Cube Desserts Hindley ltd in Wigan

Ordered a cookie dough and sundae, cookie dough was cold but wasn’t fussed about that but the sundae was just liquid. Rang the store to notify them at 8:45pm with the response ‘we will send a replacement out straight away’ Currently 10:30pm and nothing been delivered. Had to tip the sundae out the cup into a bowl due to the cup being overfilled and not being able to remove the lid.

Food was stone cold when arrived, was a treat for after tea with the kids and it arrived at 9.55 When it was estimated at 9.15 9.30 Had to warm up in the microwave and was dreadful

I order from here quite often and have never been disappointed however I was absolutely taken back by the service I received off the new order taker the lad with the glasses he was absolutely brilliant and ensured everything was done to the highest standard. He reassured me and give me an estimate time of 5 minutes to which he stuck. After receiving the food he was regularly asking if there was anything else we required absolutely unreal food and a whole lot better service I would recommend this cube over all the other cube franchises and insist you guys check them out well done cube team and specially to the lad with the glasses your the reason for another very happy customer!!!

I ordered 2 Sunday's 1 of then was wrong when it was delivered although they insisted I had the right order then they said if I want to get the correct order I have to come down to now get it because they where busy

Since they re-opened, these guys have never failed to deliver delicious food. One example of service is from this evening. Unfortunately we had an item delivered which was wrong. Not the end of the world because I mean come on, mistakes happen. I went in and asked for it to be changed and they were lovely and so apologetic and went above and beyond to rectify the issue and then some. We've been ordering since they first opened and we always go back. However tonight, they really did do more than 99% of shops would! Thank you guys 🙌

ordered many times from here and unfortunately the food still needs re heating and takes a long time to be delivered. even stamp cards don't work, still not got my discount and always spending a good 50 pound each order. will probably find another restaurant to order from in the future

overly expensive for portion sizes..nearly 9 quid for cookie dou that was slightly bigger than a cookie from a supermarket costing a quid...supposed come with ice cream but was completely melted when it came...won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered at 9.20pm told 45mins delivery. Order arrived after 65 minutes which i had to ring to chase. Arrived stone cold despite the order being “hot cookie dough”. The waffle was absoloutly drowned in nutella and three tubs of ice cream were liquid. I called to complain to be told they could send me out some fresh tubs of ice cream and thats all they could do. £27 for food to go in the bin. Won’t order from here again.

We ordered 3 scoops of ice cream only got 2 and the ice cream tubs were tiny. They were building and you could smell saw dust .not very happy with portions but was happy with the cookie dough

the wrap i ordered was soggy and wet and floppy and had hardly any filling. and tasted rubbish, the sundae was lovely as whenever i get it , it never disappoints. the fries with peri salt on was nice too, they was really nice fries. just disappointed with the wrap could’ve been better.

Absolutely disgusting! We ordered around £80 worth of food tonight! Burger with mayo was very random and absolutely horrible. 2x pizzas both rock hard and tasted out of date! 4 milkshakes all disgusting! Terrible food! Wouldn’t even feed it to a starving dog!

We ordered, and as usual the food was awful. We ordered the chocolate fondue and the chocolate was horribly watery, and about half full, and we received 5 hard as rock marshmallows too. This has happened before but we thought it was a fluke. Clearly not.

I ordered a nutella waffle but was upset they didn’t offer a strawberry and nutella waffle so i wrote in the notes asking if they could add strawberries in if possible and they did it. order also came within half an hour and i don’t even live very close. was really good 100% will order again

Since this place got taken over it has gone so down hill ! Staff are stuck up , rude and unwilling to help anyone that rings , food and drinks is very average now but over priced . Shocking how much worse it’s gone

This place has become a total rip-off. £8.50 for "raspberry and white chocolate cookie dough". That buys you enough cookie dough to make one cookie, there are no raspberries, just syrup. Even £3.50 would have been too much.

The address that I chose this order to be delivered to was completely incorrect, I’m not sure where the address came from as I have never ordered to there before. Therefore my food was not delivered so I wrong cube who said it’s not our fault and they Cannot do anything about it, however the order has been marked as delivered by the driver so I’m guessing he’s eating it himself

Food delivered to wrong house, staff didn’t have a clue where it was. Order resent another hour after complaint. Almost 3 hours waiting

£26 pound and I received my cake half eaten and with custard I ordered a Jaffa cake cake 😂 and as for extra for an Oreo ice cream you must be on some next level stuff. My girlfriend’s brownie and strawberries had some rice crispys on dunno why

Never got my order. Multiple phone calls to this place and they stated that it would take 5 more minutes. I waited for an hour and a half after the estimated delivery time but did not get my order!

Fried chicken is by far the best in Hindley, unexpected from a dessert takeaway. Pizza was very good as well. Spicy loaded fries are 10/10.

I asked for sherbet and didn’t receive any. In the milkshake there has been multiple pieces of chocolate wrappers found inside of it. Disappointed as this is a £20 order and the quality has been horrible! My partner hasn’t finished half of his milkshake due to finding multiple pieces of foil inside of it unacceptable!

Do not order from this place, I spent £60 and my ice cream sundaes were all melted. I ordered jammie dodger and it was just vanilla with a jammie dodger biscuit on top, I ordered kinder bueno ice cream and it was the vanilla with half a kinder bueno on. I asked for no sauce on my cookie dough they ignored my request and put extra sauce on top of it. Food qualify was very poor for cube will not be using this place again. Spoke to Uber eats and they won’t do anything to help even though I have picture proof.

absolutely love the Mr brown waffle with vanilla ice cream me and my mum the bubblegum sundae could have done with a bit more ice cream but it's always early or on time and I love that cuz it means I get to eat it earlier

Ordered two lots of chicken tenders for two different people, all came lumped together in one polystyrene container so they were sweating so had loads of condensation in the container making the chicken wet! Also ordered wedges but was sent chips, but never consulted or asked if I wanted chips which I didn’t, when I rang and said they had sent chips by mistake he said ‘we have no wedges so sent chips’ why wasn’t I rang and told they hadn’t got any so I could make the choice, no mention of a refund

Have changed the recipes of the Lotus sundae and now is literally a cup of ice cream with some caramel sauce and a couple of small lotus biscuits. Not worth the money at all

Completely overpriced. 10 quid for some brownies with ice-cream tiny portions. Cheesecake was the size of a coaster you put a brew on for 7.50. definitely not ordering from here again.
