KFC Conwy - Llandudno Junction in Conwy

I feel KFC could give out a few more chips with there meals...very poor

50% of the time there’s always something missing from the order. Just takes 5 secs to quickly look in the bag to check order all good. This time the gravy was missing.

No order delivered yet states delivered!! Cant get through to anyone to fix this!

Order was prepared and on it way. Courier never delivered. Needed a code at the door but somehow said delivered without needing the code? No food at my door.

I got a McDonald’s and not my kfc order

KFC Llandudno Junction was a stop after a long journey from Norfolk. Place was clean staff friendly and Helen went above and beyond to help us. Thanks very much

the time kept changing, food was stone cold, according to the map the courier had gone to a 15 min drive location in opposite direction before coming here

After a long day driving from Norfolk to north Wales we were recommended to come to this KFC. Best ever the service from Helen was amazing and will definitely come again if in this area :)

Staff are disinterested in customers

Food was cold and never eaten chicken so dry. Felt like it had been cooked early morning and left there couldn’t eat it

Always my go to KFC. Food is always fresh, with speedy service and always packed correctly. Big thanks to Caitlin who always seems deals with my complex orders (sorry) where I constantly customise my wraps or burgers. Always attentive and always gets it right. The lobby host, think her name is Helen? She never seems to stop, always willing to help and support customers from what I can see. Explaining the menu, how to work the self service machines and taking orders to tables, she never seems to stand still. The manager seems to run a tight ship here, everyone seems to know their roles throughly! Always come back and never have any complaints, a wonder store to come to for food!

Came to KFC Llandudno Junction for a quick bite to eat, was a lovely atmosphere with lots of people eating. We went and paid for our food at the till area where Caitlin was very helpful. As we went to get our order Michelle the manager made sure our order was okay which was very nice. Helen also came to check on us as we were eating to double check all our food was okay to which we replied it was. A lovely place to eat with great service.

What an excellent experience I was pretty amazed that this was a fast food restaurant, they've made it into something of there own! Helen aswel was top notch the service that Helen delivered was incredible, definitely be heading back to that KFC!

I recently visited KFC and was blown away by the outstanding service I received, particularly from a certain staff member,Helen .From the moment I approached the counter, Helen greeted me with a warm and genuine smile. She was incredibly patient as I decided on my order, offering helpful suggestions and answering my questions with enthusiasm. What truly set Helen apart was her attention to detail and her commitment to ensuring I had a great experience. She took the time to make sure my order was accurate, even during a busy period. Most importantly, she was absolutely wonderful with my children, Radford and Reggie, she engaged them in conversation, made them laugh, and even took the time to show them how the drink dispenser worked. Her kindness and patience made a potentially stressful outing with the kids into a delightful experience. Beyond the efficient service, her positive attitude and friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere that made my meal even more enjoyable. It's rare to encounter such exceptional customer service in a fast-food setting, and Helen's dedication truly stood out. She is a credit to KFC. Thanks to Helen, my KFC experience was truly memorable, and I'll definitely be returning. If you're lucky enough to be served by Helen, you're in for a treat! 5stars all round.

Went on my back from the north of wales and was just wanting a cheap meal, staff were so pleasant and inviting i think ones name is Helen. Will be back on that account.

The salad are really nice and chips as well. I wish we could get sauce free atleast….

What an unexpected treat! Travelling to Anglesey was all the better when I was able to stop and have a rest at Llandudno. After a lengthy drive and more driving awaiting me, it was a joy to be greeted by lovely Helen and be given such attention and comfort. No hassle, no bother, just simple,nice food and a warming atmosphere. Thank you Helen, and team! See you on my return back south!

100 times better than Colwyn bay KFC

Food is as you would expect from a kfc. Nothing bad, but nothing to write home about either. Service is incredibly slow. Especially in the drive through.... consider that when eating g here. Otherwise it's just average

The restaurant keep the delivery driver waiting over half an hour .the food was sat there and no one would give it to him . It was cold by the time it got to me . What a joke . That poor man is trying to earn a living too .

Cold food and a long wait how does that work? 10.99 for cold chicken and waited a good 15 minutes... waste of time and money tables dirty staff stood around chatting get some cleaning done :)

Once again messed the order up, ordered extra fries for a rice box meal. No fries with the order, went inside to reclaim the fries totally ignored by all serving staff, even serving customers who has arrived after me. Totally fed up of coming here and not getting what I ordered.

Food was fine - usual KFC. But took over 20min to prepare the order for just 2 people. No apology nor explanation given. If in a hurry for the cinema on the same site it might be worth swerving this KFC.

We didn’t receive our order at all.

