I have visited the store the environment is hygiene and the staff was friendly and helpful . Customer service is quick and got my order with in 5 min which was served hot and fresh .

Absolutely useless. These lot always get the orders wrong! Always end up with missing items. Absolutely f*ckin’ useless. How hard can it be to get JUST ONE order correct! It’s not rocket science! Staff need training. Management need to address these training needs with urgency! It’s a joke!

They never came with my order I left my house to try and find it and I’m very sure I saw the driver go off with my order I’m very disappointed

Dear Just Eat, I am writing in regard to a complaint I raised immediately after receiving my recent order from KFC through your app. While I appreciate the £2.99 credit you’ve provided, this does not fully address my concerns. As I mentioned at the time, the quality of the food was extremely poor—the chicken portions were unusually small, and the food arrived cold. I don’t feel that £2.99 is a reasonable compensation given the issues I experienced with the order. I would appreciate it if you could reconsider this matter and provide a more suitable resolution. The service here is sooooo bad. The staff just don’t seem to have any idea what they’re doing. There are always loads of fries bagged up and wilting away under the heat lamp. The chicken was dry and tasteless. What happened to this company? They didn’t season the “new” fries and they were just disgusting. Update:12/9/24 still appalling service. And despite what the owner says this poor standard is very much “usual”.

Burger was essentially a build your own, the state of it in the box, didn’t taste great either and was cold. Chips were cold and undercooked. Best part was the can of tango so that tells you a lot

Just a bit disappointed that the food wasn’t as hot as it could have been as the courier was on a pedal bike rather than a moped. Pedal bikes are ok for delivering groceries not hot food.

Fast service only one worker at front she seemed overwhelmed. These people came in to complain they couldn't order their food at the front at a till. Like any other fast food chain. I don't like that I can't use my student discount on those terminals it can only be accepted by the staff. But I got my food quickly.

It's far too small for a KFC 🍗 shop in a very busy shopping precinct. It just lacks any sort of good experience as one is always on the edge with proximity and space. It is always a cluttered environment, and the tables are rarely kept clean. This KFC needs to swap with Burger King, which is far too big for itself.

Everytime I order from kfc they do not read the note on there which clearly states no lettuce or mayo. My children will not eat the food once mayo has touched it so yet again another order thrown in the bin

Zahil has to be one of the worst cheapskate franchisee of KFC I've ever seen. They never have boxes for box meals, packaging for burgers or cupholders for takeaway drinks. Everything is just dumped in a large brown paper bag. The ordering machines don't allow you to specify the pieces of chicken you, if you want to specify your chicken pieces you'll have to order at the counter and then only to be told that you must pay with cash. food was good but there was a Pepsi max drink that was missing....I was meant to have two Pepsi max drinks one with the meal and I ordered one sperately two yet I only got one...very terrible.

Brilliant service from KFC Romford, South Street. The food was delicious and and really good. And the delivery driver was friendly and really nice and excellent.

I recently visited here and had an extremely disappointing experience. The burger I ordered was completely tasteless, lacking the expected flavors and freshness. To make matters worse, the fries were served cold, which was very off-putting. I had high expectations given KFC's reputation, but this visit was far from satisfactory. The quality of the food was subpar and did not justify the price I paid. I hope the management takes note and improves both the taste and temperature of their food. I won't be returning to this location anytime soon and would not recommend it to others based on this experience.

I am an Uber driver. Whenever you go to South Street KFC, the staff keeps the order ready. But they do not give it. They say that they will give the order to the customer first. Later they will give your order to the Uber driver. The food gets cold and then the customer complains that the service of South Street KFC is very slow.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely awful experience. The staff were soo rude. They forgot items and then instead of serving me, they served the Uber Eats driver. One member of staff ignored me. When I requested to be served the other staff member served me but in an impolite manner. When I got home I found a fillet missing that I had paid for and the chicken tasted dry and flavourless. I would say AVOID, AVOID, AVOID at ALL costs, and many other reviews claim similar experiences, which definitely tells us something.

The delivery driver (on a cycle) delivered elsewhere before delivering to me. Excuses from delivery driver were: 'We cannot cancel orders and have to driver as requested by Justeat'. Greedy delivery driver, he waited approx 8 mins to collect additional order, which means my order is 8 mons colder. This is the last time I order with Justeat. Rubbish, greedy.

courier kept pushing the time back and delivered food to multiple different houses whilst my food was getting cold - by time food was delivered to me it was extremely soggy and cold and i felt incredibly sad, as i had spent a lot of money on food for it to be 40 mins late .. not happy !
