly empty. Now most of the counter has been boarded up to make way for self service, now it's dark and dingy. Staff was down to 2 rushing around. Felt sorry for them.

Service was fast enough, not a word as the food was handed over though, great customer service.... Not! ! The food was terrible. The chips were cold and virtually non existent. The chicken fillet burger was acceptable and edible, albeit cold. My 3 pieces of original chicken with around a dozen little chips was awful. The chicken was hot, but only because they were full of hot grease. They were grey, not white as you would expect on a chicken breast. Very little edible between the bones gristle which oozed fat and grease. You could push the grease out of the small amount of decent chicken. For the price you deserve much better in both quality, quantity and service. I will not be rushing out to a KFC any time soon after this experience. Definitely would not recommend, there cannot be many worse places in Llandudno for fast food.

Leider mit Abstand das schlechteste, was ich in letzter Zeit an Restaurants besucht habe. Wir hatten die Twisterbox - der Twister war ok, das Filet pikant, aber gummiartig. Präsentation in der Schachtel mies, offensichtlich wurde einfach alles rein geschmissen.

The service of the old lady was extremely helpful! We were about to catch a train and were running late but the slim old lady helped us a lot to get our food so quickly that we reached the station on time. Thanks to her once again! Food was average.

Not enough staff 2 young lads were run of thier feet I can't fault them the manager was no where to be seen

Just a typical KFC no better and no worse than others visited.

The new renovation makes it look better than ever! Their service is also nice and the ordering counter has been replaced by self order machines which is welcomed for people who don't like social interaction (like me!) Feels bad for the poor staff who still has to stand in front of the machines to help all the old people who don't know how to use the machines tho :p

What a bunch of clowns. Service incredibly slow even though was hardly anyone waiting, order wrong and food hardly edible, threw majority in the bin. 100% worst KFC have ever been to. Disgusting! Bonus box definitely missing any idea of bonus, dinner in the dog would be best option for this

One of the worst staff in the country, after 10 minutes wait after ordering, asked me to wait further 10 minutes or they refund the money. Bad staff they looked lazy and cant be bothered, poor service, if i had suc staff in the business then good luck, disgusting!

Very small venue for the location making and limited seating just makes it awkward when trying to feed the family. Staff however really good and the food as good as a kfc can get would give a 5 but I feel the location for such a large franchise should be reviewed
