Dirty poor service very disappointed not use again

Had the wrap of the day meal very good and tasty meal good value

I bought a bucket of hot wings for a fiver and they gave me more than 30 when it said only 20, me and my mate almost died, all of my senses were filled with chicken, my toilet doesn't work, overall, 5 stars

This place is getting worse and worse. Everytime you go in its full of delivery people waiting for orders. The staff in there just completely leave customers stood waiting as priority is sorting out deliveries first. I dont know if they are under staffed or they just work in slow motion. Theres never and sides as they run out very quick. Place needs shutting down or a new system

10 chips in a full portion. Go to poulton instead.

Food arrived quickly and hot 5*service

We tried chicken wings, chicken burger, boneless chicken and popcorn chicken.. the boneless chicken fillets was not cooked fully (it was medium cooked).. the burger was good..

Absolutely dreadful waited 40 minutes for my order and I wasn't the only one disgusting

Boxing Day 6pm thought I'd check if KFC is open , Google said yes but being cautious I thought I'd check the app , Yes Store open for Collection, it's a 20 min walk from my home so half way there placed a order on app all good payment took ,. Arrived at Store in total darkness and Closed ! Then it started to rain , so a 40 min walk in total , For no Food and £15.99 missing from my bank . Absolutely atrocious in this day and age , why is the app accepting orders when the store is closed ? The So called "KFC Care team took 14 hours to respond with the usual DM is you're Email and we'll look into it ,also stating if any money was took in error it will be back in my account in 3-5 days ! It's 7 hours later now still not got back to me The worst customer service I've known I will the lodging an official complaint

I only have KFC when there are vouchers available, the prices of items is ridiculous for delivery. But none of this is Fleetwood KFC's fault, the restaurant is clean and well ran , always very busy testament to how good the food is , however I have to knock a star off for the Fries there absolutely horrible everytime ,. Original recipe chicken and burgers are my favourite,

Manager at this KFC was really helpful. The lady with specs on the 8th October 2022 on the night shift. pitty, I couldn't get her name. Great customer service with common sense 👏. Actioned fast. It was about to close when I went in but they were not in a rush like the other stores.

Opening hours slightly reduced from other outlets we have visited. It didn't open until 12 noon. Friendly cheerful staff. A slight wait for our food but when it came it was very enjoyable. Plenty of parking nearby. Usual range of chicken dishes available. My favourite fast food outlet. 😋

The staff here are great. They are super friendly and the food is good and normally a very quick service. The reason for my negative review is the place keeps reducing it hours I went there recently for some food and they now have a print out on their window saying they are now only open 12pm-8pm I got there at twenty past 8 as it says on Google they were open from 11am-9pm. Very disappointed they keep reducing their hours. You'd think they'd be extending their hours to compete with McDonald's that stays open until 11pm. Even more annoying when they turn their apps off when it gets busy in store so you can't order food to be delivered. Surely if you can't handle the amount of orders take on more staff.

Just a kfc but went here because Florida Chicken near our caravan has new owners and the quality of the food as been badly affected

Never will I buy a KFC again. The food comes out quicker than it does going in. Perfect if you have trouble opening your bowels.

Went today and ordered a meal to eat in. First of all chips are cold so had to get them changed for warm ones . Then half way through eating the young staff members behind the counter screamed what's that crawling? All the staff come running to the till and taking photos on their phones and laughing. Then you hear them saying don't look that's rank !!! With that we ask what they found and get told it's a leak under the counter. Got a refund and left . Obviously a very dirty restaurant. Definitely won't be going back there again.

8 piece boneless bucket, 2 sides, 4 fries, a bottle of pop and some dips. Nice n hot and fresh but did go at tea time so it was pretty much being made to order. Staff are very young and unfortunately customer service was a bit lacking. Not rude in particular, just definitely going through the motions.

Laughable service. They don't know their own menu and they can't package orders as requested. I have to check it every time before I leave. Needs a manager because I never see anyone managing.

Came to visit while we were on holiday and ordered off just eat who failed to deliver! I rang the branch and they were wonderful and replaced the meal for us the next day. When we went in the staff we happy, chatty and just lovely, the store was lovely and clean too and the food came super quick. Overall I would highly recommend this branch.

Cannot seem to put items into a bag correctly. I can't remember the last time we got a meal for the family and things WEREN'T missing off the order. It's got to a stage now where it's beyond a joke. Nearly 15% of the cost of our delivery is unaccounted for this time. Happening once can be understood, but doing it every rime we decide to grab a takeaway from there is disgraceful. You'd be better off going to Freddy's or Italian Pizza Hot. It might not be the same but at least they send you what you pay for

Absolutely disgusting because we used the vouchers we was given the most greasy and cheep pieces of chicken I could of squeezed the grease out and cooked a full English with it if it wasn't for my kids I'd of brought the whole thing back and asked for a refund I've never had a KFC like that this ever I think I've decided not to use KFC again

I was in there two weeks ago and asked for a tea with my lunch and told that they don't do them,it's absolutely ridiculous I have been too a few more KFC places and got tea,coffee and hot chocolate not just fizzy drinks, so I will not be using this one again until they do bring back the hot drinks.

The food is as you would expect from any KFC. However the chance of getting the food you want or the food you have ordered is are so low that you haven't much hope of enjoying anything. The majority of staff are useless and unhelpful but this is likely a result of them having little incentive to care. The menu screens have been broken for weeks showing that the owner doesn't care so why should the staff!?

Went around 12-30pm no body waiting, asked for two meals with extra gravy. And 2 cherry Cola's Chips were nice and hot but the chicken was dry and hard and warm, hardly any meat on them little ribs and the smallest pieces of KFC at £15 it was rubbish, 2nd time now we have been there the 1st time wasn't any better, not going again, rather go to Cleveleys.

Gone down hill since last visit , slow service soggy fries and below average chicken

Don’t go here unless you’d be happy to have only half your order twice. Came here, went home to realise we have only been given half of what was on the receipt…we rang in and they did offer us a full replacement of our order if we came to collect, for that I was very grateful. However, got home for the second time and there was a mash and a four piece chicken pieces missing, both orders they gave us was different things. Would be embarrassing to go back for a third time.

Ordered chicken drumsticks, hot wings plus Tower zinger burger. Disappointing is the least I can say. Food reheated, dry, salty and the zinger burger is nothing like they used to be. They didn't even include the mayonnaise. All dried up food. That's it for me. No more..

Slovenly service at times, could make a proper job of wrapping take outs, try eating chicken strip meal with a sachet that is difficult and somehow won't open, what happened to the boxes, much better than a paper bag, time to shape up.
