Brgr & Shakes in Denbighshire

The food was okay but unfortunately the delivery took 2 and a half hours.

A friend of my sons recommended we try Brgr & Shakes in Rhuddlan so my son & I tried them out. Food cooked fresh once you place your order. Staff were very welcoming & easy to chat with, I'm not one for burgers to tell the truth, but I truly enjoyed my burger from Brgr & Shakes. My son ordered a Shake with his burger & chip's, said he enjoyed his meal plus the shake. Will I order again from Brgr & Shakes, yes I would. Both of us enjoyed our food. The take a way, was clean/tidy, The staff was easy to talk with & welcoming, go & give Brgr & Shakes in Rhuddlan a try, made a very good change for me 100%

Delicious burgers and halal too (cooked separately as well to prevent contamination). We tried all their burgers and were impressed! Will be back to try more things on their menu. Unfortunately, they only offer delivery and takeaways. Would have been nice to sit down and enjoy the food freshly made.

Abit disappointed tonight. I use this takeaway often and it’s usually 10/10 but unfortunately tonight it didn’t keep up to usual standard. The food usually take 45 minutes MAX tonight it was over two hours of waiting which is unusual for them. I understand circumstances may change but a warning about late food was needed. Food was define as always. However, my milkshake tasted sour. Usually milkshakes are 10/10 but tonight it has really disappointed me.

Just had dirty fries amd a shake courtesy of a colleague, absoloutely perfect, and we will return

Waited 2 hours on a Thursday for delivery. Shakes are good and large. Cheeseburger is a bit spicy but it is the sauce so will order without next time. Dirty fries are really good would recommend these!

I absolutely love this place. I live across the road and iv been here a few times since I have moved in.. the food is really good. Proper comfort food. The desserts are amazing and the milkshakes are to die for😍😍😋😋

Stayed in Wales for a short family break and came to this place as they offered halal food. Owner was lovely and the food and shakes were tasty! 10/10

A fantastic place to get food from, the food is high quality and full of flavour. I ordered the All Beefed Up Burger, Dirty Fries and the Royal Brownie and they were all delicious, although a lot of food, as these are good portion sizes. The presentation of the food is on point too. The staff are really friendly and welcoming and the place has a good feel to it.

We ordered 2 burgers and fries and 2 coke, we live local and the food was cold so heated in the microwave a bit , food was quite nice but i do think it's expensive for what you get at £28 for our order. And our burgers were squashed for some reason lol

Came here last Saturday recommended by osian to order a smash and stack and a biscoff milk shake absolutely brilliant recommendation staff are great and definitely come back to try more 😄

Hi my name is Macy, i travelled an hour from Liverpool to get the all beefed up burger and it did not disappoint, all the right spices and flavours, it was fabulous, i would highly recommend to visit, the staff were so polite and welcoming will definitely be back again to try the smashed and stacked burger :)

The burgers are to die for for the price is too expensive though. I got a beef burger and fries and it was just under £9 I asked for a pot of sauce for my chips which I didn't mind paying extra for but when they gave me a tiny tiny pot which I swear only used on two chips and it was gone. I did pay for two pots of course but still wasn't enough for all my chips. And considering I'd spent nearly a tenner in the place I thought maybe giving me a little more sauce wouldn't hurt. I have rung here when ordering at times and the music had been blasting so made it hard to hear what they saying. Staff seem nice but very young and inexperienced, but that comes with time. The sauce is something else though, very good on the beef burger. It's a nice treat but expensive. Be good to offer burger and fries deals with a drink etc. Loyalty scheme, free pots of sauce lol after so many orders. The guys that run it are very friendly and chatty. I will be back of course

Ordered multiple times from here now and ive never been disappointed. The burgers are the tastiest I've ever had, anywhere!! Waffles, cookie dough, doughnuts and brownies are all incredible too. Highly recommended

I'm going to give this place 5stars for it's food quality, However, I have to make note that the service isn't the best, they are very slow when waiting in shop for food, and their deliveries can be hit and miss, when sometimes it arrives in ok time, other times not so much. The food on the other hand is the best around, the burgers are great, the dirty fries with chicken is my favourite and the shakes and cookies are great too. Highly recommend this place, it's the best for miles in regards to quality of food.

