Last few visits order wrong, so stopped going, I decided to return after reaching counter I was told you could only use self order which I finally found what I wanted and clicked "pay cash", then I waited for my order no. to be displayed but no, I then asked where it was but told you have to pay first, but was not informed if that, being 70 never realised so had to wait again for my order, when it was finally ready I asked if my 2 pieces of chicken were with the boneless chicken and told yes, guess what when i got home, no on the bone chicken so I had to go back, he apologised, but wont go again!

45 The StrandAsked my fella call in on way home as live in the sticks, asked him get toasted with cheese chicken tikka lettuce red onion tomato jalapeños and mayo, got stale roll with 5 pieces of tikka 2 tomato 3 jalapeños and a little red onion (put mayo on at home!) what a joke either their penny pinching or just def!! Won’t be going subway in future! What a rip off!!!

Kings StreetJust paid £24.99 for a 12 piece boneless meal and when I got home to the family I had been given 8 pieces of chicken. Blonde girl with glasses gave me a funny look when she handed me the food. Now I know why. At least she's sorted her food for when she has a break. How she chokes on it. Gave one star because that's the minimum the review will accept.
