When I came into the shop I was looking for a wrap box with wings which they didn’t have but one of the staff managed to help me with what I needed, the staff was really polite and helpful, the food was 10/10.

We took family bucket which is really worthy of price we spent and we got fresh and tasty food and the service was great will be visiting again and recommend to visit this store for sure for having such a tasty fresh hot food in reasonable price!

Complaint – Poor Service at KFC I had a terrible experience on Friday, 14th at 7:30 PM at your hayes. After ordering, I found the food tasted awful and requested a replacement, but Veerpal and another staff member rudely refused. Their attitude was dismissive and completely unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated and expect immediate action. Please address this issue and provide a resolution. Sincerely,

I've recently had the pleasure of dining in this kfc and I can't recommend it enough! The food is absolutely delicious compacted to other kfc's not to mention Ive taken a few friends who can actually eat the food because it's halal. Service is decent and usuallypretty fast, I have been to a few in similar areas and experience some racism and terrible service. (Such as the uxbridge one..) Each dish is bursting with flavor and made with the freshest ingredients. Whether you're craving something savory or sweet, they have it all but I'd personally recommend there box meals! The atmosphere is quiet warm although area wise I'm not the biggest fan hence the 3 stars... If you haven't been yet, you're missing out on a true culinary gem. Treat yourself or others and go visit! Ino this is corny but its also where I met my first love and where still together, so I thank you kfc! (This one particularly.) And sorry sis for using your account mine wasnt working. 😭😂

I have never, ever, ever seen such exquisite customer service and food quality. I feel enlightenment approaching. I feel wiser than Sensei Wu. That lady with the glasses was especially exceptional. Next time I visit, and there WILL be a next time, I will reminisce of my time today, with a smile on my face and the scent of the Kentucky aroma of my future delight.