Absolutely shocking customer service, gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first time of completely messing up our order up and even messed up sending out the correct food. But thought would try order again and surprise the same service but this time didn’t even receive my order after waiting nearly 90minutes for just 4 milkshakes!! Then to phone up and be spoken to the way I was by the supposed manager with not even a sincere apology from him and just basically cut me off short and hang up on me. Every time they have poor excuses, just not got a clue how to run a business or speak to customers. Then won’t even pick up the phone after trying to re contact them, let’s see if they have the same attitude when I go in the shop tomorrow.

Best burgers around ! All the other dog burgers from the kebab shops don't come close! We had the smash n stack ( even took the green stuff off for my self) the dirty fries are top notch and the onion rings are spot on. The biscoffe donuts are to die for ( Mrs words not mine ) all around speedy delivery and food was steaming when we got it , don't even waste your time or money ordering from kebab shops for a burger just go straight here. It is slightly more expensive but you get what you pay for :-) keep it up guys :-)

Smashed and stacked burger Thats my chic with a hashbrown Onion rings Dirty fries Popcorn chicken Everything was absolutely fantastic! Just a little hiccup when we got home from collection to notice the hash brown was on the wrong burger🙈 called up to try and rectify this and the staff sorted the issue with extreme professionalism! We will 100% be ordering again! There's nothing that compares in the area. Edit - unfortunatly changed my star rating by 1.. we've been back 3 times again since the review and everytime there is something wrong with the order:( shame because once it's right it's delicious!

Ordered for first time last weekend. Delivery was quick and the lady was super nice. Burgers although smaller than I expected for the price was gorgeous to be fair and the shake amazing. They must be doing well as tried to order again in the week but was unavailable.... good luck to them I hope they keep the standard and quality up

Omg ive never tasted a burger like it. It was absolutely amazing and the milk shakes are out of this world. Thus place is my new fave takeout. I ordered at 6pm and delivery took 25 mins. I would definitely recommend this place 💯%

The food here is absolutely incredible! It’s so tasty and there’s nothing else like it around the local area! The staff are also so friendly and lovely!!! The place is immaculately clean too. I cannot recommend this place enough would eat here every night but need to watch my waistline!!!!

Ordered a couple of burgers, fries, onion rings and a cookie dough. Food was very good and arrived about 20mins after placing the order which was great as the website said it'd be 50mins to an hour. Only reason I've given 4 instead of 5 stars is that the burgers had gotten a bit squashed in transport. Would definitely order again though

Find it a bit odd not being open on a Sunday, when around here there are holiday makers and caravan owners who could utilise this place rather than the other take aways in the area. I got some shakes from here about two weeks ago, they were great (no cream on though surprisingly - although delivery driver did have it in his hand) was lovely shakes but a hour and a half wait wasn't so great.

Wow, so beautiful! The burgers were amazing, lovely and juicy, loads of flavour, very much a Five Guys vibe to them. Had the Mint Teazer milkshake, it was beautiful!! The dirty fries were soooooo good too! Collected as I seen the reviews about delivery times, but to be fair it was ready straight away!

Drove an hour from our Airbnb in Blaenau to this place and it was amazing. The smash burgers are 10/10 and jacks behind the counter was very helpful with directions for where we needed to go after food. Would definitely recommend this place.

Had to wait two hours only for the food to arrive and have missing onion rings but it tasted amazing and really nicely presented

Ordered at 5.20 arrived just before 8...don't get me wrong the food was tasty but £8 for their biggest burger which was no bigger than a big mc n extra £3 for fries which were missing from the order 🙄.. £38 for our total order was a rip off.. 2 stars from me n never to return..
