KFC Ashton in Makerfield Rst in Wigan

Drink bottle and x2 chips were missing from the order. Requested partial refund and was denied.

Driver been in traffic for absolutely ages with the order and delivered absolutely freezing and inedible

my gravy, which costs a fortune, and is the main thing, hasn't come again, AGAIN. On such a small order it is completely unacceptable how many tines this happen, you were reading 3 items and missed one

Can’t fault the delivery time or food but there was a missing item. No drink delivered but charged for. I will expect a credit for this please

Came here yesterday with my 3 year old daughter and was refused to use the toilet because it had been mopped all though I was there 20 minutes or so and hadn’t seen anyone moping in that time

Well firstly everything was cold , chips cold chicken cold gravy cold paid £44+ got a chicken leg in my box meal it must have come from a sparrow! The chips have a coating on them it’s horrible , even the gravy had a peppery taste to it . We need the kfc going back to original ! Be a long time before I order again ! Marks out of ten sorry I’d give it 3 and that’s being generous..

Food order via Just Eat. Bottle of 7 up, dips and a wrap missing from my order. I'm sorry but the fact that I have passed them a code to me is meaningless. This is the reason they won't give me a refund for the missing items.! The items that I purchased, as described, were not inside the sealed package, so I have not got what I paid for. Duento leaving in a flat. I have to come down to collect from the main door, so I'm not going to be opening packages whilst the driver waits. It's nonsense. I wanted this escalating as I paid over £40 for all this order and this is totally unacceptable. May not order from here again to be honest. Just beware and be mindful.

Ordered delivery a few times through the app. I can't say any items were missing like many reviews here, but the food does always come cold. The gravy was that cold and thick you could stand a spoon up in it. KFC Ashton in Makerfield needs to do better and ensure food is fresh and piping hot before it leaves.

The driver left the restaurant with half of my order!! Absolutely appalling when spending over £40 on food, not happy at all.

Order turned up and more then half the meal was missing and then once I rung them to explain we was told we have to go out of our way to go and pick the other half of the meal up when we paid for delivery which I think is an absolute joke

Delayed service even though I was the only paying customer(ordered online to pick up) for considerable length of time. Food was average-chicken dry,coating overly salty and greasy.Fries limp and soggy,wrong potato type were used,possibly refrozen(as in the freezer).I tried couple,and my mouth was left with a nasty aftertaste. I doubt I'll return here.

App is now claiming this order was delivered but it wasn't. No reponse from anyone when trying to address. nothing short of theft - we've handed over money for nothing.

I was very disappointed with my ordering had a fillet burger and tge size of my chicken was very small it filled less than half of the bun, it wasn't noticed until I got home as I would have given it back was I still in the shop

Half my order didn't arrive this included the chicken from the boneless chicken bucket

I’m not usually a fan of KFC food but I’m t was freshly made and really tasty. The staff are lovely, really friendly and efficient even when they are y get pressure as it was really busy. I would definitely recommend

When your delivery time is put back by 30 minutes, you’d expect the food to be at least warm when it arrives, given that I’m only 2 miles from the restaurant. Cold, one piece of chicken missing, and the wrong drink sent. First time ordering kfc delivery and I doubt I’ll be doing it again.

Driver turned up with the wrong order for Samantha my name is Bayode the driver only gave us Santa drinks so Samantha didn’t even provide the food on her receipt I had to drive back order and pay again meaning I have joe spent 75 pound on kfc.there was no Customer service skills no empathy or apology no discount. Horrible

Burger came with a sesame bun and NOT a brioche as stated. This was for a person with an allergy. Being passed from pillar to post for a refund. Head office for KFC are a disgrace, and Just Eat are not far behind. Absolutely appalling.

Standard rum of the mill KFC. No option to order at till. Issues with the self serve preventing speedy ordering times. Next to no atmosphere but serves its purpose.
