KFC Durham - Thinford Services in County Durham

A fast food venue that takes 40minutes to make your order. No sweetcorn, no water, no Fanta, no cola, no till receipts, limited chicken options. A rather poor display of how to run a business. Still as poor as the first time. Got home to find my hot wings weren't present, and my burger had shrunk to a non-existent size. I was the only person at the restaurant, but still to park in a waiting bay. Took 45 minutes this time. Seems like you're having to wait for all of the Uber eats, etc, to get their orders sorted first.

Not too busy everytime I go, quick service

Told that orders can't be taken at the till and we had to use the machine , I DO NOT WANT TO BE SERVED LIKE THIS I WANT TO GIBE MY ORDER TO A HUMSN BEING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Popped in late Saturday afternoon. Not too busy. The restaurant was spotless. All tables cleaned, chairs put back, floor clean. Staff cleaning up as customers left. Fast service, food piping hot and really nice.

Don’t think they’ve ever got an order correct! Food always missing, stone cold I now purposely go out my and go to Durham retail park KFC if I’m ever having KFC because this one is awful.

Katie the store manager is a very kind person. I had to call the store as someone who was sleeping in a parked car near the store was not answering. She went and checked the situation and due to her kindness that person was safe. Thank you Katie for your help

no delivery driver turned up ordered food at 11.37am ans still after 1pm it was still advising me food was still getting prepared. I called the shop 10x to get no answer! I left my own home to go down and collect my food my self at 1.16pm. Almost 2 hours from ordering I finally got my food because I want and gor ir my self! when arrived they advised the delivery driver had took it ages ago but still has nor showed up at mt home. Absolutely ridiculous. estimated time of delivery is 15-30min

I think the lady who delivers is very scared of dogs I have to walk to her an I don't mind but a delivery is cos ya want a lazy night xxxxx

The food was disgusting and very cold and 42pond is a rip of. And there was a little bag of crisps wish wose very cold and not cooked properly I will never go back there again as far as I live. All of my food was very cold. So I will be never eating anything from us again. And I think us need to cook your food properly as well.

We ordered cookies never got them it's a regular thing up there no cookies we sat in a bay yes I should of checked got the chicken said please remember the cookies as staff seem to feet YIP got home we got charged no cookies we paid for the 4 cookies same every weekend

Disgraceful driver smoking cigarette and all smoke came inside my home when opened the door. Should be some standards for delivery drivers is absolutely disgusting.

A 20-30 minute estimated delivery time turned into 1 hour. When the food arrived it was stone cold and has clearly been sitting around. The tower burger came with mayonnaise that isn’t mentioned on the list of ingredients. I can’t eat mayo! Not impressed at all!

Called today at 11.30am, and it was like the walking dead zombies roaming around aimlessly bumping into each other. there were about 5 staff members in and no customers apart from us, but it still took 10 minutes for a fillet burger meal ?? Wasn't very tasty either!! I don't know why I came here with Burger King, just round the corner, much nicer burgers and always fresh chips and refillable drinks at Burger King and quick service and better value using the app!

ordered food for me and my son. I'm disabled so can't get out to collect anything, my items were marked as delivered but we recieved nothing, tried to call the restaurant but no answer, and no response from justeat either so having to reorder now from somewhere else

Chicken had obviously been fried and refried a few times to get it hot for delivery. Dry, tasteless and rock hard. Will not be ordering again. What has happened to the KFC standard of food quality - absolutely appalling.

Completely wrong order delivered, second time I have stood at the door looking at the driver sat in his car outside my house talking on his phone while my food is sat getting cold in his passenger seat.

So it’s a KFC so you know what to expect in terms of what it looks like and the atmosphere etc. We live local and use this branch fairly regularly and they keep getting the orders wrong. I usually order on the app but my experience is that I now need to collect from the counter so I can check the order which I have needed to do now, countless times. Shame. As above it’s KFC and you know what the food will be. To be fair they cook the food quite well here

Drinks and dips were missing. The food was ice cold and not fresh. The driver took a long route all the way round showing on the tracking map.

Used to be one of the better fast food choices, gone downhill a bit lately compared to what it used to be. Still ok but room for improvement. Some of the burgers have been a bit tight with the fillet portion sizes the last few times I've been. Prices rising a lot too but that's true for a lot of things lately.

The delivery was 15 minutes late. The food was Luke warm and a lot of the order was missing.

They never seem to have any hot drinks on & they could open a little bit earlier but I think 10:00 in the morning is a bit late as there are people like delivery drivers lorry drivers that travel early in the morning Which would use them more?

Absolute rubbish. Ordered for four, part of each person's meal was missing. Rang and they said take it up with Uber. The package was sealed securely so has nothing to do with delivery person. NOT going back.

the mini wrap wasn't even wrapped, the chips were thrown into the bag (not a box as usual) upside down, popcorn chicken was cold and burger bun was rock solid. overall disappointed 😔
