KFC Hinckley - Maple Drive in Hinckley and Bosworth

Orders at 17.23 delivered at 18.56 pm .

The food was stale and we ordered a 6 piece wicked bucket more like a 10 piece drumstick only meal. It was awful and we had nothing but stale drumsticks and hot wings. I also ordered 6 wing meal we got about 20 of them again it was stale.

Driver carried the bag the wrong way so all the gravy has leaked everywhere and the food is ruined we waited over an hour just for a driver to collect the food

The food was nearly cold. I only eat as I was starving The delivery time was absolutely dreadful. It took over 1 hour and a half.

Wrong order and no way to rectify the problem tried calling no answers and the only thing just eat is doing is offering a refund

We need a refund as ordered it at 4pm and then we got it at 9 so this needs refunding

food arrived cold, it was scheduled for 19.30 at first, watching the GPS or map the driver made 3 stops completely out the way before delivering ours

Ordered at 16:49 delivered 18:55 terrible…I rang the restaurant who didn’t even receive the order until 17:53 !!

Never actually arrived...2.5 hour wait ...

I suspect that KFC prepared the order immediately, but it didn't get picked up until 1.5hrs later. KFC should be instructed if the food has been sitting longer than 30-45min - bin it and make a fresh one. VERY DISAPPOINTED for the money spent.

Food wasn’t great, fries were very small portion, approx 10 fries in the bag.

Driver brought no drinks so went back out only got one expecting 3 then proceeded to ask again try’s to drive off but gets out and gives me a wrong drink waste of money

The food we had last night was pretty unpleasant to eat: dry chicken, cold fries, huge amount of mayo on the burger and runny gravy. I had already decided that this experience has probably finished off KFC for me, as it’s super expensive for poor quality food. This was cemented by waking up at 2am with food poisoning though, which I’m continuing to suffer with today.

Miss items from the order when paid over £30

all the food was cold, the chicken was dry and the chicken we received was tiny compared to the portions you usually get. We had to wait over an hour for the food to even start being prepared and it wasn’t even a huge order so i don’t understand why it took this long. i’m really unhappy.

Over cooked chicken which was mainly just bones wrapped in a crispy batter.(Nothing like it used to be) Fries were under cooked and cold. No coffee available. Just fizzy drinks that contain more chemicals that you don't want.

Every time arrives cold, it’s a 2 min drive from my house. They need to remove kfc from site as can not reheat chicken

No dips or sides in box meals and kids meals was missing chips

it was cold as usual, and after seeing the driver at the restaurant for around 20 minutes before it set out I understand why it was.

I had the Vegan Burger and Fries, service was quick and the food was neatly packed and hot. The server kindly double checked with me that the fries were not vegan just in case I was a dietary vegan. I thought this was good as it shows a server taking potential dietary needs seriously. It was ok as I am not a dietary vegan, I just like to try plant based food.

Customer service is very poor and they are not happy about doing their work no smiles can’t see any profession people in front worst kfc ever seen .

No updates on the app past it being accepted. So didn't know it was being prepped, cooked or on the way. Wrap was missing the slaw, so was just chicken in a wrap

Big family bucket on time, fresh, hot on a Saturday evening. Very impressed.

Expensive and overrated. Mini fillets were good Everything else very soggy, just seemed reheated, definitely won't be back. At £28 for 2 people very overpriced

Very nice food from here the prices are fair I do like the seasoning on the fries very tasty will be coming back for more.

Ordered a boneless bucket 12pc and only received 8pc! Called the restaurant who didn’t want to know and said we need to raise a refund through the delivery app! Didn’t want a refund, just the food that we’d ordered. Very overpriced for what it is, wouldn’t recommend

Shocking, was first told on the app that order would be delivered at 21-30 then the time kept changing. Food arrived at 22-30 and was stone cold. Will never use again

Jessica has been extremely rude and unhelpful this evening. She gave out a number for head office when my food did not arrive and the Uber number was not in service. I called head office and they were closed, so I used an alternative number that I found online. My husband was told that I could not have spoken to anyone as the office closes at 5.30. She clearly thought that the problem would go away by giving contact details of a closed service. I paid 36.46 for a meal that did not arrive. We have been told that the manager is back in tomorrow, being that we have paid for a service and not received it and have now been given 2 ‘not in use’ numbers for Uber, I now have no choice apart from going back on Saturday to speak to the manager. How difficult would it have been to re make the order when they received the confirmation that it has not been delivered?

the portion sizes we not fit for a two year old ever mind and adults meal didn't send the chicken wings and delivered it to the wrong house and was running later than they said , food wasn't even close to 15 pound worth let alone 33 pound the sizes of the meals were so small the burger was gone in two bits

Used to be a bit hit and miss although staff were usually good. The service and food and staff are steadily getting better. Last few times nothing gets missed of the food I've ordered in fact I was chased by the lady serving me and she gave me my drunk I left on the counter which was nice. Edited 14/01/23 Service has gotten worse and more mistakes happening don't know why I use this place anymore. Edited again 13/05/2024 Food quality control has gotten better not missed anything of my order for a very long time(I've jinxed it now haha) Not only that it seems to be handle/prepared and kept fresher and better than before. Please keep this up.

Placed order ,delivered ,pop chicken missing, drink missing , chicken batter should be sent to Ukraine to put on there tanks ,so hard, very salty, why do I bother ordering, so we can play the what's going to be missing when it's delivered game.

Stop charging for sauce! If you're going to serve me dry chicken and chips don't charge for sauce. Oh and stop your delivery drivers parking in the disabled bays

food was late by an hour and it is alright on the website saying food is delivered near the ETA. NOT WHEN YOU KEEP CHANGING THE ETA. THE FOOD GOT DELIVERED COLD. SO WHAT WAS THE HOLD UP OBVIOULY THE WORKERS AT KFC ARE NO LONGER ENJOYING THEIR MINIMUM WAGE JOB AND PUTTING LITTLE TO NO EFFORT IN!!! ABSOLUTELY APPAULD, I WILL BE USING UBER EATS NEXT TIME!
