Slowest drive through ive ever been to in my life sat waiting for so long i had to drive past the window and head on to work. There was only 3 cars in front of me and it took ages for them to be served. Worst KFC branch in the whole of NI without doubt.

Finger licking good. Even better when the arcade rewards is online, always seems to be offline when I go to KFC 🍗 🤔.

Asked for boneless chicken and got boned chicken and the godamn clue is in the name

Supposed to be open till 10pm! Closed the shutters on us at 8pm. Will never darken your doors again.

It was quite cold . But I was starving . But The most shocking thing about kfc is the price . I need to buy quite a bit and wasn’t even full . So if ye want a full stomach . Don’t get Kentucky . Good for a snack and that’s it . Sorry lol

Over the last two months my wife and I have entered this establishment at around 8pm to be told we cannot eat in as they are short staffed. I believe this to be because they can't be bothered to clean around the tables. Went to Tim Hortons instead and although it wasn't KFC it was every bit as good.

KFC Ballymena has always been a pleasant place for food and snacks on my way back home from the North coast, love the vibes.

Part of the order was missing (fries were missing as part of the boneless meal)

Went to KFC tonite bought 2 fillet burgers one was overdone and the other I don't know what it was but it wasn't chicken fillet it was disgusting chips was cold and awful and gravy was taste less won't be back in a hurry.

Called in at 4pm today, a Friday and there were people sitting , some at the counter being served and we were told “ we are closed” . No reason given! Orders were still being taken at the drive through as we went out. Won’t be back in this place

Called in to kfc ballymena tonight, omg what a mistake ! The place literally stinks like urine, place is filthy, chicken bones on floor under tables, trash left on numerous tables, windows covered in fingers prints/smears of god knows what, absolute pig stye, why is it acceptable to have an eating area like a science project ? Walked in, took one look (and one whiff) and left as i could not stomach eating in such filth, shoud be closed down, have they never heard of health and hygiene in ballymena ? Worst of all, somebody actually "manages" this place 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤮🤮

Store about 20 mins away from house.. took an hr to delivery it..

£30.56 order of food which was to be 2 zinger burgers 2 fries, a gravy, 2 tins & 20 wings. we recieved a small popcorn chicken, 1 tin, 1 portion of fries, bbq sauce, gravy & 3 chicken fillets. correct receipt attached to bag, completely wrong order, when made driver aware he took the receipt with him but not the wrong order of food. rang kfc directly who had other customer complain too who recived our order which was incorrect for them. kfc wouldn't correct the issue or let us drive to collect.

i had this the other day and ever since i’ve been vomiting every half hour and i physically can’t do anything, every time i’ve eaten here i’ve suffered the consequence of food poisoning afterward, do not eat here if you value your health

food was good, but I didnt get my drink. it's the easiest thing on the order. Just lift a can out of the fridge.

Called in yesterday with my mother for a bite to eat after shopping . To say ive been so unwell after eating from here is an understatment . Its been almost 24hrs since i have last eaten ( which was from here) and within a couple of hours of eating ive been nausated , stomach cramps , and feeling v unwell. I have been on with my doctor who has said i am symptomatic of possible food poisioning, and to keep my fluid intake up . I really dont like leaving bad reveiws to any buisness. But if this is the case , its to be avoided . Food poisoning can be very serious . And when buying from a food outlet , you trust that what will be consuming is safe to eat . I wont be back .

The food was hot and fresh and the staff super helpful. One of our burgers wasn't right and they changed it quickly and without hesitation. The two fellas who were on couldn't have been more helpful. As KFCs go this is one of the better ones. As the photo shows the grub went down a treat!!

More that 50% of the meal ordered was missing

Restaurant was empty but drive through took a long time for ordering? And wasn't exactly what was ordered! Absolutely worst branch I have visited. Couldn't get the order right...time after time. They have one job to do and can't get it right.

It's not bad used to be terrible and the antrim KFC was good now it's the other way around

New menu just isn't nice, the chips aren't great and the chicken burgers just really aren't good anymore, whatever the new mayo is does nothing for the burger. I know this is nationwide and is not limited to the Ballymena branch

Just updating review . Still getting orders wrong. Had two things wrong in my order tonight. Staff changed them without any bother. Food was warm enough, plus the staff are nice . Would just be a bonus if the orders where right. It was all on the screen in front of me ok. So it's who ever is making up the orders and the staff packing them that's getting it wrong .

This is one of the best KFC's I've been to. Magherafelt KFC could do with visiting it and learning ALOT from it...!!

Standard of the food and cleanliness of the restaurant are great as ever, but for some reason they're always have very slow service, even at not so busy times. Would still recommend 👌 always check the app for deals, KFC getting pretty expensive...

