The food never came, this service is becoming a joke

Food quality was terrible the order wasn’t even what I ordered more than half my order wasn’t even in the bag absolute disaster if I could I would have given it 0 stars

Very tasty, good and fast service and Dilaxsan was very friendly

The food was horrible. The oil had an awful taste

I did not receive my order I want my money back I waited up all night and still nothing I went without food last night

Staff are working on tills, touching their clothing/hair and other things around them and then dealing with food without gloves.

I am so sorry to leave a negative review,but this time I could not stay without saying anything. The chicken was cold/ish which isn't my mIn issue ,the quality of the chicken was poor.

please tell me why I found my food outside my house on the wall 10 mins after it said it's been delivered. this is an absolute joke.

Honestly worst kfc ever on top of that even though they have no seating areas they give out their drinks in leaky lids, there is no way you can get this home without destroying your food and then by the time you pull out the bag it will break and go all over your flooring. Honestly tired of this nonsense they only give the cans to the drivers because they know this happens during delivery. But for picks up from costumers they provide their rubbish lid drinks ...

Delivered on time but they delivered the wrong order

No food was delivered .Waited over 2 hours no food arrived at all .We have been sitting at the window waiting and nothing has arrived.I WANT A REFUND THIS IS DIABOLICAL.No driver arrived and No food was delivered.Thos is a very bad company taking peoples money and not doing a service.This is so bad

Super fast delivery - arrived approx 15 minutes from ordering! Food, as always, delicious - hot and fresh.

they forgot one of the items and chicken was dry

Your driver picked up my order, then decided to stop halfway at a random location for 20 minutes with no explanation, while my food sat there getting cold. I watched this happen in real-time on the tracker, and I’m shocked by such unprofessional behaviour. This is a massive failure in service and respect for your customers.

I believe the show was happy I got discounted on my meal with my work voucher. so they made my food horrible. I will not buy from Finsbury Park KFC again. The driver was unhelpful and had little English. I tried to explain to him my building entrance has code for access but He moaned and didn't want to deliver to me on my doorstep.

Chicken rice box is nice. Plenty of rice and salad. Chicken wings are tasty. Good franchiser.

Not happy with my order, as the zinger burger, and a piece of fillet chicken was missing from my carers trilogy box meal. Not only that, but they got his side wrong, and gave him gravy instead of beans. I am disabled and cannot go out to KFC and buy my order at the moment, due to health issues. So therefore I couldn't check the order myself. I felt so bad for my carer. 😩

Items missing and when I called I had an incompetent manager in fisnbury park who wouldn’t take any responsibility. This is the second time items missing. Customer service so poor and lack of communication.

Got such bad food poisoning from this place - 3 days of hell. Don’t recommend it at all.

this is probably the 2nd review I ever wrote it got that bad that I felt to express my self so went there ordered bites 2.99 whilst waiting for food this old guy comes in with his food n he asked if he can have something to cover it (bag,box,anything) but the way the employee looked at him was so evil dint even acknowledge him I couldn’t believe this was happening so he got rude to him for no reason on top of that I got 4 popcorn size dam chicken man I was so hurt at this point the whole experience was super ugly n inhuman ps the place so bad it dint even have a bin forget about table or ect

The restaurant called me and said they didn’t have the vegan burger I asked for a refund they said they will process the refund but they didn’t and sent me just a cookie instead of whole order I need a full refund

I did not get my full order. I ordered chips with the meal and. No chips were delivered. I am still waiting for a response about my refund!!!

Thank you KFC for reminding me why I don't eat it anymore. The chicken fillet was small and broken and the chicken burger looked like the chicken itself had been starved. Thinking about it I hope it was chicken I was eating as it was so poor with no actual meat! The burger had fallen apart and all I was eating was bread crumbs! Very Disappointed.

Driver arrived on time, but they had given him the wrong number ,. He had to go back to collect it again, so annoying. In addition they had the wrong phone number on my recipt , so the driver could not call me. The food was over done in the end GRrrrrrr

I have given no stars as the coleslaw ordered is rancid and had to be thrown away and got breast meat when I specifically requested no Breast meat. Very poor quality. The chips were inedible. I expect a full refund.
