Can always guarantee a very long wait for food. Don’t bother with drive through, it’s like watching paint dry for several days. Inside ordering is only marginally quicker but with added bonus that it’s easier to check your order and tell them straight away that they have missed items out. Over the last 5 years I’ve probably been 10 times. Every time very long wait and items missed. Staff are miserable, with a CBA attitude. The food is very mediocre. After tonight’s visit that’s it. Never again. Stress levels can’t take it.

Staff friendly and food delicious and still hot when I got it home from drive through hole family of 5 full of a 12 peace boneless banquet

The chicken was absolutely swimming in oil, burnt chicken and tasted absolutely disgusting. Most of it went in bin. Gloopy gravy that wobbled, chips were also soggy and literally dripping in grease. Avoid this place at all cost, in fact it’s put me off KFC for life.

Sat in the drive through for 30 minutes, not even an acknowledgement from staff. Eat in was closed a 9pm even though advertised to close at 10. Used to use regularly, will never use again, a disgrace to the KFC brand.

Absolutely disgusting .chicken over cooked .my wife took our grand daughter to the toilets and had to come out. The toilets were covered in faeces and made them feel sick. Never again. kFC.ltd .uk should give some serious attention to who they give these franchises to because they are seriously letting the brand down

Ordered kfc to take home for the family absolutely disgusting 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 all thrown in bag no lid on the bucket for ones and boneless banquet ls not even boxed up and it was awful wouldnt even feed it to the dogs this place needs sorting out

20 minute wait in drive through no movement, went inside, waited another 29 minutes to half an order! Good missing, cold, watery gravy, minimal chips, cold chicken, 5 popcorn chicken in a bag, Never again felt sick all night after eating! Foul

Called this afternoon 9 piece offer for £5.99 usually very good today I got 7 drumsticks and 2 tiny wings. If you are going to offer these discounts at least honour them instead of giving all the smaller pieces. I use this KFC weekly and would like an explanation as to the poor management that has allowed this to happen. Poor or no staff training comes to mind or even company cut backs. This complaint has been escalated to wider KFC as these staff need to understand that my money is as good as the next persons.

Ordered online thought it would be quicker. Waited ages in the drive through. Got to the hatch, nobody spoke to us, just waited about 15 mins gave us a bag. Never had an order correct from here. Hot chocolate was warm milk with a blob of brown stuff stuck to the bottom. No point talking to them about it, they don’t care. Never going there again.

This is my second negative experience from this KFC. Both on the basis of how long food takes and how non existent their customer service is. No one acknowledging there is a customer needing an order taking until after they ask if anyone will take their order loud enough for everyone to hear. As the girl right in front of him on drive thru looked at the customer then turned around ignoring him one staff member was doing what seemed to be 3 people jobs cleaning, cooking and packing. At the point of walking in I had been the first order on the takeaway screen with two others on drive through. It took 25 minutes from order time to be served after having to come back for the order missing items. (Can always trust KFC to leave something out.) The food was warm though so I guess there is that. I never got a receipt either thinking it was torn up as they started working on my order or else I would have done a private survey review for them instead.

Last week I went through the drive through for 25 minutes (I were the only car) for a box meal and some extras. Missing list Dip from the box meal Extra gravy Extra hot wings Phoned to let them know- no answer, everyday for a week. Returned today for 15 minutes in the drive through(getter better) for the same order. I got a free popcorn chicken for what happened last week. Missing List Mini fillet from the box meal Dip from the box meal Chicken burger that looked like it were never a chicken. Called to complain- you guessed it...no answer. I genuinely don't know what the dip tastes like that comes with this meal. Everyone has a first day at work, but this place runs like it's their first ever restaurant. They don't answer at the order speaker, no one is at the 1st window. So you have to order at the last window, but today they tried to get me to go back around, because the headset came back on, that just didn't happen. Gravy tubs are half full to match their half packets of chips, and they hand you food like they caught you in bed with their partner. Poor management, poor staffing, and poor output. Honestly if I owned KFC, I'd shut that building just so it wouldn't give my company a bad name. The place needs boarding up.

