Ordered a burger with no mayo. Got no other sauce or salad in a very battered looking burger, with a hard stale bun 🤨 No fries with either meal 😡 All sides cold (corn, chicken, hot wings) Can’t get hold of them on the phone. Either getting too many complaints or have taken phone off the hook. 🤷🏼♂️🧐 Utter rubbish. !! Made a nice Xmas eve very sad

My wife and I have not visited since a bad experience 3 years ago. As my diabetic wife needed to eat we decided to ser if they had improved. Answer definately not. At 6 pm there were four people eating. The building is hollo and has an echo. The staff shout and have oud voices. When we tried to order at the counter we were abruptly directed to the order machines. Our request for assistance denied. We navigated our way through the maze. There was no trangular table numbers. We eventually found one on a vacant table. Many of the tables were empty but dirty obviously not cleaned. Our order was brought to our table without any acknowledgement. The quality of the food ɓarely acceptable. Having eaten recently at KFCs in Hinckley, Leicester and Rugby this branch is by far the worst. More interested in drive through and delivery orders.

Weddington Terrace is the worst KFC in Nuneaton when ordering for delivery. Always items missing and when you phone to advise they tell you it was in the bag because it was marked as having been put in, this is every single time, I shall definitely not be ordering from here again.

Called in fir £6.99 bucket of 10 chicken fillets and chips. All young people who don't care, no bucket a KFC paper bag. They need to learn how to count as we only had 8 when we got home. Too far to walk back if they do this to a lot of people then there making the company a profit. I won't go back in a hurry. Some need to go to a school that can teach them some manners.

Don't order from this store unless you want big dead bugs cooked on your pizza!!! We ordered from Bedworth Domino's on Sunday 23/02, we ordered 2 large pizzas and one side. Half of the make your own VEGETARIAN pizza was already eaten before I saw the big bug on my slice. I thought this was an olive at first but then I realised olives don't have legs. Disgusted does not even begin to describe how Dominos have made us feel. What a massive health code violation!!! I violently threw up upon realising I was about to take a bite into this dead bug. We have all been very emotionally distressed and upset since this experience. I mean look at it!!! It's not exactly small, it's massive!!! We called dominos immediately on Monday 24/02 and the staff were not helpful at all. We were promised that the manager will call us back Monday evening, which never happened. We have chased and chased and chased. One guy even put the phone down on us twice today! I have already raised this with the photos to Dominos Customer care, I have already filled in the Dominos feedback from they send to all their customers who write a negative review. But still we have not heard anything back!! Nothing! We finally got through to another staff member today at Bedworth Dominos, he asked for me to send the photos on WhatsApp which I did. He IMMEDIATELY guaranteed there's no way this is from their store. He even tried to tell me the bug would have just 'disappeared' from being in the oven??? There has been absolutely 0 accountability from Dominos. They have treated us as liars, continuously ignored us and I highly doubt there will be anything they can do about it. The guy on the phone even said they don't do refunds!! The same staff member said he is gonna get the pizza sliced sent to 'testing' and they picked up the pizza at around 5:00pm from our home this evening. the guys that picked up the pizza did not even say a word to us. He did though look very shocked at the bug on the pizza! We have no confidence what so ever that Dominos will do anything with this pizza apart from throw it in the bin. What a disgrace!!! My friends and I will NEVER be ordering from here again! The service, the way we have been ignored and treated thus far and not to mention the DEAD BUG. Can't believe Dominos has been serving food to this quality standard!!!! Shocking.
