KFC in Dudley

Would like to praise Tracey who works at our local kfc…. Had a problem with our app the last 2 visits and she was absolutely brilliant in sorting us out. Well done 👏

This must be the worst kfc in the country. So much missed off orders, robbing us of dips and gravy, and so many mistakes and we NEVER get sides that are ordered in the drive-through even though they repeat it all back. However a few months ago something changed and our orders were miraculously correct. Woo hoo!!. Till tonight! We were greeted by the person taking our order speaking gibberish. The only coherent sentence we caught was that they'd gad a terrible day! Oh boohoo! Well haven't we all.... this is the only reason we decided to order overpriced over salted overcooked chicken. As always, we parked up to check we'd had everything we'd ordered. Hot wings; tick. Fries; tick. Zinger burgers; tick. Bucket; tick. What a pity I didn't check inside the bucket.... because......There were indeed ten pieces of chicken. Problem was.... 1 wing/breast piece an 9 drumsticks!!!! Fibe if you like bloody drumsticks!

Ordered a delivery via KFC app for the 1st time NEVER again . Order placed and confirmation email received at 2120. At 2245 still no food so phoned informed they had no drivers and to order a MacDonalds and money would be refunded !!!!

I have gone to my local kfc in Stourbridge many times, because my children like it. I have lost count of the amount of times I’ve got my food home and the order is wrong. Tonight 8 hot wings were missing. I continue to go back because I think ‘this time they’ll get it right’ they don’t. Useless

Do not go here. Says 11pm on the door closing time yet have locked the door and won't serve you at 10.20pm. Rubbish. Go to McDonald's next door
