Food cold , chios always cold, zinger tower burger cold. Chicken wings cold . Gravy luke warm Miserable kid serving in the drive through. Very rarely come here , this just topsi it off again. Won't be visiting again unfortunately

Good value, not as good as it use to be when it was cooked in pressure pots. But I think that's probably generic.

All was good til we got the parking fine. No idea why they feel the need to give you 60 minutes i lll never know. As a pregnant women i had to use the bathroom before and after eating food. Food was great but wont be going back due to parking. absolutely ridiculous.

I really like KFC. My family and I always try to eat at KFC, but last Friday I took my kids' grandfather out for dinner. Everything was really good. We really liked the place and the desserts too. I even ordered another takeaway and in total I spent over £70. So far so good. But today I got a parking ticket, the parking limit was 5 minutes. He was very old, he walked slowly and ate slowly. Maybe he made us late. And I didn't notice the short parking time because it was dark in the place. I'm sad about it. I'll pay a fine for what I spent that day at the place. Maybe they should give us more time so we could enjoy it at our leisure. Or a machine so we could pay. Kind regards.

DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR ORDER MESSED UP! We have been coming here for years and there has never been a time they have gotten our order right. Drinks mixed up or completely forgotten about, forks missing. Food is horrible, all lukewarm heated up from yesterday and very small and VERY expensive. This KFC is a money grab and after coming here for years, will not be returning. This place has seemed to have gone down the longer it's still been running.

Ordered through Just Eat, received completely wrong order, called number on receipt, straight to voicemail, no-one called me back. We ate what we received because we were hungry, awful food, thrown together burger, had to add our own lettuce and mayonnaise from the fridge as whoever had thrown the lettuce and mayonaise towards the burger in the kfc kitchen had completely missed Won't be using this kfc again, no care taken whatsoever

It is one of the best branches. Friendly staff. The chicken was crispy, and the chips were pretty delicious. Highly recommended.

Best we've had in a while , from out of town , drive through needs an up grade , but food was 10/10 , 2024(review) still coming here every fortnight, most probably going to change eateries , too expensive and a few bad meals , 05/07 menu was limited , it was ok just enough to rethink where I spend my cash.

A VERY GOOD KFC to eat in at or drive through takeaway. I like the one at Ferndown, but this one is a GOOD KFC to stop at also. May 4th ended here for something to eat as the staff at the new Burger King were very unhelpful and rude. This KFC does not have this problem. 👍 Thank you.

Stopped at this KFC on our journey back to the Isle of Wight. There is a small free car park 🅿️ , which is great. There was plenty of seating and it wasn’t busy at the time we’ve visited. There was no queue. The tables seemed clean unlike some other branches of KFC. Food was fresh and was made quickly.

We did the drive thru Food was stone cold what a waste of money won’t be going again. Very disappointing as normal really good.

The worst food ever. Cold fries & soggy wet, cold chicken. Didn't give us the beans we ordered & gave us 2 pots of coleslaw. Which was actually warmer than the fries & chicken. Will never order from here again!!!

On the day it was all as expected , good quality.

Good food, good service, nice clean dining area. Out didn't get done stars just because they don't send decaffeinated coffee.

We went thru the drive thru. The exit is very tight and on to a busy dual carriageway. The food was amazing. I can not be lethal I’m actually writing this. The first were coated and were the best they have ever been. Nice hot crispy with the coating. We both had tower fillet meals with sides. With tea. The tea there is the best takeaway tea to get. I don’t like cheese in my food and it came with out cheese whoop whoop. The lady who serves us was very happy, polite and friendly. We will return to this kfc as it seems to be the best in the area. For having hot fresh food. With them listening to the no cheese. And a really good cuppa.

Don’t recommend at all, went through the drive through, was given a Krushem that had expired milk in it, took it back and they gave me another, which was also made with off milk, to which I was then offered an ice cream or a refund, food was decent but was let down by being given gone off milk twice…

Staff looked and spoke like they hated life, terrible attitudes, multiple things wrong with our order, toilets were dirty and tables not cleared despite it being dead in there. Staff were ignorant, lazy, confrontational and very rude. Don't bother visiting this branch of KFC, I'd rather starve than go back there. KFC stands for Ken's fu€king €rap here. Abysmal place.

