KFC in Huntingdonshire

I am very disappointed with this KFC. I have been before and have always been left unhappy and disgusted with the lack of customer service and food quality. It is a disgusting place and i’m not sure how it is still open. I recently finished my long hospitality shift and decided to order from there as i’d give them the benefit of the doubt. I ordered an hour before closing time, they changed driver three times and i had to message uber eats to find out that they were closed and unable to deliver my order. Now everywhere is shut and i was unable to eat anything substantial after my shift. They had already taken my money so i would have expected them to have the decency to message or call me letting me know they were unable to deliver but i had to find that out myself. I would not recommend eating here anyways as it is clear their hygiene levels are poor and lack of effort towards the food or customer is shocking!

i ordered food through just eat to this restaurant and when arrived it was stone cold and the chicken was pink in places.we had items missing i got in contact through just eat and were useless and would not help us.the food has come from this restaurant

Went to kfc today and paid £43 for a 10piece bucket of chicken and 2 box meals as i was waiting somebody spilt a pepsi all over the counter and on the floor the customers side i could not believe it that even after a customer told the girl behind the counter who came to look at it nobody cleaned it up and people were walking in it when they went to the till,ok i understand that they were busy but how long does it take to mop it up 2 seconds i also noticed that not one employee had a smile on there face and even had a customer next to me moaning that the staff were rude as well as miserable so after waiting 20 mins for my food my order number was called i went to the till picked up my bag said thankyou to the girl and i went to car as i got i noticed she didnt give me my bottle of pepsi or the drinks for the box meals so went back into the store and told the girl who said it was my fault for walking away with my bag i said to her why didnt you say anything well you would have thought i had swore at her so she unhappily filled my drinks and couldnt even manage a smile when she gave me them so off home i went when i got home the ten piece meal didnt even have any chicken in it just had 7 fillets and fries so apart from rude unhappy staff they cant even get a simple order ready, absolute disgraceful service will never be going there again somebody from kfc head office need to go there and witness it for themselves

Went and picked up a wicked family bucket to treat my family and got home to find they hadn't put the hot wings in! Tried calling but no-one bothers answering and then cuts the call off. This isn't the first time they've left things out of the order. Certainly won't be going back. Appalling way to run a business 🤬🤬

Visited to get some chicken. The server was very rude and laughed at my order. Also tried to force me to order more stuff when I told him no and the food didn’t even taste nice.

Staff are rude and scruffy food was cold restaurant was dirty. This has to be the worst run franchise ever KFC need to close this down and start again.

Disgusting appalling filthy takeaway, staff slow dirty scruffy, chicken dry tasteless and lukewarm, chips nearly warm beans & gravy disgusting tables filthy will be reporting to environmental health, rats outside by rubbish avoid avoid avoid customer service diabolical

Awfull service very slow staff standing around. Brought a wrap meal to take home got home no chips and as for chicken wrap hqrdly any chicken in it. It has certainly gone down hill.

Just as expected. Not looking for the sauce it was quick and able to be ordered as required. Food arrives reasonably quickly and fresh. The chips were slightly cold and must have been sitting for a while.

Picked up a 10 piece bargain bucket with chips last night and it was awful the worst we've ever had over the years its happened a few times at this outlet definitely the last time total waste of money!
