No sauce as asked for hashbrowns tasted undercooked

ordered 3 bacon and omelette rolls 2 arrived and the other was bacon and sausage

not delivered order went to someone else greggs no help absolutely appalling

Missing breakfast baguettes. The one that actually arrived was wrong. Only received drinks and hash browns. Rang the restaurant told there was nothing they could do. Waste of money

ordered at 12:30 delivery time said 1:15, then just kept rising eventually hitting 3pm, wouldn't mind if the food was hot or at least warm on arrival

avoid at all Cost. they take your money and don't deliver then refuse to give your money back

Staff very helpful, wanted a hot pizza to take home, they were glad to do. Shop very glad, two polite male staff

Went at 8.30am and sausage rolls and bakes were lukewarm. You'd expect better from the "famous" Greggs. Overrated place tbh. Service also was so-so.

Bit disappointed today normally the food is nice but the bacon 🥓 was really undercooked and could of been put bk in the field, it was really fatty I had to pull lots off which left very little..but I love Greggs so I’ll still have the breakfast bap 👍🏻

Got a sausage roll for one pound twenty, it lasted 4 bites, seemed ok, bloke was pleasant enough, tried up selling me on a cup of tea but I wasn't having any of that...

Received a coffee instead of a hot chocolate

My wife went in on the 02/04/24 she spent £14 odd pizzas was cold and hard out steak bakes were cold too no wedges won't be using this one ever again went to the new one on the prestatyn Park it was 💯% better.

Food arrived exactly on time, and was incredibly hot

Great. Often this shop forgets things but server dario went that one Stephen further. He made sure to check with us we had everything we ordered and was happy with it. Credit to the team

Mu steak bake did not come with my order

Everything all present and correct, although it could of been a lot hotter it was only warm which is strange when I'm literally a 3min drive from the store, maybe the driver being there for 15mins before setting off had something to do with it. Still no improvement on the Hot Chocolate, still very weak, does anyone at the store drink one themselves and think it's nice?

Food was ice cold no reflection on driver food wassenr out that way.

Awful all the food was cold it was 25 minutes late bag was opened and pasties smushed not impressed.

My 1st delivery from Greggs, delivered wrong pizza, shop acknowledged it was wrong, but could only put it right if I now went and collected it! Had to request refund from Just Eat for it who like normal with them have you jumping through hoops and then only gave me credit for one slice, when my order was for 3! Another battle to get my refund and then they act like they have done me a favour! I wanted my 3 Margherita slices not 3 Pepperoni.

It's a greggs so you know what your getting

Friendly hero of a driver and helpful workers in store came clutch after an incident with another driver ditched the job due to impatience .

Deliver driver extremely rude, put my food on a wet car just to take a picture then just walked off instead of handing me the food. Which meant I had to go out my front door to walk to the car he left it on

They have sent me the wrong drink and wrong baguette. Absolutely fuming, people need to learn how to read

Called in at 17.45 and I can't believe they were happy to charge me full price for a cold pizza. I asked if they had any reductions as the shop was about to close. The snotty lady behind the counter said 'we don't do that here !!!! What do they do? Bin or reheat things?

Food and drinks were stone cold on arrival and that’s probably due to the fact that the driver left food outside my block of flats on the floor! (Not very hygienic and someone could have taken it) Poor delivery service!

Order never turned up! We followed the tracker and waited outside then it stated "delivered" but no one turned up! Called the restaurant they said it's a just eat issue, now I have to wait while they "look into it" I just want a refund for food I never received!

Ordered a hot sandwich and got a cold one despite them sticking the receipt on the bag and marking it to show it had been packed.

Delivery time kept changing and food was cold after putting on notes to make sure the food was hot, not happy with the order at all

Food was ok, sandwich was nice but hash browns were sloppy. Most annoying thing was they didn’t put the syrups in coffee I’d paid for. I don’t normally bother writing a review but this isn’t the first time this has happened.

Cold latte. Iced donuts not in a box stuck to paper bags. No good for birthday breakfast and cold poor quality fatty dry bacon. Very disappointing

Delivery took longer than expected but still technically 'on time' according to Just Eats ever changing predictions which is why I suspect the food came delivered stone cold.

All the pizza tops are stuck to the top of the bags so my kids can’t eat them !

My order wasn’t delivered to my address

I was served a revolting chicken bake after asking for cheese and onion. Almost sick after tasting the chicken which I find revolting.

This Greggs in Prestatyn is always spot in with their orders, can’t fault them. Excellent service.
