Really nice mini fillets we had the 10 MF bucket service was quick and prompt since we ordered ahead on the app, staff were nice definitely recommend this KFC 🍗 👌

Ordered a boneless bucket 12pc and only received 8pc! Called the restaurant who didn’t want to know and said we need to raise a refund through the delivery app! Didn’t want a refund, just the food that we’d ordered. Very overpriced for what it is, wouldn’t recommend

Jessica has been extremely rude and unhelpful this evening. She gave out a number for head office when my food did not arrive and the Uber number was not in service. I called head office and they were closed, so I used an alternative number that I found online. My husband was told that I could not have spoken to anyone as the office closes at 5.30. She clearly thought that the problem would go away by giving contact details of a closed service. I paid 36.46 for a meal that did not arrive. We have been told that the manager is back in tomorrow, being that we have paid for a service and not received it and have now been given 2 ‘not in use’ numbers for Uber, I now have no choice apart from going back on Saturday to speak to the manager. How difficult would it have been to re make the order when they received the confirmation that it has not been delivered?

Cancelled my order 5 minutes before it should have been delivered, thanks for wasting 40 minutes of my time!

got food poisoning last night from this store. reported it this morning 3 hrs ago as yet no reply from store. i still have left over food and i will be taking this further

Used to be a bit hit and miss although staff were usually good. The service and food and staff are steadily getting better. Last few times nothing gets missed of the food I've ordered in fact I was chased by the lady serving me and she gave me my drunk I left on the counter which was nice. Edited 14/01/23 Service has gotten worse and more mistakes happening don't know why I use this place anymore. Edited again 13/05/2024 Food quality control has gotten better not missed anything of my order for a very long time(I've jinxed it now haha) Not only that it seems to be handle/prepared and kept fresher and better than before. Please keep this up.

Placed order ,delivered ,pop chicken missing, drink missing , chicken batter should be sent to Ukraine to put on there tanks ,so hard, very salty, why do I bother ordering, so we can play the what's going to be missing when it's delivered game.

Stop charging for sauce! If you're going to serve me dry chicken and chips don't charge for sauce. Oh and stop your delivery drivers parking in the disabled bays

Went in and bought a 10 piece bargain bucket got home to find there was 7 drumsticks in the bucket and only 3 pieces of other chicken I thought the buckets were suppose to be a mixture of different pieces of chicken will go elsewhere in future if this is what you get in your buckets

Chicken with a wet soggy batter is not what you’d expect ordering fried chicken, with most of it scuffed off on the bucket. It was hard to lift a piece without the wet coating falling off before giving up and binning this “treat”

Convenient and clean with helpful staff

The shame is my disabled mother couldn't use the disabled bays as 3 delivery drivers where sat in them. The food is what you expect but the service was very slow with only one person on the till.

Site is well located however they close the restaurant section early meaning on drive threw is accessible. This makes using app offers difficult.

No hot Drinks. The Colonel would not be happy! 👀 & it wasn’t ‘finger lickin good!’ You can tell who the owners are!

Fast efficient service staff are polite and helpful. Sit in or drive through options. There is also outside seating to the front and back of the building. Large car park.

I’ve never had on order from here that’s been complete ! ALWAYS items missing ! Do the staff walk around the shop blind folded when you make up the orders ? That’s if you even actually read the order !

Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this place. I can't fathom how it's still in business. The chicken is greasy and slimy, the chips are soggy, and there are rats scurrying around the drive-thru.

I hate to give negative feedback but this place is shocking. The lady was so rude and I nearly walked out. Her English was horrendous and probably another one that's came across on a dinghy. If these people want to work learn English, learn how to talk to people in the correct manner and how to treat people properly and be so rude. KFC you need to sort these people out.

Can’t grumble at the speed of getting my order, but can grumble at the toilet smell when you’re waiting for the food. Restaurant is tired and shabby. It needs to be closed for a few weeks for a refit (like McDonald’s did recently)

Shower of steaming shi*e. No one at the counter (too busy dealing with complaints by looks of it) Finally when I put my order through they THEN proceed to tell me no contact less...waste of time!

Absolutely appalling attitude from the staff in there. A woman from the back was saying to a group standing that there’s customers waiting. It’s like they weren’t interested in customers at all. Adult size portions were child size. Delivery drivers, driving through the exit and parking in the disabled bays. Manager wasn’t interested at all. Once again another fast food restaurant only interested in the deliveries not in store customers. Going more downhill each time!

Not good in here ,staff sitting on top of surfaces,not very hygienic! Staff looked like they couldn’t be bothered to be honest!

Drive through..... always get your order wrong so check before you leave. Sit in..... always dirty tables, the chicken isn't what usual kfc should taste like and the staff are rude

First time at KFC drive thru and my last - no bargain bucket just a paper bag with scraps of greasy chicken in . Poor - disappointed kids ( not like it used to be I was told .

Absolutely rubbish. Staff useless. Every time I go there's a problem. This time cash only but didn't tell me I could order at the machine and use my card. Went all the way to a cash point and came back only to see someone using a card at the order machine. Had no one got the sense to tell me. Extremely disappointed.

