KFC in Lambeth

The food we had was absolutely shocking. Staff were no help either. I can’t remember when I last had food this bad. Completely inedible and I threw it in the bin!

I don't understand the 1 star. This is easily the best KFC I've been to in a long time. The gravy is perfectly thick unlike other KFCs where it is watery. The food was pipping hot. The chicken was juicy. Highly recommend.

Vile. The chicken burger itself was OK. Too much mayo in the bun. The fries might have been shown heat about 30 minutes before serving. Tried one, was room temperature. Straight to the bin, which is a shame because I paid a little extra for barbecue sauce to have with them. A waste of resources, money and time. For a global corporate, (or a franchise thereof) this is appalling. Don't eat here, all they have for you is mildy spiced contempt.

The 2022 award for the dirtiest fast food restaurant in the UK goes to..........KFC near Waterloo, London!!!!!! We walked in just prior to it closing a couple of nights ago. I thought we had walked into the inside of a large wheelie bin that had just exploded! There was discarded rubbish and food everywhere.......on the tables, on the floor, on the wooden shelving etc. I needed a shower after exiting this place. The owner of this franchise should really pay a unannounced visit preferably wearing a fully protective suit, gloves and face mask. It would take just one member of staff to clean up and stay on top of the mess left. Maybe the staff here are used to living in such a mess at home? When we were leaving, I thought I caught sight of a family of brown rats walking out in disgust. Horrible!

Ordered ice-cream but was told they are out and handed two cookies and drink we didn't want, no refund was offered.
