I didn’t get all food items and this is 2nd time

I ordered at 17.05 and the food was delivered cold at 18.25 with a measly portion of chips.

YOU DID NOT DELIVER MY FOOD. NO ONE CAME. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IN A ROW AND NOW THEFT

If you want to be given random items instead of what you ordered, and items that are missing altogether (and this is not the first time!), then KFC in Chippenham is the place for you!! And nobody answers the phone when you try to call to rectify it!!

Delivery didn’t arrive but the driver changed the status to delivered. I watched them on the tracker and contacted them through the chat that they weren’t in the correct place all whilst either watching my ring doorbell or standing at my front door. No response on the driver chat until at 17:23 the order status changed to delivery at 17:14!! How does that work?! If there’s a driver chat then you’d think they’d use it to double check the extra directions!!!

Went to kfc on bank holiday Monday evening at 2100 26/05. I asked for ketchup at the drive through but the staff said he didn’t have any sauce. I walked in and picked it up from the table. The staff was rude and didn’t want to serve. Disrespectful attitude. I will travel to Chippenham or Bath for Kfc but never to Corsham.

My order didn’t arrive and no one picking up the phone. McDonald’s win again, shame.

It's very rare for me to leave a low review like this but we've just walked out of the Chippenham branch without ordering. It's absolutely disgusting. Almost every table was filthy. Bins overflowing so people have left their trays all over the tables. Food all over the tables and floors. Fizzy drink all over the floor which is obviously a slip hazard. Serviettes and spoons thrown on the floor and the tables that didn't have anything in them hadn't been wiped down so there was nowhere really you could sit because the seats were dirty as well with food bits. I can't remember a time when I've been to a KFC that was this filthy. Probably around 6 or 7 staff behind the counter just looking out at the sea of rubbish. Someone did come out from behind the counter when we decided to leave, but I get the feeling they saw me taking these photos.

food was put in one bag. burger fell apart in bag. service very poor, nobody cares.

Gave an hour and a half notice and still half hour late

Ordered at about 10 to 5pm, food didnt get here until about 6pm after it said it would be here in 15 minutes, food was cold and not very nice to eat

If only !!!! - order taken but delivery company could not pick up because restaurant had closed.....at 9.30pm on Saturday night ! So waited in vain without knowing why.

Generally rather good. Recently I have been having items missing or of the opposite type in my store collections. this time I didn't receive the drink. no major issue. Just a slight more attention to orders maybe?

Large chips?, very few and very smalll soggy chips..

Visited saturday evening 3/5/25 the Service was appalling, staff not interested in taking orders, we had to ask to be served, only due to the fact the burger meal wasn't showing on the self service screen. iv Never seen so many fed up customers in one place, everyone just looking at each other and wishing each other good luck with what order they got one person's order was totally wrong. It Just seemed a lack of interest from the staff, i used the toilets afterwards, disgusting doesn't come close, it looked like the Andrex puppy ran riot in there and the toilet bowl was just disgusting, just seems a lack of interest and pride in the place, not recommended

Overcooked, greasy and oozing oil, lack of utensils. More interest in the Uber Eats and drive thru. Place needs closing down and never reopening. No ice creams on a hot day either.

Yep it's a Friday off a bank holiday weekend, yep it's busy, but already waited 25mins and no sign of my order-³boxed meals, nothing mad. Back to their old ways. To much focus on meeting deadlines for online delivery services

The worst burger that i have ever eaten in KFC wouldn’t recommend at all haven’t changed the oil i think the chicken stinks so bad don’t even have a bite thrown away waste of money

Company policy not to serve. My policy was therefore, not to buy.

Cold food ! Zinger burgers ok even though cold

If I could give 0 stars I would soon as seen delivery driver he look suspicious oppend food was missing 1 meal went to go back outside as was getting back in car he spun off quick, then eat my food went to open my drink and the seal has already been broke meaing it’s been opened looked inside and there was stuff at the top looked like some sort or liquid so I tip it out in the sink and was few tiny black bits

Easy to find on maps the service was really good so was the burger meal I ordered.