No idea what they have done to their chips but they are awful!! And one piece of chicken was well over cooked. Really gone down hill since last time I had one. Poor will not be going back!

Fast food, but just if you drive in... all this company are loser their main reason for living... mean been fast we had to wait a bit even if the place was empty inside... people coming from the drive through where service first.Service was OK. Young people where working fast but too many cars. Good place overall

All 4 machines took me right through to payment before reporting an error. One lad serving at the counter and two others standing around. I’d been in the place for 10 minutes and it didn’t look like I was getting any food any time soon so I gave up. First time I’d tried that place and I won’t try again.

Not sure why but KFC prices have been pushed too high. Food is still good but less justifiable compared to a mcdonalds meal.

KFC Christchurch is an excellent franchise in the group. Excellent food firstly which is why at the end of the day we go. Staff friendly and very helpful. Recommended.

Drive way after 10pm very bad services, chicken was over cooked black, chips no proper cook , staff laughing and chatting, customers waiting for food then staff come with food and said sorry for late.

Not sure what's going on with KFC this the second one I have had in last couple of months and it has been an awful experience had a Zinger meal where was the Zing! the chicken wings were dry and it was spot the chips come on KFC get your act together

The food is the food. Tastes like every other KFC. However; the service quality at this location is shocking. I have constantly come passing through after work and there are problems. Oven broken, fryer not working. Out of Coke etc etc. It is a very frustrating experience. Upper management need to check in on this place and see why these things are happening.

Used drive through when buying ba share bucket. Arrived home (live in Bournemouth) to find half our order missing. Kfc isn't quite like it used to be. Small chicken dry pieces, horrible horrible chips, no non diet drink option and the smallest portions for extortionate the prices

Got a parking ticket on their stupid parking lot. Not only you spend money to eat junk food, you also get a ticket for spend too much time in their restaurant. BE AWARE.

Light and bright interior, friendly staff, children enjoyed spicy chicken wings and chips.

KFC are totally useless, items missing from order again, no care or attention when packing, gormless attitude when I had to return my order, This is not a one off event it happens quite frequently. Can not pack what is written in front of them. I will not be ordering from this branch again.

The food is v.good, the service is alright as they'd mark an order as complete before it's actually been completed.

It's a KFC, tasty chicken but rubbish drinks, only diet soft drinks. I would give 5 stars if they sold regular full fat Pepsi/Coke a Cola. It's not like KFC is healthy food, lol.

My recent experience with KFC left me with a negative impression due to the consistently salty taste of their chicken. If the excessive saltiness could be better regulated, I would be more inclined to return and enjoy the other aspects of their menu. However, until then, I cannot recommend KFC to those seeking a well-balanced and flavorful chicken meal.

KFC app wouldn't process my Blue Light Card order but KFC chap offered to process it for me. Very frustrating but staff were excellent 👌

Wrong product was given, didn't notice until got home so too late to change

That particular day was not the best experience. The toilet was not cleaned and the floor was very dirty with what looked like feaces. They need to get there act together as it looks like no one knew what to do. A family had to ask to get their table cleaned which should have been done before anyone got there.

Poor service and terrible food. Food was dried out like it had been sitting for ages and the chip portion size was a joke.

Cant find a clean table at 9pm in an empty restaurant..

The worst KFC I've been too. We're local to the area and get take away on the odd occasion and the amount of times they mess up the orders is ridiculous. We've had a popcorn chicken snack box for the kids with no chips, just a large box with a few bits of popcorn chicken in (doesn't even look right so god knows how that was sent out). We've had corn on the kobs missing from meals and then had to go back out to collect it. Then last night they had no boxes for the boneless banquet meals, they didn't give us any chips for either banquet meal and the complete wrong sauces. Honestly this place is shocking, I never expect much from a fast food chain like this but atleast get the basics of an order right! EDIT: 3 months on and nothing changed. Missing items alot of the time, frozen lolly thrown in the same small bags as kids meal making them cold and wet. Staff clearly need training or just don't care.

