By far the worst chips iv ever had!! The whitest most anaemic chips! Disgusting!! Take some pride in your work, if the chips aren’t perfect don’t send them out!!

So a london burger is a well cooked patty in a bun! Not impressed Also 1 bag of chips shirt Fish and chips were very nice. Maybe stick to that.

Absolutely disgusting got the food home it fell through the container. It was that wet and soggy and nasty. The chicken is bright pink disgusting service.

The food just keeps getting better. The chips are amazing...

We were looking forward to getting our (Saturday) evening food from here having been once before. I arrived at 8pm to place the order, only to be told though the window they'd 'run out of chips' and had closed 2 hours earlier than advertised on there window. We had to get cold food from Lidl to take back to our hotel room. I did notice however that Lidl had lots of potatoes but clearly they don't care about their customers or tourists. Wouldn't go back again.

Best chippy in denbigh. Open all day and evening. Everything is always cooked from fresh. Great battered sausages !!

One of the best fish and chips we’ve had. Came to Denbigh with the family for a little holiday and tried this for our lunch on our first day. Didn’t disappoint, food was lovely and everyone enjoyed their meal. The man who worked there was lovely too, great service!

Place looked rather dirty from outside but I needed fish and chips tonight. 2 customers inside for about 5 mins, then when one left I went in to order. Customer went outside as they told him he would have to wait a bit longer. I'd literally been in there for one minute and was asked to wait outside ( I was now only one in there ) in an abrupt manner by a haggard looking woman who could have used the grease off her hair to fry the chips. When I went outside, another customer went in and ordered. He was in there for several minutes, so I went in and asked the woman why I was made to stand outside and told her to forget it and walked off. Probably because I wasn't a local...........poor customer service and dirty looking place.

Very tasty meal of fish and chips,- the fish was enormous, the largest that I have ever been served by a fish and chip shop. It was well cooked and tasted lovely. I was able to eat it all eventually, after eating it over three main meals. The portion of chips was enormous too and well cooked with no wasted chips by poor potatoes. Should have taken a photo to prove I was telling the truth.

Kens the best in Denbigh nicely cooked chips a real treat, the chippy in Townsend is horrible fish and chips, greasy and skimpy. And not very nice people.

Used to go all the time, then one day I was enjoying some Fish and Chips, then started to gag on something, it was a long strand of blonde hair, never again...

This used to be the first place I stopped at when going back to Denbigh, however, it will not be in the future. The quality has dropped immensely, I'm not sure what has happened. Food was not pleasant and neither was the lady working.

Used for lunch and ate in the square. Good fish. Has a regular local footfall. Not open Monday's. Offers a range of other foods.

The fish and chips are tasty and cooked fresh. Really nice. There is no atmosphere and could do with a bit of a make over but the staff are friendly enough and efficient. Worth supporting this.

Ken's chippy has been a staple part of Denbigh for years, lacking the style of the more recently opened and award winning Simply's it more than makes up for in it's quality and taste of food, surpassing Simply by miles in terms of consistency, how this place has been over looked in favour of Simplys' is shocking, especially when the price at Ken's is more than reasonable.

Been here a few times now, great fish and chips, freshly cooked while you wait, Simply the best in town, only slight criticism is the staff could be bit more friendly