Ordered off just eat 8pm knowing they closed at 9pm sat and waited the whole hour to then going to the shop seeing my order on screen to be told they have no chicken. Why not cancel the order when they realised this. Manager rude staff couldn’t care less about doing the actual order was to interested in taking care of the walk in customers.

Our order was not delivered at all we attempted to assist the delivery driver to get to our address as his system had him going the incorrect area and refused then filed it as delivered and kept the money and we are now trying to file complaint

Order was short of items, food was barely warm and we witnessed more than one wrong orders for other customers whilst we were waiting. There has been problems with my orders in the past when ordering online and them not being able to find them when I arrive, even after paying on line. Some Staff behind counter seem bewildered and frankly clueless wandering around aimlessly.

Other KFCs need to take note. Visiting the area for a short while and decided to grab a bite from here. Food was piping hot, full of flavour and wasn’t greasy. Other KFCs have been a let down recently but had a great meal here. Will be returning in a few days before we head out of the area!

Chaotic in there, they missed the small popcorn chicken off my order - didn’t realise before I got home. It would have helped if the supervisor would have let the staff complete our order before interrupting them with a complaint from another customer. I tried calling once I realised our order was wrong but after 20 minutes and no reply I gave up. Chaos in there, staff seemingly clueless as to what was going on. Avoid!

ordered 2 piece chicken and only got 1

Ordered a gravy bucket and didn't receive any gravy, weren't told it was unavailable or offered alternatives and only noticed after we'd driven home. Should have known there'd be a mistake as it's not the first time, but when you're queuing in the car to collect you haven't got time to check your whole order everytime.

KFC Llandudno Junction, what can I say but brilliant! Went there Saturday morning with the family and was lucky to have a cracking team on shift, was greeted by the lovely Helen, made us feel welcome and went out of her way to make our visit great. The food cooked by Ayush were brilliant and better than a few establishments we have visited recently and was prepared to a high standard by Tom. Please pass on our thanks and praises for such a great team, definitely an asset to your Company! Our order number was 9010 on the 16/11/2024.

I was supposed to have a fillet tower meal but it was just a fillet meal. So I was very disappointed.

Terrible - waited 2 hours and all the food was cold.

Fries was missing from the boneless box meal, the popcorn chicken was freezing, and the chicken in the mini wrap was like 1 inch, very very disappointed with kfc and makes me never want to eat or order from there again.

Awful service mainly due to the awful manager who thought it was funny when she informed the huge amount of people that had been waiting for 20 minutes that there would be an additional wait as they had not cooked enough chicken. Not funny and the manager should be sacked. There are plenty of other people who need a job.

Great place, but it's very understaffed. I am waiting for my order for more than 30 mins..

One lad called Adam seemed very upset that we called in at 2130hrs, gently nudging us to do a takeout rather than eat in, not really fair when the place closes at 10pm, especially when your an ambulance crew that really want to get out of the ambulance and sit away from it for a while, it took another staff member to tell him he was wrong

Food good we were in there for 40 minutes and not one table cleaned we had to clean our own as did all the other customers what’s going on

I only gave one star, because 0 is not a Ln option. The food order arrived in an bsolutely shocking state and the driver wanted to blame KFC and went as far as telling me to mail KFC directly. The packet was torn open on the side with the food hanging out. I am not sure the full order arrived and happy to share photos if needed.

Treated the kids to a kfc takeaway I was sooooo disapointed the frys were chucked into the bottom of the bag with everything chucked in on top squashing them and making them soggy and ineadable no care taken by the person who filled the order the chicken was fair but the sweetcorn was lovely. This was a waste of my hard earned cash and I wont be going back.

Everytime I’ve been to kfc llandudno junction, whoever works on the window taking the orders cannot understand basic order instructions. About 90% of the time I order here there is always an issue. They need to employ better staff who are capable of understand instructions & staff who at least look like they want to be there. Awful awful customer service that needs a serious change.

Never received my order. I could see the driver was stationary at the end of my road in a white car for 10 minutes. I did message them on the app and I had no response. They never left the car, they put it down as delivered and drove off.

Disappointed with the actual food if I'm honest...too expensive for a bit of chicken thats been deep fried to a crisp the bread that it was in broke up in my fingers as I was eating the fillet chicken burger,the chilli sauce took away any flavor the chicken may have had. Disappointed overall.

Drink was spilt all in the bag spilt all over the McFlurrys. The bag was ripped at the bottom and the drink was dripping everywhere

ordered boneless offer x6 fillers x4 chilli bites I needed up with x4 fillets x4 chilli bites and x2 wings on the bone which are alot smaller than fillets
