Greggs in Denbighshire

Got a sausage roll for one pound twenty, it lasted 4 bites, seemed ok, bloke was pleasant enough, tried up selling me on a cup of tea but I wasn't having any of that...

My wife went in on the 02/04/24 she spent £14 odd pizzas was cold and hard out steak bakes were cold too no wedges won't be using this one ever again went to the new one on the prestatyn Park it was 💯% better.

Staff were really helpful with being an oap they offer to take my order to my car

Called in at 17.45 and I can't believe they were happy to charge me full price for a cold pizza. I asked if they had any reductions as the shop was about to close. The snotty lady behind the counter said 'we don't do that here !!!! What do they do? Bin or reheat things?

God sent this little Greggs! You know what you are getting, no fuss, fast and delicious. Meal deals and bacon rolls are amazing! You just can't beat it.

I was served a revolting chicken bake after asking for cheese and onion. Almost sick after tasting the chicken which I find revolting.

Disgrace of a shop!!! Never ever get an order right!!! Avoid ordering through just eat as it arrives cold and half missing then near impossible to get your money back!!!

ABSOLUTELY DISCUSSING assistant kept asking me what I want before I could read the menu asked for sausage n cheese I was told we don't do cheese so I had sausage n bacon & the bacon was so pink I thought it was still alive it was my first time at greggs & IT WILL BE MY LAST

Called well before 2pm on a weekday in early October and the place was closed and shuttered.

Earlier in the year my family along with friends on a trip from Ireland stopped in at your establishment excited of the prospect of once again sampling the delight of Greggs. WELL!! Never in my life have I been more distraught. if your going to trade under the great name that is Greggs atleast get the yum yums right, Walking in to empty shelves not a stake bake in sight and when finally getting my hands on the famous sausage rolls that lift the nation in hard times I was horrified Also your steps are very dangerous. Do better prestatyn!!!

Really disappointing visit to Prestatyn Greggs. I am normally a lover of the greggs chain and regularly use stores whilst out and about and also whilst travelling with my job which I do a lot. I attended at the Prestatyn greggs store yesterday only to find that well over half (I would say more like 80%) of the sandwiches / toasties etc were “fresh out” or sold out as I would call it. I thought greggs repeatedly replenished sandwiches but it would appear not there. I visited at lunch time; and had the choice of chicken tikka, tuna crunch or one single toastie. That was literally all there was to choose from. The cakes and steak slices etc were also very low in supply, with most cakes being out of stock and the hot section being pretty empty. There were a couple waiting in the car park for them to actually cook pizza slices as they had all gone too. The service I received was also poor. There were two staff on, and no clear queue system. I therefore stood behind a man being served by a lady on the left till. He wasn’t actually being served he had already ordered and paid but was still stood at the till waiting for his toasties to be cooked. Rather than ask him to step to one side and serve myself or other customers waiting she just carried on chatting with the man who had already paid! I was in the shop almost ten minutes purely to buy a sandwich of which there was hardly any choice at all. All in all a really poor service and total lack of food options.

Extremely helpful. I phoned the store to enquire about a lost notepad, possibly dropped on the car park. The manager looked in lost property and took the trouble to ask a member of staff on duty on the day. Many thanks.

No bread for kids sandwiches 😐 it was 10 in the morning!! (its a bakery cmon now!!)

Plenty to choose from at Gregg's, very well organised through the Pandemic, that goes for all the Gregg's I have visited, the place is clean and the staff great.

Excellent service but always very busy at breakfast time. Go early to avoid disappointment.

Hit and miss on whether you get a hot, luke warm, or cold sausage roll or bake. Car park shared with co-op. Sometimes very busy

Okay so I personally LOVE Caitlin she makes THE BEST!!! Hot choclate/ drinks seriously she knows our order for our drinks and I absolutely love the pizza!!! So I would totally recommend

I have to say that I am not a vegetarian but was interested in trying their vegan sausage rolls. A good choice because you would find it difficult to tell the difference between it and a traditional sausage roll.

Love the coffee at Greggs and the chocolate covered custard donuts are amazing. Just found out they are opening one in Flint. That's made my day.

Been in twice at about 10.30 ,on both occasions nothing hot to buy ,will not bother again, Clwyd bakery in town much better.

Handy stop when out walking. Cheerful staff, comfy chairs and a loo to pop in before the walk home. Still waiting for vegan steak bakes to reach here though.

Really tasty food at an affordable price served by friendly staff. The staff have plenty of knowledge about their products too. The eating area is clean and tidy as are the toilet facilities. Great place for lunch.

I love Greggs, it never disappoints. Visited the new Prestatyn store today and it was lovely. Sausage & bean pastie always wins in my eyes. Hopefully this one will do well for it self like most Greggs! Keep it up. :-).
