KFC Chippenham - Bath Road in Wiltshire

Completely the wrong order sent out, late and cold! No chance of sending out again apparently, told the driver it was wrong but wasn’t interested! Waste of £15

The food took 1 hour 10 mins to arrive, was Luke warm and half the order was missing. Definitely will not order KFC from Chippenham again. Terrible

These are the people that complain about not getting paid enough and then cant even fill a simple order!! honestly min wage is too much sometimes.

Shame, drive through was cordoned off, staff not able to take orders at the till only machines available. Took a long time to get it from order... quite chilly in store. Not the best experience for a new build.

Thought treat myself and wife to drive thru kfc to end a working week. The food was delicious and hot but unfortunately customer service was absolutely shocking .Woman that served us obviously isn't trained in dealing with customers no personality no thank look like to me all she wanted to do was close the hatch go back to her gossiping with her colleagues.

If the Costa Drive Thru can manage its rubbish, why can't KFC? At least four parking slots are generally unavailable, because KFC have their bins out even when it's not collection day. More lately there are bags of rubbish strewn around the car parking slots. This is attracting vermin and gulls, that are already picking at the food. If this is how the outside is maintained, I wonder what goes on inside? Sadly not a good brand image for this KFC.

No large Gravy and chicken was very cold.

There were multiple things wrong with my order from KFC Chippenham today, 1; The burger bun was out of date, stale and hard plus it was completely drenched with tomato ketchup making it inedible. 2; As part of the meal I also ordered a portion of Popcorn Chicken as an extra add on which was missing from the order completely.

Much as I love eating, chomping on hair from an employee, cooked into the coating, is not my idea of tasty. Pretty sure the colonel didn't use hair in his secret recipe.

This is the 3rd time of been to this Chicken Resturant (KFC) when they have no chicken with well over a hour left until closing time. I q a case the staff just don't care less and want an easy rid e. I won't be going back as its a waste of time.

Every time I ordered online for delivery I get missing items and when I try to reach out to them they never answer the phone call. This is not acceptable every time.

Ordered our food for collection, paid and checked in. Everything was open, staff were just chilling around the entrance chatting. Saw our order number on screen, asked for collection order after driving 30 minutes to collect and only then did somebody tell us they had ‘ran out of everything’ and cant do our order despite it saying it was all ready. Still haven't received a refund. Also they were homophobic. Wish I could give -stars. Get it together chippenham.

Waited 40 min for my food as there was only 1 person serving. 15 orders backed up on the screen. Toilets are disgusting and also no hand soap. I asked and they sed that they don't have any.

Regular users and usually very happy 5/5. Today however, was below par. Not much flavour and although requested 3 legs, served 2 wings and a leg. Flavour was lacking and one of the wings was very dry. Both myself and my wife were disappointed, sadly. Been again 30th Dec. No coffee (for a week now). Asked for 3 legs and got wings. Worst of all, toilets not flushing and no soap in dispensers!

Visited chippenham KFC tonight at 20 20. Wished to dine in. Staff were already putting chairs on tables when asked if we could dine in worker said most of the staff were finishing at 21 00 tonight. When asked if the screen could be changed to say no dining in stroppy female staff member said it could not and it's not her problem. This female had poor attitude and when asked if there was a complaint procedure she replied no. Other staff did not speak when asked questions. We had visited the local cinema and had travelled 25 mins and food was cold by the time we got home. Poor experience we will not be visiting again. Staff require customer service training on how to talk to customers. Reading previous reviews it looks like this is a regular occourance and not a one off

Worst service ever. Google says its open till 10, but apparently, they close dining at 8? Rude response from the staff in the counter, when i enquired, why there are other customers dining in when I am not allowed to and was forced to takeaway. Had to make the whole family with kids run to and fro from the car to hear unprofessional talk and reject dining service. Terrible. Make the dine in times clear in front of the restaurant or online! Just awful experience! I was wondering why a KFC would get such a low google review, but now it makes sense.

At least you can wait quietly due to local boycott of this kfc. Thought I'd try again after avoiding the store for a year however, same old issue's. Long wait, items not in stock, cold food, missing items and zombie staff. Such a shame

KFC missed something off our order.

Usual issues, dirty tables and floor, not that warm. Seems like it's a common issue from my experience. There's parking outside the venue, not all the parking is KFC but Costco coffee...not sure if it's checked but heads up there are signs.

2 meals missing with 2 sides missing. order must have been processed as we received the drinks for all 4 meals.

delivery was over an hour late, food arrived cold and we did not get the signature fries.

All the employees were so slow and sleepy like they didn't rest for days. We had to wait for our order for 10 minutes! As for service, i couldn't find the spoons, so I've been given a pack of them and was expected to open it and put the spoons on the cupboard myself, because the employee didn't bother to.

It took twenty minutes for me to get my food and didn’t even come with my sundae. Staff were incredibly rude to me when I asked for one and rolled her eyes at me. The tables were disgusting with food all over them so no one was sat down, everyone in their cars. Very dissatisfied.

