I spent 15 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. On 3 occasions, we asked if someone was taking orders. The guy by the collection counter shouted at us that he was working alone. The lady in front me had enough of waiting and decided to leave. The team leader came to take our order, he never apologised for the wait, no greeting, no thank. I took my takeway only to realise that my chicken pieces were oily and dry.

Don’t know why they even hire people who cannot get an order right . Always order from you from Uber or deliveroo and every time you get my order wrong or don’t send all the items . Your staff need to wake up

I quite often stop here for lunch when I am visiting the Arndale as I love a KFC and the quality of the food and service is always good. There is plenty of seating, self service machines and access to condiments. The only thing that let's it down slightly is they don't clear tables down quick enough.

Absolutely disgusted.half of the order was missed off.what they did serve was cold,hard as a rock needed a hacksaw to get through the stuff.then rang the restaurant to find out there is nothing they can do.quick enough to take your money but couldn't refund me with anything on this night.that was my dinner ruined. Absolutely trash wouldn't feed it to my dog.save you money

Lunchtime visit with a friend. Quick service, clean tables, clean resteraunt and service with a smile. The food was hot, tasted fresh and tasted like a KFC should. I can not give a 5 star rating as I could see other people struggling with mixed up orders.

the management is rude, don't care about people with allergies and the chicken tastes horrible as well not like other kfcs. would not recommend going, plus they wasn't clear when calling out the numbers.

Order wrong. 3 coleslaw instead of 2 gravy and beans. Chips very poor. Chicken strips dry, even with sauce. That’s why I ordered gravy.

First and LAST TIME. As you can see my dinner was served with a black curly facial hair! Also had an item missing from order called them and he started asking everyone in the place. Told me it was in the order. Why would I call and not be getting on eating my dinner of there wasnt an issue. I said so you are saying im lying he then said he would look into it and call me back. 15mins later knock at the door with the missing item. Need to work on customer service and hygiene!!! 🤢 very disappointing. You also need to not breach data protection as the receipt in my order was not mine and disclosed the full name, address and contact number for someone else!!! So not doubt someone else also has my details

Totally disappointing experience. As all reviews speak for itself, the staff were very unfriendly and non-interactive. They just respond upon asking question, that too with incomplete details. I asked in first place if it’s a bubble tea shop to which they confirmed “Yes”. Upon ordering a coffee based bubble drink, I was recommended caramel by staff. During packaging, when I confirmed on the bubbles, I received a reply saying that they are running out of pearls 😂. Later, when I saw the garnishing, they even ran out of caramel syrup. I was left wondering why I paid for the basic caramel coffee a price of £4.20 which I could easily make at home. Worst thing a shop can do is run out of their key ingredients- “the pearls”. My suggestion is the team should consider levelling-up to sustain in the business honestly 😊

My friend bought a coffee for her and cappuccino for myself after we drank it . Our tummmy rumbling and had LBM. We addressed to the staff who is working for that store in L and D Hospital, as his per advised he will mention it to his manager. But the staff input to us the impacts will be after 24 hours. Hopefully it will address our concerns. Happened on 16/10/2024 12 nn.
