the driver said the order wasn't ready but it was sitting there . they made the driver go away and them to come back and the food was very cold

It took longer time than usual to be ready to deliver. But the food is always yummy and the packing very tidy.

Absolutely disgusted with the service at this KFC High Barnet . The manager was beyond rude and disrespectful, showing zero regard for customer service. Their attitude was condescending and downright unprofessional. I’ve never been treated with such hostility by someone in a management position. To make matters worse, the place was poorly managed, and it was clear the staff was just as frustrated. Truly pathetic leadership this person has no business working in customer service. Save yourself the frustration and take your money elsewhere!

Food arrived piping hot and delicious.

I didn't get my chips in both meal deals. how do I get my money back? there is no way for me to submit my complaint properly on this app. it's now telling me it has to be a certain amount of words before I can submit.

Best KFC I’ve had on here. Chicken was hot, drink was cold. 🤷🏻‍♂️none of the others can seem to get both of these right

Hello Everyone, I recently visited KFC High Barnet, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. The poor management and unprofessional staff made my visit frustrating. First, the manager seemed completely overwhelmed and uninterested in addressing customer concerns. When I approached them about a mistake in my order, they were dismissive and rude, displaying a lack of basic customer service skills. It felt like they had no regard for the customers’ experience. The staff members were equally unhelpful. They appeared disorganized and unfocused, resulting in long wait times and incorrect orders. My meal was cold and poorly prepared, which is unacceptable from a fast-food establishment. Additionally, the dining area was messy, indicating a lack of attention to cleanliness and hygiene. I would not recommend KFC High Barnet based on this experience. With the current management and staff, it seems that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this location. I ordered it at 6:30 and it. said 25 mins, it kept changing and eventually arrived 1 hour and 45 mins later

My driver spat outside my house before handing over the food. It was revolting.

Every time I order from KFC, you guys forget something. On this occasion, a bag of fries. It’s not hard, please get it right next time.

We were Barnet kfc with couple of my friends There is a lady with charming smiling face I think her name Evana , she provides nice and best service to us were we need a help she is there . The food also very nice, we couldn’t get best fried chicken other KFC in uk .

Quick delivery which meant the food was still hot and the chips tasted fantastic, affordable prices, and the delivery driver, who was very respectful, was kind enough to close the front door for me as my hands were occupied and full with the food bag. 5* experience all around.

The quality of the food was horrible...was worser than a regular chicken shop around the corner.

Review for KFC: ⭐☆☆☆☆ I had an extremely disappointing experience at this KFC location. The staff and manager were shockingly rude and unprofessional. Their behavior towards customers was unacceptable, and they made me feel unwelcome the entire time. It's clear that customer service isn't a priority here. I won't be going back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. KFC needs to seriously address the attitude and conduct of their employees.

Chips are not hot. chicken drumstick is not hot. I'm not happy and will be sending an email to head office. I ordered this food to barnet hospital as I am staying in with my toddler and this is all I've eaten all day and it's not even hot.

Food was not good. The twister was spicy, sour and really awful. The rest was ok. The delivery was fast and nice!

The quality of the chickens was disgusting and at the same time chickens were really salty. I don’t know who made it but it was the worst chicken I ever I had. Please serve better chickens to your customers next time. I deserve a refund for that poorly made foods.

The staff at this place is awful. It doesn't matter what pieces of chicken you want, they just give you chicken legs. No matter how large the menu is bought. there is an indian man there who says he is the manager and he is very rude, and if you don't accept chicken legs he simply tells you to go to another kfc. This man puts the KFC logo and name to shame. I don't recommend this KFC BARNET and the place is very DIRTY.

delivery driver was rude and shouted at me when I told him he had brought me someone else's order. He told me to call the other customer and then started shouting that I have to call just eat (who didn't answer anyway) and that he has done his job before leaving with the order to return it to KFC instead of delivering it to the correct customer.

This order did not arrive. I called direct to KFC who could not say where the order was. I have reported this to just eat but have not had a response. I would like a refund!

It might look all new and sparkly but the way they treat customers is poor. Every single time we go there they NEVER give you what you want. Try and order a 2 or 3 piece meal with thighs and side breast and it’s always the same thing. We can only give you one thigh or side breast, one leg and one wing. Zero customer service/satisfaction. I live near High Barnet but will drive to Southgate just to get the order I want. This is a running joke with all our friends.

Didnt give use what we asked for, always gives small pieces with a sharing bucket, majority being drumsticks. Always disappointed with KFC Barnet, they will never change or improve!

It doesn't mean delivery if you have to go in the street find the delivery guy . She doesn't even answer the phone for any guidance to find the address. Rude behaviour after delay.go somewhere else. So this is not delivery means i want the delivery fee back even if it is 50p.poor service.totally unacceptable and unhappy .impolite service

Not enough sauce on the dipped bites, chips warm but not too bad, salad was great as always but delivery time changed so frequently it was a joke. Delivery driver very nice but obviously made a couple of deliveries before mine, hence warm chips and popcorn chicken. Over all not too bad but not great.

driver headed for another delivery before mine and KFC insist on putting the cold drink in the same bag as hot food, so a lengthy delivery means warm drink and cooled food

We asked for only chicken side breasts and got a leg and not side breasts. Why leave a note if no one reads it

My large popcorn chick was half full

Combination of kfc using paper bags to put food in and putting it in the same bag as a cold drink resulting in cold food and warn drink and the driver taking ages. Food inedible and put in the bin. I want a full refund.
