Very expensive. Poor quality. Small portions.

The address that I chose this order to be delivered to was completely incorrect, I’m not sure where the address came from as I have never ordered to there before. Therefore my food was not delivered so I wrong cube who said it’s not our fault and they Cannot do anything about it, however the order has been marked as delivered by the driver so I’m guessing he’s eating it himself

Food delivered to wrong house, staff didn’t have a clue where it was. Order resent another hour after complaint. Almost 3 hours waiting

£26 pound and I received my cake half eaten and with custard I ordered a Jaffa cake cake 😂 and as for extra for an Oreo ice cream you must be on some next level stuff. My girlfriend’s brownie and strawberries had some rice crispys on dunno why

Never got my order. Multiple phone calls to this place and they stated that it would take 5 more minutes. I waited for an hour and a half after the estimated delivery time but did not get my order!

1st order was brilliant Fast and food was hot 2nd order, chicken burger warm, chips cold, and sent a strawberry milkshake instead of a millionaires one Trying to explain and get some sort of refund, Very hard on trying to understand the person on the phone Spent £30 which is our 3 weekly treat Very disappointed, won't be ordering again

Ordered cookie dough for delivery came 40 mins later and was burnt do not recommend but I would definitely recommend the thick shakes so yum

cheesecake was terrible and horrendously overpriced, it was absolutely tiny for £7.50. brownies were ok , cookie dough was amazing

Fried chicken is by far the best in Hindley, unexpected from a dessert takeaway. Pizza was very good as well. Spicy loaded fries are 10/10.

I asked for sherbet and didn’t receive any. In the milkshake there has been multiple pieces of chocolate wrappers found inside of it. Disappointed as this is a £20 order and the quality has been horrible! My partner hasn’t finished half of his milkshake due to finding multiple pieces of foil inside of it unacceptable!

Do not order from this place, I spent £60 and my ice cream sundaes were all melted. I ordered jammie dodger and it was just vanilla with a jammie dodger biscuit on top, I ordered kinder bueno ice cream and it was the vanilla with half a kinder bueno on. I asked for no sauce on my cookie dough they ignored my request and put extra sauce on top of it. Food qualify was very poor for cube will not be using this place again. Spoke to Uber eats and they won’t do anything to help even though I have picture proof.

absolutely love the Mr brown waffle with vanilla ice cream me and my mum the bubblegum sundae could have done with a bit more ice cream but it's always early or on time and I love that cuz it means I get to eat it earlier

was a bit shocked how little amount of strawberry I got in my Sundae I got 2 very thin slices they wasn't even a full price it was only half and that was it it was a bit disappointing and I couldn't taste any white chocolate sauce but other than that it was good waffle was amazing as always

Ordered two lots of chicken tenders for two different people, all came lumped together in one polystyrene container so they were sweating so had loads of condensation in the container making the chicken wet! Also ordered wedges but was sent chips, but never consulted or asked if I wanted chips which I didn’t, when I rang and said they had sent chips by mistake he said ‘we have no wedges so sent chips’ why wasn’t I rang and told they hadn’t got any so I could make the choice, no mention of a refund

Always hit and miss with this place the food is really nice but sometimes comes cold and have to request a refund which i feel awful for but I’m not paying for cold food I don’t mind with the deserts as I can reheat, but the burgers & chips can’t be reheated they taste awful when you try. Maybe try and wrap the meals in tin foil? Or get better delivery drivers

Disguting desserts. Only went this place because the place I usually go to was shut. First of all £8.50 for the smallest cookie dough ever £20 for 2! The place I go to it’s £5 and it’s actually big. Second of all it was a mess, all stuck to the paper. Third of all it was so doughy inside like it hadn’t been cooked. Fourth of all it tasted rank, white chocolate didn’t taste like white chocolate it tasted gone off, I feel sick. If I end up poorly after tonight I will get this place done. Meant to be a dessert place and you serve food like that, I normally go chunky chicken for mine which is for chicken but their cookie dough is mega. I used to actually like cube when it first opened. Wonder what happened🤔

Cube Desserts Hindley... Don't bother ordering unless you want to get poorly. 🤮 Ordered two waffles with ice cream for me and my partner. Put the ice cream on top of the waffle and ate a few bites. Noticed it tasted really strange and wondered why, so I tried the ice cream. It was sour and had gone off, absolutely 100% was not safe to eat, it was absolutely rank. Both waffles were inedible, as we had already put the ice cream on top. So I contacted UberEats and they told me to contact the restaurant. Rang up the restaurant and they told me they REFUSE to give me a refund. Told them to send a delivery driver to taste the ice cream if they don't believe me, obviously they didn't. Now Uber Eats are saying I'm not entitled to a refund either. 🤦‍♀️ So unless you want inedible waffles, stomach ache, bloating and being £20 down for nothing... don't order from there 🥴 I'm glad my daughter had gone to bed, because if she was still awake, I'd have bought her a waffle too and most likely made her poorly. Absolutely abysmal customer service!

It's was our first order and we are very impressed and will order again and will recommend it to our family and friends the delivery man was very pleasant you should be very happy another satisfied customer.

I ordered my Dad (who lives in Wigan) the gogo pancake stack and 4 donuts for father's day through Just Eat on Saturday. I live over 300 miles away. He said that the delivery driver was friendly and polite, the food arrived exactly at the time specified. According to Dad, the packaging, taste, & overall quality of the treats were amazing and he said it was the best most unexpected surprise. Every night since lve called and he's been raving about the latest treat he's eaten and how fresh they still are! (day 5 today) So thank you to Cube and Just Eats for allowing this to be possible 😊 ( l did write on the delivery notes 'recipient unaware- present for father's day' which was printed on the attached receipt, along with the price, so we had a good laugh about that) Amazing price too btw 😉

Purchased these ice cream sundaes, however when they arrived they were not edible they were just water. It was a warm day but they were not even in a cool bag. I tried to contact the shop twice to alert them to this, however they just kept telling me the manager was on holiday and there was nothing they could do. I have just attempted to ring again to speak with management and once again I’ve been told he isn’t in. When I asked when they would be back. They put the phone down on me. I wouldnt of minded replacement ice creams or a refund but just to be ignored is not acceptable.

We ordered wedges nachos and 2 Mr whippy icecreams last night. Took forever to arrive and when it did the hot food was ice cold. Wedges were practically frozen. And the tiny amount of ice cream that arrived was bloody melted. Tried to call them but they never answered. That's 6 calls last night and a couple this morning. The number shows up as soapy bobs when calling....avoid this at all costs don't waste your money on this

We Have ordered from Here many times, never had an issue with our order till tonight, ordered 2 of the Mix Mocktails, one was suposed to be an Electric Blue with Lemon & lime, but instead got 2 Miami sunsets that where undrinkable, my partner dosent like that one and is not what she ordered, and both drinks where Blitzed with mint leaf to a very fine degree to the point every sip i had mouth fulls of mint leaf, whitch is desgusting, i have sensory issues and can't drink things with bits in it, so it was undrinkable for me, and my partner can't drink hers as its not what she wanted and she hates the sunset, shes thrown hers as it is undrinkable, i tried my best to salvage mine by straining the drink best i can but its unsavable as i don't own a proper strainer so wasted £11 on drinks we can't even well.. Drink

The food wasn't correct, the pancakes were missing 2 of the 3 toppings and several of the donuts were missing toppings. The lime sauce also smelled and tasted absolutely horrific. Incredibly disappointed
