Was in lowestoft for an event and found these guys The Best kebab and The Best Pizza in town Quality in every way 100% recommend

Good selection of food and very clean service area. Good quick service and reasonably priced. We ordered in store but delivery is available. We would definitely use again. Recommended

We have been waiting for our food for nearly two hours. Then got a call 6 minutes before the delivery time saying that there was no chicken which was meant to feed 5 kids. Reason was they didn't get it out of the freezer on time. When we called asking them to sort out their problem they offered us one pizza. When we asked for them to provide enough pizzas to feed the children, they said they cost more than the £18 chicken we ordered. Really!! This was your mistake not ours! I complete understand kitchens get in a muddle which you clearly have. You then told us our order was cancelled. You should of dealt with this in such a different way which would have left your loyal customers happy however you dealt with this so badly and in such an unprofessional way!!! What has happened to customer service? We have been loyal customers for years!! Really poor effort, cancelling are order due to you being unable to cope really isn't the customers fault. Poor show guys!!

We have been using for several years now - told 45 minutes, usually no problem when my get super hot and great food. Tonight after 1.30 mins, told eventually that food was on way, we were looking forward having waited so long. Another 20 mins and food arrived, packed in two bags, not good! I put our meal on hot plates which had been in the oven, ready to use for our food as usual, unfortunately it was cold! We both had kebabs, kofte and doner mix and shish and doner. Everything was cold although my husbands was slighty warmer than mine. Was offered next time a free garlic bread!

Wow.... gorgeous food. We ordered a doner kebab, special chicken shish kebab and the lamb shish. The shish kebabs came with gorgeous fried onions and peppers and a lovely salad with coleslaw. Doner meat was plentiful. We ordered Chips which we couldn’t eat as the kebabs were so filling. Loved the fact that on the shish they put the pita bread separately so it didn’t arrive soggy. We wished that we had a kebab house like this nearer home and will definitely be ordering again before we finish our holiday

Pleased with the service received, had a bacon cheeseburger and Southern Fried Chicken, both with Chips. The portions were plentiful and ready quickly. Will be returning again in future.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!. Complete rip off. Ordered a large kebab and got a small!! We ordered a large pizza when we received it the pizza was completely burnt all over and was inedible... the crusts were literally black!! When we phoned them they were very rude and were not apologetic in the slightest!! They very bluntly said the kebab was large and that the pizza was how they serve them!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!!!... To put it nicely!!! IF WE COULD LEAVE A NEGATIVE RATING WE WOULD!!!

Stayed at local holiday park and visited here twice. Both times the food was very good. First time had a lovely tasty pepperoni pizza and another time had a gorgeous special kebab. It was on the expensive side but we enjoyed the food Cash only no card payment. Nearby garage has cash machine

I have visited this place 4 times since moving to the area.. I must say the special chicken kebab is by far the best I’ve ever eaten! I’ve ordered a burger as well which was amazing.. the place looks clean and food tastes clean.. the portions are large.. and are cooked to perfection.. can’t believe I’m writing a review like this for a kebab.. but credit where it’s due!

We have the family kebab selection every few weeks. It is enough for 4 people and has a nice range of meats, begs and salad for everyone. Nice.

We are in the area once a year and never leave not having a kebab from here. It has never disappointed us, fresh, great price and prompt delivery. Pizza and kebab are both recommended. Look forward to next yest already

Phoned through for a takeaway, and the food turned up within the 20 minutes stated. Had chicken kebabs with all the trimmings and it was plentiful and very tasty. Dog was thrilled as we had chicken left over and he scoffed the lot.

We use this take away regularly as it is local to us. The food is hot and fresh and the workers are friendly.

Aside from the steak, great pizzas and kebabs too. Efficient service, food always good, polite staff. Disappointing that opening time is at 3pm which missed the lunch time rush although, again as wirh other local eateries, may be more determined by older local clientele not being in the fast food market, even if it's great fast food, and you get generations working during the day.Never had a complaint about this place, the food or the service. They do deliveries too if you can't be bothered to visit in person.