Worst KFC I’ve ever had the displeasure of using (3 times) The first time of waiting over 25 minutes in the drive thru I thought oh it must be staff shortages. The second time of waiting 30 minutes I thought they are having a laugh, when we finally got to the last window the member of staff had his back turned to us throughout the whole wait, he had probably taken enough moaning for the day. When he finally gave us the food he didn’t say a word. That mate is RUDE, get a new job if you don’t like your current one. And today was just the icing on the cake, ordered a kids popcorn chicken bucket that had SIX pieces of popcorn in it. My flamin wrap looked like a child had made it with all the contents in the bottom of it and failing apart. I am going to head office and if they don’t care either then maybe your accounts manager will because you shouldn’t even be open. A disgrace of a “fast food” outlet!

Nipped on for a rice box whilst on my lunch break. Got home to find NO RICE - the service in this place used to be outstanding! Not sure what’s happened but it is terrible now.

I have never experienced such an awful establishment...we stood waiting to be acknowledged at the counter for over ten minutes...we would of left sooner but we were interested how long it would take them to even acknowledge us...the queue was to the door. After near 15mins we gave up laughing and congratulating them on being the worst restaurant ever! If you are route to Ribby hall like us I suggest you bring a packet lunch!An absolute joke of a place!

Oh dear. I’m afraid this isn’t getting any better. You shouldn’t need to look at reviews for fast food franchises but I wish I had. After a 25 min wait there wasn’t even a ‘sorry for the delay’. Won’t be going again.

This has got to be the worst KFC … we probably call here once a month as we travel to Ribby, there is always an issue with the wait time, very often items are missing from the menu, that’s before the missing items in your order, I bobbed up for some lunch Friday 3rd Dec, surprisingly they had all items ordered, wait time was around 5 minutes at the last window. We ordered the double gravy bucket to find no popcorn chicken in the order (should have checked before I drove off) both pots of gravy were like water, to the point they had split with water sitting on top. The chicken was ok although not very hot. After ringing the shop and being cut off then ringing a further 8 times with no answer we gave up. Such a shame as our local KFC in Bolton is spot on. We’re giving up on you now, Burger King for us from now on. Customer service is none existent here.

It beggars belief that they even bother to open....no chicken meals in a KFC....you couldn't make it up....just heading to Burger King

Well! what to say here isn’t good, after a number of visits we decided once again to come over, But this time decided to eat in, My pigsty’s are cleaner, dirty tables full of all kinds of left over food stuff, even the counters were full of stains of of who knows what, oh yes the occasional one had been cleaned with the contents simply brushed on to the adjoining seating,a clean floor was also out of the question, with the contents of cups simply left in pools on the floor,Viewing past posts it looks like this is becoming a norm, was so bad we decided to leave and eat in the car No hot drinks this time, and no fitting drinks caps, which proved disastrous when the contests of one parted from the lid and disappeared over and into the dashboard.With the Covid situation one would have thought you would be more hygienic, A good deep clean is needed, and fast, god know what its like behind the order counters!

Just been to KFC in Wesham and I can’t describe in words how bad this place is, rubbish food & service which took over half an hour. The gravy is like toilet water, brown and tasteless. The chips were cold, the chicken was below average. Do not go to this place.

We go every friday to the kfc but on Friday 28th may we didn't get their till 8.55 pm to find bollards blocking the drive through entrance and so I parked the car and went to the kiosk to find doors locked with no sufficient warning of what was happening found a timetable stating closures times but the drive through was supposed to be still open a few cars turned around so when are you open as the garage was closed as well what's going on We enjoy wesham kfc we have never had a problem before

Only ordered a 6 piece bucket meal and they couldn't even count to 6 only got 5 pieces. Is it a thing with KFC that there always has to be something missing from your order!!!!!!

Ordered from Uber and burgers came stone cold and were pink inside. Vile. Unsatisfactory food and pricing. Items were forgot off the order and mash was still frozen.

Chicken and chips always amazing at this KFC and never tasted gravy anywhere as good as there. We cant fault a single thing! We live in FY6 and will always travel sometimes twice a week to have that little bit extra..we always get great servive and lovely hot FRESH food that we dont experience anywhere else in a fast food place. Staff in there cant do enough, they go that extra mile and even before the pandemic on match days I thought the same.

Zero customer service, food greasy, cold and you will be lucky if you get the correct order. Extremely long wait times and rude staff. Seriously avoid at all costs

Chicken was really hot, even after a 7 mile journey home. Very fresh and big pieces. really enjoyed it. We have switched branshes to Wesham instead of Preston. Drive through during lock down was very easy with no queues. Very friendly and helpful staff as well.

Greasy food, incorrect order given, rude and incompetent staff, worst KFC ever, avoid at all costs! The one on Preston docks is much better, give that a try

Waited ages to be served. Order was wrong then cold when it came and very poor food and service will not be back.