Wound not recommend this at all.! service was poor when asked if tables could be cleaned I got told they were short staffed by two and the staff member just turned their back on me. It wasn’t busy 10 people in at most, and the food was stone cold ! Stupidly long wait for delivery, delivery time just kept getting longer and longer. The poor courier was waiting well over 45 minutes at the restaurant and still our order was missing items. Whilst I appreciated busy times this has happened far too often, poorly managed restaurant that can’t handle the pressure. Only plus side is the food was warm.

I order for it to be 20-35 minutes like it says it will be. I’m then waiting over an hour for my food not even to be greeted with an apology because the guy doing the orders had about 500 in his car just so he can do them all at once. This is selfish and ruins the quality of this app. Put a cap on how many orders you can accept or do before delivering because I didn’t order my food for it to take over double the max expected delivery time and all the app did was push the estimated time back

Very disappointed with the service and attitude of the staff..called in after a long stressful day at work..there was a few chairs been put up and a few people dinning..placed order on the touch screen and tapped dine in..waited for ages to get our food..sat down started eating next to 2 customers on the next table who got there food 2 minutes before us..only for a rude member of staff to come over and tell us we can't eat at the table as it's take out only..dinning area is shut..but there was other customers eating..there was no sign or anything to stop customers using the tables..asked if we should move to another table where customers had just left and told no because it has just been cleaned..which it hadn't..doesn't look good when you go in and staff are putting chairs up when people are eating..had to leave after eating half my meal..if I had know it was take out I wouldn't of ordered anything..feel absolutely pissed off..if it's take out only then something needs to be put in place so customers know before ordering..God knows if I will go back to this place with my family again..

2 items weren’t delivered at all, equalling around £8/9. The bag was sealed meaning I couldn’t have checked it anyway. The order itself was cold and arrived pretty late compared to the estimates. When looking at the tracking of the delivery it seemed to go away from us for the first 20 minutes after picking up our delivery.

Went to this KFC yesterday, 23rd November, and ordered via the self serve screens. The place wasn't busy, we didn't have to wait long for our food. We probably should have fully checked the order when it came out, we've had problems with this venue before. Had a quick look, everything seemed correct, but when we got home we discovered two items were missing. If it was busy and they were snowed under I may have understood, but it was quiet.

Chicken was amazing best KFC I've had in a long time

Freezing cold, delivery driver sat in KFC for the best part of 45 minutes! Time on bag was 1904 hrs, delivered at 2000hrs. Delivery time continuously changed. Amending this time to suit your delivery time. Drinks were subbed and no mayo on burgers.

2 years later, good management would sort this. As always, shut again when taking the children from SN11, 9 miles down the road for no reason, biggest waste of time and effort for the 3rd time this year

Normally Chippenham's KFC isn't the best but I have zero complaints about this order. Food arrived hot and very tasty, which is normally a rare thing for this KFC

It's the worst KFC that I've ever been to. We waited over 40 minutes for our order. Along with a restaurant full of people. Not enough staff, and onen was cleaning when the reaturant was full of people. When we eventually got our order I wished we had checked it. Its was over cooked and the bucket was full of chicken legs , no other parts of chicken. AVOID this KFC 🍗 Worst experience ever at KFC.

We didn’t receive our 2x corn on cobs. Was told 21:35 delivery and didn’t turn up until 22:05. Also arrived and was barely warm.

I went to this kfc on the 28th of October I went to the counter to order mine and my sons food and they told me to use self service I said I can’t because I have bad eyesight and can’t read properly and it was easier for me to tell them that I wanted the manager rolled her eyes and got another member of staff to serve me whilst I was being served the manager and the other members of staff were laughing out the back this is absolutely appalling behaviour I will not be returning to this restaurant to eat inside and I would hope something gets done about this as this is demoralising and I felt so uncomfortable very unprofessional

Missing items to order whichis the 2nd time now and no refunds given. Its always the items for the kids.

Service by “Fiona” today couldn’t have been better (on her behalf) I had to send back my burger as some how chocolate ended up on the bottom of my bun? Fiona was very very apologetic and sorted the issue out immediately! When we first arrived, there looked to be a bit of flustering going on at the till so it seemed like we would be waiting a while! - we weren’t! And I personally think this was due to Fiona! I thank you again for the service! Only if the kitchen could perform as you did it would be a 5 star visit! Only other thing I could moan about is the lack of clean tables - due to how understaffed it looked I can quite understand and could almost gaurentee if it was that bad, Fiona would’ve happily helped us if we asked but we didn’t we just cracked on, so thanks again Fiona! Very good service today!

Usually always quick delivery and order correct unlike some other takeaways

This is the worst kfc I have ever been to. I only visit occasionally but more often than not it has either been shut or closing due to a problem of some sort. The drive thru is also nearly always coned off. Service is ten times better at Delta Park in Swindon - it's hard to believe they are the same company. They seem to have a serious problem with staffing at the Chippenham kfc.

Missing items and it’s not the first time I’ve had food missing. It’s not a big deal financially but it’s a huge inconvenience when I try to save time.