Driver couldn't find us, maybe he went to the wrong address..? Nice Man, very apologetic, but unfortunately our food was cold..

Service was fine I think they were short staffed due to the drive in being closed. That wasn't the end of the world though, having to exit the vehicle and order inside.

I ordered for 13.40 delivery at the start of my lunch break, the food didn't arrive until 14.10 when my lunch break finished, and so I couldn't eat my food.

Four out of six pieces of chicken were back pieces. The large fries were ridicuosly small for £2.99. Queried with server who confirmed it was a portion.

Food was great, delivery driver was rude and obnoxious, demanding a rear security gate to our property should be opened for their convenience and complaining our house wasn’t in the right place according to their sat nav. Outrageous service mentality, damaging the reputation of a massive brand name.

The food was great but KFC Chippenham managed to once again get my takeaway order wrong. Unfortunately I have to take the knock as driving back would be a waste of my time and money. A Zinger Stacker is not the same a Zinger Tower.

These are the people that complain about not getting paid enough and then cant even fill a simple order!! honestly min wage is too much sometimes.

Unfortunately not impressed. Fries were inedible - undercooked, soft and soggy. Some of the chicken pieces were very dry. We won’t be back.

Shame, drive through was cordoned off, staff not able to take orders at the till only machines available. Took a long time to get it from order... quite chilly in store. Not the best experience for a new build.

Thought treat myself and wife to drive thru kfc to end a working week. The food was delicious and hot but unfortunately customer service was absolutely shocking .Woman that served us obviously isn't trained in dealing with customers no personality no thank look like to me all she wanted to do was close the hatch go back to her gossiping with her colleagues.

If the Costa Drive Thru can manage its rubbish, why can't KFC? At least four parking slots are generally unavailable, because KFC have their bins out even when it's not collection day. More lately there are bags of rubbish strewn around the car parking slots. This is attracting vermin and gulls, that are already picking at the food. If this is how the outside is maintained, I wonder what goes on inside? Sadly not a good brand image for this KFC.

No large Gravy and chicken was very cold.

There were multiple things wrong with my order from KFC Chippenham today, 1; The burger bun was out of date, stale and hard plus it was completely drenched with tomato ketchup making it inedible. 2; As part of the meal I also ordered a portion of Popcorn Chicken as an extra add on which was missing from the order completely.

This is the 3rd time of been to this Chicken Resturant (KFC) when they have no chicken with well over a hour left until closing time. I q a case the staff just don't care less and want an easy rid e. I won't be going back as its a waste of time.

Slowest service i have ever seen. Ordered food and took half an hour to get something from them. Would advise to avoid if you're hungry

Every time I ordered online for delivery I get missing items and when I try to reach out to them they never answer the phone call. This is not acceptable every time.

Waited 40 min for my food as there was only 1 person serving. 15 orders backed up on the screen. Toilets are disgusting and also no hand soap. I asked and they sed that they don't have any.

Ordered our food for collection, paid and checked in. Everything was open, staff were just chilling around the entrance chatting. Saw our order number on screen, asked for collection order after driving 30 minutes to collect and only then did somebody tell us they had ‘ran out of everything’ and cant do our order despite it saying it was all ready. Still haven't received a refund. Also they were homophobic. Wish I could give -stars. Get it together chippenham.

Regular users and usually very happy 5/5. Today however, was below par. Not much flavour and although requested 3 legs, served 2 wings and a leg. Flavour was lacking and one of the wings was very dry. Both myself and my wife were disappointed, sadly. Been again 30th Dec. No coffee (for a week now). Asked for 3 legs and got wings. Worst of all, toilets not flushing and no soap in dispensers!

I’m happy because I got a refund because something was missing from my order and the food is good
