I come here every time I go to London and the staff were really friendly and we chatted whilst my food was being prepared the food is ridiculously inexpensive which is great compared to my home city

Liars. Always lying about when the food will arrive. Hygiene standards are abysmal. Do not cancel food when requested. Filthy people filthy takeaway.

This takeaway let me down on 3 occasions and so I went elsewhere, I tried them again after a year and they are as good as they used to be, but if they let me down again I will never use again. This time they were excellent.

Did not receive our full order and what did arrive was cold and very late.

Ordered £50 worth of food and one of the pizzas were so over cooked the that it was uneadible the potato wedges where very dry and over cooked too I'm sure the company might be busy but please take more interest in the food quality as it will ruin your reputation

Food was not good at all, i rang them up asking for thigh or leg pieces they sent me all breast piece's really really really disappointed i feel like that was the biggest waste of my life as everything was bin'd, 0 out 5 for me never ever ordering from these guys ever again.....

I was very disappointed with the restaurant yesterday. The pizza was cold n hard. The restaurant is my local one n I usually order from there but yesterday they have given a very poor service

As usually fast food delivery in no time.. !! Fries are terrible but chicken is freshly cooked and tasty.

After adding 20mins to the delivery time the order was still nearly an hour late. Our order said deliverd when it wasn't so called just eat and the restaurant they said the driver was 10mins away. When the driver came 20mins after that the driver said he had only just been given to food to deliver..so they lied to just eat and they lied to us, offerd no refund or discount and the food was warm not hot.

Paid £11.99 for 8 pieces of chicken and 6 hot wings 4 chips and a coke. It arrives late and barely warm. I didn't get 8 pieces of chicken all I got was wings I don't even like wings I bought them for the little kids because they are small tried calling restaurant and couldn't get through what a joke.

Honestly the worst food I have ever eaten. Chips were uncooked and my chicken burger was soggy. The guy that came last time drops all my chips on my doorstep and said he would come back with more but didnt. Please save your money and dont order food here, just go to a homeless shelter because it will taste better.

Bbq wings was amazing. I ordered late evening and still got the best food you can get.. i advise people to buy the bbq wings... i would definitely order again frm here. Quick delivery and great customer service. Thanks guys.

The pizzas arrived late and tasted like I was chewing on gum. To top it off the order on the app was updated as delivered on time while I was still waiting for the delivery .Sorry but that was my last order.

The driver sent me a text saying he was outside as if he expected me to come collect it from his car. He waited until I wasted some of my minutes to call him, thats when he decided to get up and pull it out of the boot of the car and properly deliver it. The chips were slightly cold but other than that the burger was good. These guys usually have good service + food but they do do a better job respecting a valued costumer by doing better.

I ordered for it to be delivered at 5 but it came at 4, I took it anyway as I didn't want to cause any problems x

Asked for chilli sauce, got it with mayo the chips were uncooked no salt or tissues.

burgers were very dry had to add more sauce and cheese to actually make it a cheeseburger

Never got my food. Called them 4 times. and they said they'll call me back with information for when my food will arrive. I never got a call back and when i tried to call them it went to 'busy number' - Waited 3 hours. So I have now ordered something else from someone else.