Clean and tidy - staff member ( Ryan ) looked so fed up .. The Food was clean hot and nice Prices have gone up to nearly £9 for a chicken fillet meal with a side ! crazy money and will think twice now .... I asked the member of staff he smiles agreed about the greed ... Real shame KFC

Could not get the right 3 times, company has made portion size really small, burgers don't even fill the buns.

The staff were very cheerful and polite. I have no reason to give them anything other than 5 stars. The food was good and the place was clean. Everything I'd expect from a fast food restaurant. Open late and easy to get to.

My takeaway included the smallest portion of chips ever. So few I could count them without even touching them. Very much doubt I'll be going there again.

5 out of 4 times order was completely wrong. Avoid!

A great KFC to visit, not a lot of parking but there is a drive-thru. The restaurant has ordering points and if quiet the order can be done fairly quickly, though if busy can be a bit of a wait. The food is freshly cooked and the chicken not too greasy which seems to vary from one KFC to another. Service by the staff isn't great and is the one thing that I would say needs to improve on. Good value for money though would recommend downloading the KFC app for deals.

Absolutely disgusting, how they are getting away with it. It was cold, live a mile away. Badly packed, £52, what a con. will never have one again.

Terrible service when I rang up to complain about the meal not being correct the woman put the phone down on me. I’ve drove all the way home. The food was cold and didn’t really get anywhere with her. Had to ring back. Speak to a guy called Matt and he has replaced the meal with a 10% voucher, but it’s not good enough when it’s all English staff expected more from people that understand the language After eating the cold chicken, I found it one piece of chicken had already been eaten. In the bottom of the box. I’ve taken a picture of this disgusting

Ordered a three piece variety meal and forgot to ask for no legs. Least favourite. And I got three legs. Three. Legs. Disappointing. But why on Earth would they give the legs in a variety meal. Not much variety there. And that was £10.

Placed an order for delivery, paid for it and the payment came out, the order was then cancelled for reasons unknown and after calling I was told I've got to wait for 3 to 5 days to get my money back for food I didn't receive. Do not order via the app

Some members of staff have an attitude. " A what do you want look" not very attentive.

Unfortunately quite a long wait (20 mins) but it was lunchtime & raining outside so was busy. Food was very tasty although not quite what I ordered, however we still enjoyed it.

This fast food restaurant constantly forgets items in your order, on the way home from work I went through the drive through knowing that I shouldn't and as usual they missed a whole meal from my order for the family, I don't normally return to complain as it's about a 30 minute return drive but this time I had to, the restaurant was empty there was 4 counter staff and 2 managers chatting so they had no excuse they was busy! I got offered the meal they forgot to pack, no compensation for my time or cost to me having to drive back, I had to ask for compensation which was not offered freely! I am fed up with their incompetence and lack of interest in their customers! I said to the "manager" how can this happen? Your not busy! Your over staffed! Why? He couldn't answer so I said their staff are chatting to much not concentrating on the job at hand! He agreed and then told me he couldn't tell them to stop?? He's the manager! What chance do the staff have! I even complained online to KFC and I got a generic corporate reply from the care squad! They need to rebrand that and call it "couldn't care less squad!" I use this KFC for my convenience and I normally spend £50 on a meal for the family! Well not anymore! Well done KFC you have achieved greatness in lack of customer satisfaction !! Seriously don't use them unless you're happy not getting what you ordered!

Ordered a gravy mega box ,got home no gravy,defeats the object,very annoyed.

Only used the drive through. Long wait to place my order and intercom system not brilliant. Chicken was quite greasy and the batter not that crisp. Chips were almost cold but too much hassle to go around the road system to go back and complain.

The stupidest staff I have ever met. Told them what I wanted was told that they don't do that. Showing the screen on the order computer they realised they did. Omg. So I was not happy so just ordered the 20 hot wings. Funny a hell. Got outside wasn't hot. In heat not spice. Just went in the bin.
