Colonel Bucket Chicken I received was awful......completely overcooked and batter as hard as nails......disgusting......ate some and chucked it straight in the bin ......not going there again ......

It's freezing when sitting in, turn up the heating, needed to wrap our daughter up in my jacket. We usually go to Macdonald's as it's too cold here. Fast service

Terrible. Ordered £40 of food for a birthday lunch and received the wrong order. Boneless banquet meal arrived to share between 4 people and even that arrived cold !

The chips was underdone and the popcorn chicken wasn’t good either

Chicken personally was very overcooked. I lived in the US for a lot of years and there are very important spices definitely missing it's a bit bland in the UK compared to other countries.

Ordered food at 5pm for asap and did not arrive until 7.45pm. Food was freezing aswell.

Best customer service I’ve had in years. Clean. Can’t speak to food quality versus other locations I don’t do kfc usually but it was close to hotel. Delicious. No complaints. Quiet. Been 3 times no worries

Went in to order a meal only to get it shoved at me and then turned her back. As I am disabled, walking with two crutches, no help from her. Not even at the door when, a couple of teenagers helped me with that. Piss poor service and the food was overcooked chicken and fries were disgusting. DON'T GO NEAR THIS ONE.

Was served by Ugne (Oognee? Ugny? Lithuanian girl) and she was a wonderful energy and face to be served/greeted by. Food was excellent as per what I'm used to.

They forgot what meal I ordered and didn’t do anything when I asked the lady politely I dont have the right meal all she said would you like a box also out side bins were way over filled and seagulls and crows every where also very over priced and we didn’t even get half the stuff we ordered thank you

Very good hot food from a bucket, what's not to like?

Late arrival. Missing one 2pc chicken from order when I was meant to receive 2 x 2pc chicken.

Food was cold, missing fries, missing 2 hot wings from the mighty bucket for one, felt like the chicken had been sat out for hours.

Ordered 3 meals, one was missing popcorn chicken and fries but got the drink and additional side… how the actual meal part can be missed is beyond me!

Food was luke warm, chicken coating was soft, litter piled to the roof on every single table as bins were full, rubbish everywhere outside as seagulls were going to town. Far from service with a smile.

We ordered the BBQ ultimate burger well nothing like the picture very disappointed nothing ultimate about this and for the price shocking!!! Also nobody answered the phone when I rang to complain.

Asked for 4 chicken legs and Coke without ice, was told that would be ok, 3 chicken legs and drink full of ice, not good. Also chicken had obviously been sitting around for a while as quite dry

Only 3 lots of fries, despite asking for only 2 and 2 corn on the cob. The fries had a taste of hot and spicy so they all went into the bin. This is the first time I have ordered a KFC to be delivered as I had a fall and have a broken hip, so unable to drive, and will certainly never order a delivery again. Edna Clark

Sat in here waited for table service for over half hour, went up and asked where my order was? it was just sitting there and they said sorry we forgot to take it over. I bought the 3 piece original chicken on the bone, The Chicken was slimy to the point the coating wasn’t sticking to the chicken, I thought that was odd but ate it and well it ended in disaster. Most savage food poisoning I’ve had, woke up at 1am feeling like death sweating shivering and projectile vomiting for 12 hours 🤮

Really helpful, friendly staff and well cooked KFC deliciousness with all those secret herbs and spices 😋 Only an occasional treat for me so makes all the difference when you get such lovely staff and service when we visited mid afternoon on Monday👍 Thank you! 😊

Cool soggy Chips, very greasy not cooked properly chicken, 2 male staff acted like they didn't Want to even be there let alone take our order!

The app glitches and changed my address even tho before ordering I changed my address to a different place, but fortunately the delivery guy knew what he was doing and delivered it safely to me.

Driver came up to my floor with no issue, reminded me I had ordered a soda instead of letting me accidentally leave it in the bag. 10/10. Would be extremely happy to get him again, he was really nice.

Disgusted Tryed To Call After food was Delivered with gravy spilled over everything, no answer, after trying to call at least ten times. not good enough. Really upset as this was a once every two month treat. And it was ruined by no way to contact delivery company and kfc. You totally ruined my night.

Been here for the first time, friendly staff, food was good. we were actually going to get burgers at the next door establishment but nowhere to park in their microscopic car park so we went to this KFC instead (with car park 4x the size) and we're glad we did. All thumbs up

Very poor service. It’s not the first time when I order and not receive my order all items is missing very poor service KFC, Bridge of Don. There is no problem with the delivery drivers only problem with the staff who has worked there.

The food was complete cold and took over 90 minutes to arrive.

Today 1st February 2024 about 16:10 I went to KFC Bridge of Don went inside and ordered from service desk a takeaway of 14 pcs bargen bucket asked the kfc employee if possible no drumsticks he said your bargen bucket already prepared and maybe it has 3 pcs of drumsticks so I said nothing Went home and found 9 of 14 pcs are drumsticks...! so 7 pcs went to bin What a waste and poor distribution of chicken pcs from kfc employee at this branch I will not vist this branch again

Store was very quiet when we were in. Usual self order in-store after standing at the till and ignored. Food was typical of this style of restaurant. Staff were actually polite but need to remember to acknowledge you when waiting.

Visited on Saturday night restaurant wasn't busy didn't look like there many staff on as all tables were needed a wipe down, also the restaurant was Freezing! Our finger looking chicken arrived it was Very Pink looking, I just left it on table ! Usually I would clear my tray etc but there really wasn't many staff about To challenge at the time .. chip was fresh & beans was tasty! Don't think I will be returning soon unfortunately.
