KFC in Stoke-on-Trent

Last few visits order wrong, so stopped going, I decided to return after reaching counter I was told you could only use self order which I finally found what I wanted and clicked "pay cash", then I waited for my order no. to be displayed but no, I then asked where it was but told you have to pay first, but was not informed if that, being 70 never realised so had to wait again for my order, when it was finally ready I asked if my 2 pieces of chicken were with the boneless chicken and told yes, guess what when i got home, no on the bone chicken so I had to go back, he apologised, but wont go again!
