We have a family feast every Friday with the grandkids the chicken has been quite small and dry over the last few weeks culminating in todays fare which was very small and very very dry absolutely awful will not be eating there again even if it is convenient an absolute rip off

I have used this place several times and every time I think it will get better .. but no alas !! Always find something is missing .. it’s ridiculous how hard is it to put an order into a bag !!!! Am I asking too much ??

Waited in the drive through then, lady took order, handed card over and told their machine not working so go to next window, i did and all went well. On checking my bank account week later, found they had charged me twice. Also the meal deal turned out to be without fries but too long a que to sort it out. Not amused by this experience and will never return. I am currently searching for their email address to contact them. Others would have same problem as also sent to second window. This was the 29th December 2023.

Ridiculous stupid restaurant claims they ‘do not do knives’ after serving me a salad with massive hunk of chicken on top and expecting me to tear at it like an animal with two forks instead. This is unacceptable. I will not be using this restaurant again.

Becareful what you ask for. Staff there think it's fun to do the opposite to what you ask for and you don't realise until you get home and it's too late. Maybe KFC breed chickens with four legs as I a received 5 legs in a 10 piece bucket after asking for as little leg meat as possible. Chatted to KFC online and the help centre reckon they do their best to meet customer requests. Not at Great Yarmouth. I hope you enjoyed your laugh at my expense.

If you’re on a diet skip the chips they’re just not worth the calories. Whereas the wrap is worth every last one especially with the spicy Mayo. Only 10% off now with BLC though.

Firstly I’ll start with the rude chap working on the chippy counter, oh my what a rude individual. We waited 15 minutes for 2 small sized meals, it was served to us in open trays even though we were taking it away, when I asked the chap to wrap our food up he looked at me rudely and handed us 2 sheets of paper for us to wrap our food ourselves. If we had of taken the food away like this, bearing in mind it was a very windy day I would imagine we wouldn’t have made it across the road without losing our food. We took our food to the sea front, took one bite out of my savaloy which had a layer of thick white foam on the outside, as soon as I took my first bite I felt sick instantly, spat it out, looked at the remainder of the sausage and the inside was a grey colour, the food was also cold. The chips felt like rubber and tasted like fish, I managed to eat a grand total of 2 of these before binning the complete meal, as did my other half with her meal. I was going to feed the chips to the beach seagulls but I wouldn’t want my worse enemy to eat from here let alone a bunch of innocent seagulls. £10 wasted, walked down the sea front, spent a similar amount of money at Harry Ramsdens and ate decent food. Updated for 2025. The guy has renamed it to Terrys fish and chip. The name is the single and only thing to have changed, the food is still putrid.

Thank you to the delivery team bloke who made my kids a balloon while we waited!!!! The price was a bit of a spanking compared to other haven sites ive been too. The kids didn't like the nuggets, they do look like they've been re cooked a few times. Not gonna knock the chips though, lovely portion of chips rustled up!
