KFC in Redbridge

It was a nice food to eat and I wanted the food and I see the shop nice and nice and I want to come back to the shop

Ordered a 14 piece bargain bucket dinner and it had 10 chicken legs in it. Also ordered a large amount of hot wings (think it was 16 pieces. All of them were the wingette rather than a mix of wingette and drumette. I was in a rush so didn't check but have done before and had to ask for a mix of pieces. They said they were sent boxes of chicken legs and had to get rid of them but this happened over 6 months ago so can't believe they haven't used them all up. Could it be that chicken legs and wingettes are the cheapest cuts they can buy? The chicken is always overcooked and the chips undercooked. The beans always look like they have been sat in the warming trays for days. You can't blame the people working there but the owners have a lot to answer for as they cut costs and so the quality suffers. I will avoid buying form here again and travel to Ilford or South Woodford as their food is so much nicer. A really bad franchise! KFC should pull them up on the terrible service they provide and they sully the name of KFC.

We placed an order for delivery on Sat 3rd April. Delivery turned up on time but everything was barely warm. They had placed all of the cold iced drinks in the same bag as the food. The chicken pieces we ordered were so small you could fit a drumstick and a thigh in the palm of one child’s hand despite adding a note for no thighs...and you could count the amount of the dry chips in each small bag. Really disgusting that these people are trading under the KFC franchise and charging full price for these child size meals!!! I intend to report them to the company so they can investigate, as this type of service is the norm unfortunately in this particular branch. We only ordered in the hope things had improved .... but sadly no.

Great experience when you order online, turn up and it is ready at the promised time. As well Covid safe with customers only allowed in when they are collecting and the food is ready.

Only good thing about this place is it arrived on time, i ordered the zinger burger ,fries and drink ,the zinger was ok ,the burger was barely warm the chips was the worst we,ve ever had from anywhere ,cold and floppy to me they was lunchtime leftovers ,partner had 4 peices if chicken with chips and drink ,he had to take the coating off the chicken to make it eatable the chips was the same as mine ,it has been a few years since we had KFC ,certainly dosen,t taste the same and it will be a lot more years before we have it again .

Fries were terrible. Mostly dry, overcooked and half of them were bad and had to be thrown away. Portions were small as well. Disappointed.

Went in for a quick lunch, only to find it full of teenagers, screaming and shouting and being a nuisance to others and when somebody said something to one of them, they all turned on this man, there was no staff willing to get involved and pretended that they couldn't hear what was going on. The toilets were also in a terrible state with tissue all over the floor and water. Food was ok, just a shame about the surroundings.

AVOID!! one word "VILE" feel like i been mugged of the chicken was not suitible for human consumption bit into a rubbery unchewible unbrakeble rancid! dark grey colored piece of filth absolutley shocking from KFC chips were way below standerd DONT waste your money go to a none branded chicken eatery.

Guys please dont waste your time and money in this place. Customer service is terrible. Employees behaviour is disgusting.

This is by far the worst KFC we have ever had.. The chips looked as if they had been re heated, very dark brown. The chicken wasn't much better and to top it all the tea was cold. They replaced the tea but still was only luke warm. (maybe boiler not working as it should ) We will definitely be avoiding eating at this KFC in future travels. Money wasted.. I wish I had taken a photo ..

Customer service was terrible food was cold hygiene in this place is disgusting. This branch needs closing down.

Food was cold,attitude of the manager a disgrace. He told me food had only been on the shelf for 20 minutes. He grudgingly changed my food and that was not a lot warmer. A portion of fries is approx 9 to 10. Very very poor. Would not recommend at all.

While I was queuing a woman returned her chips (and they replaced them). When I saw my order, I could understand why: the chips were barely cooked, almost white. When I mentioned this, they gave me some excuse about “fresh oil” (when was the last time KFC ever used this!!). It was clear they were Not going to replace and their “couldn’t care less” attitude was even more insulting. I decided to cancel my order, get my money back and go elsewhere...... they didn’t care (it was as if this was a daily occurrence) and they cared even less when I said I would post up my opinions online. I am not going to get a gastric problem through their under-cooked food. AVOID the Barkingside branch of KFC.

I ordered a bucket and they just gave me chicken they were ment to give me wings and strips.But no they did not I went back and I told the man who served me.At this time the chips were soggy and nasty so I told them to give me new food but then they gave me the same

Went on 10.9.17 and ordered one meal and it took around 20mins Staff need to be more organised and saw couple of people come back as food missing from orders. Staff pleasant enough but need more training. Food was ok but got a bit dry and cold while waiting for rest of order. KFC is halal and mainly a take out. I wouldn't come back to this place but will try another KFC.

Bad service cold food and bad attitude from staff. A couldn't care less attitude from the girls working behind the tills. Food arrived 3mins later was wrong had cheese after ordering no cheese, made me wait another 5 min after which they removed the cheese...

Stopped for quick bite to eat after a busy day, and the food was served very fast, I had barely finished my order and was served and food was still hot. Food portions were good such as no skimping on the chips. The food also...

Slow service. The food was very greasy and tasteless. The drink tasted like it had been watered down. Will not use this branch again.

i don't like to eat to much crap food but every once in a while you just have to have KFC, and this branch is pretty good as is the food.

Don't really know what to say about this place me and my friend were both very ill after eating out of here I've been going to the chicken shop for quite some time now and I don't know if they change the staff or what...

The KFC Ilford is at good location but has average food and service. Good for a quick bite and would recommend all.

Very clean, fast service (visited with friends) I would highly recommend the boneless banquet. The staff are also friendly when asked about prices etc.

KFC Ilford is a good place for quick bite. Location is excellent, serving usual KFC food. I would recommend all.

I purchased a Wicked Zinger Burger meal on Wednesday 7th January 2014. I took it back to my place of work and it was completely cold. The chips were half full and were not KFC chips they were like McDonalds chips. I also like McDonalds...
