I went Keco again, it is peak time of lunch, found they moved Buffet to downstair, and changed chef, with more space to let more people select food at same time, so no need wait outside in rain. Personally, I like new chef more because less oil and more favor. My friends told me they took 20 min to find Keco, the simplest way is standing on the Philpot Lane, just beside Sky Garden entrance queen, go through the Road Cross, (Pret is on your right), keep go downhill on Botolph Lane, on your left you will see an small path with 3 stairs/ steps, that is Botolph Alley, then you will see the smile face of Keco Food.

Tiny takeaway shop with downstairs dining room. Family operation - fresh food, fresh cooked. Opened a few months ago in the alley near the Monument. Fill your own buffet box and take it away or sit down stairs for the buffet of daily specials or order from the menu. I had the roast duck on rice to take out and it was great. Friendly and really helpful service - good prices - check the website.

There were many options to choose from for the buffet lunch, I was very happy with the customer service as the staff there took time out to explain each option and the ingredients in each dish. The place looks new but it is a bit tucked away I almost missed the alley but lucky I found it 😊

The food here was fantastic. We stumbled upon this place after looking for somewhere nearby Kings Cross. We were nearly tempted by a few other restaurants nearby but glad we continued to Xia Kai. Whilst it has a very unassuming interior the food certainly made up for this. The menus are all represented by pictures and a brief decoration which was excellent. All 3 of us commented on how good it was. I’d definitely recommend finding this place and going for some lunch or dinner. I had beef in chilli oil which was probably one of the best Chinese dishes I’ve ever had in the UK! Go and enjoy the food.

One of the better meals at this traditional favorite in Mayfair. The food was well-prepared and presented nicely on this occasion.

a small place in a basement in Paddington, good traditional Malaysian dishes, beware on the hot ones...fair prices and nice service.
