I really enjoyed the pizza, it was fresh tasted great

Just moved to the area, first order, great kebab!

Had a pizza and cheesy garlic bread, both unhealthily full of salt..far too much, destroyed the taste, couldn’t eat more than a slice….good service though!

Meat very tasty and plenty of it. Lots of salad which was fresh. Delivery 10 mins early but I’d asked for it asap so this wasn’t an issue.

I liked it, generous portions, fries perfectly cooked AND salted, there was tomato in the burger which we love and it never happens to find some, and the meat had a nice flavour, more real

Unfortunately the lamb was very fatty and not enjoyable considering how much it cost. They did double up on the extras which was a waste. Wedges were soggy but I suppose that's because they were in a plastic bag and will have sweated, par for the course for takeaways. Mostly disappointed about the lamb.

quick service and really nice food

Requested a set delivery time and arrived perfectly on time, so that’s great. Curly fries are good, can’t go wrong. Burgers were okay but the doner meat was absolutely disgusting and had such a bad taste to it. We love kebabs and always order them from everywhere and we couldn’t even eat these, they were horrendous. Not sure if it was just a bad night or something had gone wrong, but definitely won’t be rushing back.

Honestly the best takeaway around Earl Shilton and Barwell. The portion sizes are immense and the kebab meat is mouthwateringly delicious. All of the food I've ever had from here has been incredible. Plus they are always on time or a bit early which is good! I have been and will always be a loyal customer to Ali Babas

Dropped in for a hawian pizza and Donna meat in a flat bread and lemon juice was amazing asked for pizza well cooked and Donna meat just what I wanted great

Lovely delivery guy. Food piping hot. Request for changes spot on. And chicken shish kebabs that are completely drool worthy!

Took about an hour to get it and was Missing a whole meal and when asked where it is was told can’t get refund and next time I order to leave a message saying I didn’t get meal and I’ll get it for free which doesn’t help me at that point when my family is eating and I’m left with out anything and asked to go in and wait for it to be cooked if I wanted to go shop I would have done that in first place also one pizza was squashed looks like driver put heavy things in middle of box

The burgers beat McDonald's hands down but my fave is the chicken shish kebab with naan bread. The food is always hot and delicious, salad is fresh and crisp. The coleslaw from here is divine. Delivery driver is always polite.

had a spaghetti pollo, they made it with kebab chicken, and at least half an inch of pizza mozzarella on top, couldn't eat it at all, disgusting. Doesn't mention cheese on the item description, even the dog said no.. honestly if you can't make it right, you shouldn't bother. The other items were okay, Please don't call.

The fries were fresh,Hot and crispy. We order from here often and have never been disappointed. Drinks and salad are always in a separate bag so cold food stays cold and hot food stays hot. The pizza can be warmed up later as well if u can’t manage to eat everything u have ordered. Honestly can’t fault this takeaway or order in food. Friendly happy staff and always happy to see to specific needs. 5 ******* as always

fries were like rubber, chicken nuggets were like mush, pizza barely had any toppings, burger and kebab were nice but disappointed about the rest

We always find the food from Ali babas of great quality. I've ordered from here for many years right back when my eldest was little she is now in her twenties. The customer service has never faltered and the food is still delicious. I've never had any problems. I moved house and still refuse to order elsewhere.

Great kebabs, super generous portion and amazing quality and taste. Only a personal preference but would like a little less white onion as it got a bit spicy near the end, but apart from that it was amazing. Garlic sauce was ace and tasted homemade!

The kebabs were great. Loved the picked cabbage in the salad and sauce was really good. I could eat all of mine but my husband demolished his. Would definitely order from here again.

The order came a lot faster than expected which was great. We had chicken shish kebab on naan bread with salad, it was absolutely delicious! The coleslaw was also very tasty. I highly recommend the kebabs. Thank you!

Wrong food again, twice now I ordered chicken donner but received lamb donner. Typically the food is quite good but I think if we order again I’ll collect and check it first.