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. They cannot seem to get an order right. Always missing items or incorrect items. I'd rather driver the extra 10 minutes to Nuneaton.

Don't Serve Hot Drinks on Bank holiday

It was cold because we were under the air con!

Filthy tables and bean spills all over the floor & chairs. Food rubbish waste was left across the tables. The restaurant looked in an absolute state! During my dismal visit to KFC Hinckley. I asked a member of staff if we could have our table cleaned before we sat and ate. The male server working that day ( Kai ) rudely told me No - can't you see I'm busy? When I ask if he could call someone to help him out - he rudely & abruptly snarled no at me again. KFC need to focus on their employee training programs. Communication skills were shocking. This behaviour toward paying customers was beyond awful. There were 3 customers in the shop at the time of my visit, which does not equate to being rushed off your feet. If I compare this restaurant to McDonald's in Hinckley where folks queue out of the door & round the block for a drive-through! They manage to run a tight ship keeping on top of cleanliness it's not that hard surely! Never in my life have I eaten at a restaurant where I've been so rudely spoken to by a member of staff. All I asked for was a little cleanliness in my eating area ( it is the least you'd expect from KFC considering we've not long come out of a pandemic ) Not in a million years will I ever eat here again. As for the server! Kai, may I suggest that you try out none facing customer employment something where you are alone in an office

They don't serve hot drinks. No toilet roll in either toilet. Antibacterial dispensers don't work. Can't use cards at the toll, you have to use the kiosks which are dirty. Better off going the extra 3 miles to the Nuneaton one by the train station.

2019 review - Poor service. Got home and incorrect food received :( 2021 review 04/12/21 - I have 12 chips and my 3 piece chicken only had 2! Already at home so not going back....ever! Colonel Sanders will be turning in his grave to see the sh!t this restaurant puts out

Shot out for a quick lunch break. Feeling that chicken vibe, everyone likes KFC and it's much better than macDee. The store is a tad small with only 2 ordering stations, and they prefer you use them when paying by card. Fast, reliable chicken. Fresh, clean venue. Was not busy on our visit. Most folks agree to KFC with little or no objections. Rubber stamp on flavours and taste.

Tried to use the QR code on the self-service machine as it's card only n the counter service is cash only! The QR code can not input my details for rewards n special offers as an app rewards customer! Gave up in the end n the cashier refused to serve me as its cash only!

Great experience from friendly staff, to very reasonable waiting times on food. Always generous with napkins and misc to make eating take out an enjoyable experience.

Not too bad, personally I think the spicy wings could be more spicy but that’s just me. Wide selection of food and drinks, top tier restaurant.

Had a kfc at hinckley 3 years ago, it was so bad put me off for a long time. Had one in southampton yesterday it was fantastic. Stopped off in hinckley today kfc take away . 2 pieces of oil soaked grey gunge. Binned the lot. Appearance made you feel ill

Sells chicken staff were ignorant

I love KFC, a little too much. However the service at Hinckley is shocking to say the least, the drive through will serve one car at a time, you pull up to the speaker and have to wait for the car at the window to receive their food before your order is taken. The staff appear bored and fed up, which they probably are, but they work in a customer focused role and therefore should at least put some effort into being polite and welcoming to the store.

Soggy chips, soggy batter, very unlike KFC had elsewhere. Shant go again.

Seems as though good old colonel Sanders recipe has been messed about with. Visited the Hinckley restaurant and the chicken was absolutely tasteless but the fries were hot ..as in not cold .

Told which chicken I could only have in family feast. Got no chicken breats just drumsticks and thighs all sloppy and so greasy. Cold fries and awful food. Poor staff at window and definitely not got any interest in their customers. Don't bother using them unless you like this rubbish.

Placed an order which said it had been delivered but we never received it , phoned up and got told it was none of their business as it had left the store , had to go through just eat , would not recommend as they just don't care

Worst kfc we have ever had. Overcooked chicken - even the corn was over cooked. When we called to explain we were just ignored and fobbed off. Never again. Also v misleading as 14 bucket for family normally has fries and you can add sides- on Uber it doesn’t you have to opt to get them- be aware! Basically shoddy-they should be ashamed- suggest they pop over to Ventura where my son used to work much better

Service was absolutely slow only one staff member on and he had people waiting for ages for there food. And was to busy sorting out just eat orders instead of sorting customer food out. Greasy chicken, watered down gravy and slow service. Also, even though I don't buy a zinger tower burger for the salad upon it, it would have been nice to have little more than 4 random slices of lettuce upon it.

Knocks the socks off the other rival ( Happy Meal ?? You know who!!) A teeny tiny bit more on price. But the quality of the food makes up for that . And to be honest , we won't use MC.......... again . They've lost a customer . Enjoy your grub at KFC like we do!! 😃

Ordered meal with KFC app twice, account debited twice,no code for meal sent to me so staff can't help, just said contact customer service and muttered we only work here,gave it one star as can't give less,worst KFC ever been to.