Right so I live close by and fancy a kfc regularly lol. Every time you go here is a different service. One day you go it’s spot on nice food nothing missing. Then you go the next and the foods cold bits missing. There’s no consistency in the service or food at this kfc and this review will never affect the way it trades. Anyway I went in one day and I placed my order for my usual meal and when I was waiting for my meal I was watching them make it and I was looking behind the counter to see if it was clean. I kid you not it was dirty. Cleaning chemicals on food prep counters rubbish and all sorts just left all over the food prep counter. It’s dirty and am not a expert but cleaning chemicals next to food ?? Not a good combination if u ask me.. oh and the best part I taken some pictures and the staff watched me without a care in the world. The franchisee clearly doesn’t care about good food hygiene and quality. Must just care about the money I guess. Anyway look at the pictures closely. Zoom in and look it’s dirty!!!!!!

Late on bank holiday Monday. Place looked dirty tired and unloved despite it being quiet. Food seemed to take a while with staff dithering and little communication. Checked with Michael the server that we had everything only to discover on returning home that we were missing chicken pieces. Soggy chips too. I phoned twice only for both calls to ring out before mysteriously being cut off. I took 10 minutes to complete kfc questionnaire on line but am not holding my breath.

Come on now every review is rubbish came her on sunday 7th of july staff was stood about talking to mates 15 minutes was stood there still no one served drivethough was empty shop had 4 people in still no service when i asked the girl to stop talking crap and serve me she just carried on i fully blame management for there childish staff no one in here is over 16 its a kids playground no a food take away needs selling on cos they do not give a shot about customer service here not one bit staff just walk about like zombies deffo the worsed kfc in the uk this place

Too many young staff who clearly don't want to be there serving you with zero customer service skills, untidy, messy surroundings, too many dirty tables, producing luke warm food and soggy chips.I think the colonel would be spinning in his grave this must be so far removed from his vision.

Been here now on 4 separate occasions and i must say this is the worse kfc ever so cam today for food 1 car was sat in front of me in the drive through still sat behind him 20 mins while waiting to pay and receive my order then when i paid was told to go and park up 15 mins later still no food so went to to store and asked for it they just carried on chatting while leaving me stood no apology no nothing just passed the food and as for the guy who was working on the drive through what a joke his service was terrible had a right moody face on him deffo stay away from here the full place is a joke give it too many chances now wont be again

We don't eat a lot of fast food but occasionally as a 'treat' we'll have a macD or a KFC. Since the KFC at wesham has opened we have probably been through the drive through on half a dozen occasions and on 5 of the 6 occasions the order has been short. We now make a point of asking if everything is there and whilst the answer is yes we always make a point of checking and normally have to point out the order is short. The managers are all kids with no idea of how to deal with complaints. This must be the worst KFC in the country?It's interesting that over 25 years of going to macD's we have never had a short order. It makes you wonder given the frequency of problem at this KFC whether there isn't a fiddle going on with the staff although this is obviously impossible to prove. If you actually want to receive what you have paid for, give this place a wide birth. I don't leave negative comments lightly ( first ever trip adviser review ) as I understand the impact it can have on a business but I've tried the manager complaint route and it has made no difference. Short ordering is nothing short of taking money out of people's pockets and businesses shouldn't get away with it.

We visited this KFC and did not really have high hopes as we had a discount voucher to use after a shocking visit to the Deepdale (Preston) outlet. We ordered the large boneless banquet with corn and gravy and a fillet tower meal. All food was very hot and fresh. The chicken pieces were huge. A massive improvement on our recent visits to KFC.

Went in Sunday evening and a gentleman going through the drive-though left without a purchase as nothing he wanted was available. We went inside thinking it couldn't be 'that' bad.

I visited on 7th March. Just fancied a bit too f chicken and gravy . I went through the drive through and placed my order. When I went to pay for it I was told there is no gravy. No apologies now offers to sort it out. They STILL asked me to pay for it!

Not for the first time the food was not up to the standard we expect from kfc,on this occasion the coating on the chicken was very patchy in its covering almost none existing in places. The cooking oil tasted stale made worse by not being drained properly, leaving a layer of grease in the bottom of the bargain bucket.

I've visisted this KFC on a number off occasions with out issue, However on my last visit I was disappointed to be servered cold and luke warm food.

We have used this KFC on 4 occasions since it opened & we have always been pleased with friendly service & quality of food.