The food is decent but delivery is hit or miss. Sometimes it's quick then other times it can be a pisstake. I've ordered a fair few times from here but after waiting near on 2 hours for food I won't be bothering again.

large doner? the meat wouldn't have filled a coffee cup! kebab was half cold, and the driver dumped it on an outside wall and rang me from his car to tell me where to find it! First and last order from here!

When the food arrived, the meat was meat, the chips were chips, the cheese was cheese and the bread was bread! So all in all a solid 10/10

Incorrect food received, which was evident as the right order was on the receipt. I wasn't too bothered it was wrong, as easily rectified, my issues was the attitude I was presented with by the chefs and ?owner. I was shouted at and told I was incorrect, which turned into an argument. They appeared annoyed with me for just stating the obvious. As I left the shop I and crossed the road I could still hear them shouting about me. Probably the most rudest arogent customer service I have ever experienced, and if you feel shouting it's acceptable as a group of men towards a women, then perhaps you need to re learn basic interpersonal skills. I would be annoyed if it was the best food I've every experienced, but its only mediocre.

Food was rushed before closing time. Gave me salad when I requested no salad and had onion which I'm allergic too. No sauce which I also requested. Got there, shutters were down. Had to ask for help. For the price, this eas absolutely ridiculous. I would spent £16 in a restaurant never mind a takeaway for such poor service!!! Will not return

The menu is good, lots of choice and not too expensive. We’ve used Ali Baba’s for lots of years and tonight was the first time I was disappointed. I ordered a doner wrap and it was just a pile of meat dumped on the wrap, not a wrap at all. Tasted fine but 0 out of 10 for presentation.

The customer service of the manager at Ali Baba's was awful. We ordered the Kebab Meal 2, which contains Any 2 Large Kebabs (excluding lamb shish), 10" Garlic Bread with Cheese or 2 x Coleslaw, Large Fries & 2 Cans of Drink. Obviously from this it gives you the option to pick the kebabs, we ordered one of them as a Kebab with Chips. From the advert of this meal, you would still expect the Large Fries to be included but that is not the case. I called up to ask for the Fries to be delivered but was told that because I ordered the Kebab with Chips that this is the large fries. The lady on the phone was polite and tried to get this sorted but her manager was absolutely awful. He was shouting in the back and refusing to speak with me. He even started shouting towards her which is uncalled for. I will not be ordering from here again, not just for the food missing but the way they treat their staff and customers. The food was also cold. Disgusting.

Arrived about 15 20 min after order which was good. Salad was just shredded lettuce 1 slice cucumber 1 slice of tomato. Paid extra for soggy naan bread that fell apart. Garlic bread was more like garlic scented toast. Soggy onion rings. Cheeseburger was fine. Asked if there’s owt they can do they said no that’s how it usually is.

Food was lovely, very tasty and came nice and hot. There was a small issue with part of the order which was very quickly rectified by the staff. Would deffo order again.

Just had my food delivered and we ordered 1/2 chicken burgers and was only a 1/4 chicken let's see if just eat sort us out not had much luck in the past 🙃

Unfortunately won’t be ordering from these again. £7.80 for a large chicken dinner & chips but there was literally no chicken on it, there was a sprinkle at most. Spent £50 on this order for a group of children for a treat and it was ridiculous. What a shame

We ordered 3 chicken shish kebabs 1 with onion and cabbage 2 with salad. We got 2 with onion and cabbage and 1 with nothing at all. And that was ordered online. So they didn't even bother to check the order. By far to come was the diarrhea all 3 of us suffered the next day. 24hrs later we still have stomach pains and still going toilet. Will never be ordering from that place again.

Forgot my mayo, which ruined my meal. Chips were cold and seemed to have been cooked a couple of times! Some were darker than others! Normally a lovely meal, but was not impressed this evening.

My delivery driver went above and beyond instead of knocking on the door he rang my number as he read my comment I can’t thank him enough
