Kfc in Hertsmere

We cisit this shop last week evening 10 pm Menu and all was normal Coleslaw was not fresh Chickens was heated again after cold i donno not like taste İn Turkiye , in thailand , in germany similar taste but here not was Workers is so nice and helpfull

Having used this kfc for several months it’s obvious the staff simply do not care about what kind of crap they serve. If you are really lucky you’ll get some freshly cooked chicken but 9 times out of 10 it’ll be dry and revolting Surely they are breaking regulations by keeping the chicken in the warmer for many hours past its best

Just had KFC first takeaway in lockdown it was the most terrible thing we have had chips Luke warm and soggy chicken also luke warm, sweet corn cold but not too bad. Went through just eat weather that was why it was cold don't know because it was 15 minutes later then expected time. Sorry KFC not very impressed at all

The food I bought wasn't fresh, and the ladies who served me were very rude - they didn't ask me which drink I'd prefer and when I pointed out that they forgot to give me the chips chips I also ordered and payed for, the ladies just made faces instead of some sort of apology - I was actually made feel that I was bothering them by ordering my food there, so I shall never ever buy my food from this place again

How foolish was I to give them a 2nd chance? 1st order took 4.5 hours to arrive cold. 2nd arrived and stone cold! No drinks & no salads, both were forgotten. Rang to complain but wouldnt answer the phone, now got to chase the refund. Never buy from KFC Borehamwood again

very good food hot and fresh we walk to the high street from hotel and grabbed a KFC it was tasty very very tasty finger licking good

although the restaurant was busy, we were served in good time, the kitchen always seems clean and tidy, and our order arrived in good time,

another good service always nice and clean with friendly staff and always busy especially when there are TV shows at the 2 studios near buy

we are regulars here and always receive excellent service and always the shop is very clean can get busy when they have an audience from the BBC and Elstree studios

We ordered in plenty of time and food has still not arrived, tried to call just eat, they are busy, tried their chat bot but no ans. Now our lunch break is over, thanks KFC for ruining our lunch, no communication at all and no number to call. We have just called Just eat who have advised the food still hasnt left --- do not order from here if you want food on time or if you want food at all.

This is one of the better KFC's i've been there. Food is consistantly good, staff are wonderful always giving away lil free bits of chicken when they are closing and any mistakes they own up to straight away. Food is always fresh at least when I'm there.

Our son loves KFC. His favourite. My wife's favourite also. Fast food that is. Friendly staff. Always quick. Parking outside.

now going under a refit .. I order 2 buckets via Just Eat it gets delivered on time and always warm, can't wait to see the new refit when I pass by

Lovely shop with very friendly staff. You know what you are going to get and you get it. Cheap and cheerful chicken and chips.

As far as KFCs go this is definitely one of the better ones.

Friendly staff, clean efficient service, somewhere to sit and watch the world go by. Chicken is awesome even though it's fast food. Never had any complaints.

Popped in to get a takeaway on a Friday night, a Fillet Tower meal and a Snack Box.