I had incredibly disappointing experiences with KFC Ballymena. Firstly, I ordered a 10 piece family bucket from KFC Ballymena. However, upon arriving home, I discovered that they had only given me a 6 piece bucket. This is not the first time I have encountered this issue, as my previous order was also missing two portions of chips. This recurring error in fulfilling customer orders is simply unacceptable and reflects very poorly on KFC Ballymena's competence and attention to detail. Beyond the consistent mistake in order fulfillment, the service at KFC Ballymena was truly disappointing. The staff seemed completely disinterested in their work.The overall experience left me feeling incredibly frustrated and dissatisfied. As a customer, it is disheartening to encounter such poor service and recurring errors. It is a basic expectation that the correct items are provided and that the staff exhibits a level of professionalism and customer care. Regrettably, KFC Ballymena failed to meet these expectations.

Called in on a Saturday afternoon... It was busy, service was ok and food was good.

Staff were great and had my food ready really quickly. Ordered the boneless banquet which I’d definitely recommend. The drive thru can be quite tight to drive around and if you’re looking for parking the best place is usually just parking in the main cinema car park as there’s very limited parking on the KFC premises.

Love it and the family love KFC too so we give ourselves a wee treat there now and again. One of the best KFC's in the UK as far as I'm concerned. The food is always hot and delicious. Recommended

Can be hit or miss. Its great when you get fresh cooked warm food rather than food that has been keep heated.

The food here is of a good standard. It's in line with the standard and quality of other KFC's. The premises, though, are atrocious. The drive thru is too tight to navigate properly, and when you approach the order speaker, you are on a tight right-hand corner, and to see the menu, you need to pass the speaker. In short, the drive thru lane is not suitable for the average car size. In addition to this, the physical appearance of the building is very poor. It's very run down and dirty. I genuinely do not believe that the manager or franchise owner looks at this place from the view of a new customer to see what they would think when visiting it. Outside the property, there are considerable civil works going on to build a new road and open up the junction adjacent to the KFC, and as such, getting in and out of the KFC has become a bit too much hassle, this has led me to go elsewhere a few times recently. The road outside, on the dual carriageway, is in terrible shape and I'm sure it is damaging people's cars. All in all, if there was another KFC locally, I'd go there. Sadly, there isn't, so most often, I just go somewhere else instead. Pretty good food, pain in the arse to get to.

KFC Ballymena strikes again! If ever there was a shop that destroys the KFC brand it is this shop. They continuously sell last night's left overs as freshly cooked and if they say they don't then I've no idea what it was that they served me today. The 3 piece meal was really really dried up, the skin was dark and fused to the chicken and the dry chocked was shriveled up. I just gave it to my dog. Stop ripping your customers off please.

Absopositively lovely food, only drawback, the long queueing. When people had finished ordering rather than moving aside or being directed to move aside they would wait in queue until their food arrived. However overall experience was positive. Staff were friendly and the food was fantastic!

The first time I have ever left a review on a “restaurant” or food takeout place. We had our lunch at 4.00pm on Saturday 8th October in the Ballymena branch. I actually feel dirty leavjng the place, we even had to take the child out of the toilets changing to change her in the vehicle. The toilets had been used for rolling cigarettes/dope. The floors and tables were filthy and it there seemed to be about four staff standing behind the counter with one actually doing anything. It was all over the place. As we placed the first item on our order, there must have been a till malfunction and instead of somebody explaining this to us. The young lad and some other fella stood back and leaned against the counter until the issue seemed to rectify itself. I wanted to leave at this point but my partner said because we had partially ordered, we will stay. There was two lines of people about seven deep at this point waiting to order and waiting to collect their order. It was after the meal we went to change the child and well decided to change her in the car. The young staff that were working the desk had no leadership, no direction and overall it seemed no clue. I would recommend highly using Tim Horton’s or Mc Donalds which is near by. Kevin

Great food & friendly helpful staff

Rather hit and miss on the quality of the food but don't expect it to be that warm. Burgers are threw together with more mayo and sauce on them that anything else.

Our grandkids love it that's why we go and they ALWAYS finish their food

Not a fan of the chips with potato skins, They didn't have what I wanted either. KFC wouldn't be my first choice but I gave it a go. I don't think I'll be back. Drinks tasted flat. The chicken was good thankfully.

Called in this evening with my sons. It was very busy both in drive thru and in the restaurant, I was served by Gillian who has the best customer service. She is so upbeat and friendly .She makes you feel like you’re the most important person she is serving. She is an absolute credit to the company. This is customer service at its finest. Food was great too.
