Kebab Way in Havering

Unfortunately after 1 hour wait for food delivery the food turned up barely warm and driver sat outside finishing his telephone call before delivering. Usually nice food but this experience has put me off reordering

Meat was under cooked I ordered meat and chips x2 opened up the box to uncooked meat called up to ask them what happened and explained I’m pregnant and can not eat any of it they send they well resend only sent meat for one not 2 and even had little bits of uncooked meat again and same cooked could definitely see the difference. Plus no due to touching uncooked meat chips!!! unable to eat £24 on uncooked meat !!! Don’t go here or order !!!!!

This is a complete waste of money food cold and not worth the money £14-90 the so called platter was cold and not enough for one l called to complain and they said it isn't a main well l understand that that is why it is a platter a plate to share the dictionary says a large dish well this was small and cold with poor quality food customer service crap at least own up to your poor quality food WE WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN I gave 1 star not even worth that it is in the bin.

Asked for kebab well done sliced thin. I got chunks of undercooked doner. You can tell they sliced the doner raw and then put on a grill.Never ever would I order from here again.

Good cook and kebab with great taste and fresh food. And they make very delicious pizzas. I had a pizza here once, it was very, very good

This place has really gone down hill. We have ordered from kebab way for about 2 years and used to get quality food delivered at reasonable prices. Not anymore! Kebabs were cold, no chilli or garlic sauces, missing one salad and burger had no cheese. And chips nor cooked . This is not the first time and what makes it worse is the cost has spiralled and the quantity you get has reduced. And all you get when you call to complain is sorry but we are busy. Not Good Enough!!!! We will not be ordering from here ever again.

We've eaten from them before and had a decent experience, but this last order we had from them has disappointed us greatly food items were missing from our order and when we call them they say it's not included in our order and we'd been ordering this stuff for ages, they've changed and it's not been for the good don't buy from here if your getting it delivered, your food will get cold by the time they fix your order. Which they didn't.

Very good. Placed order on line in the afternoon for 18.00 delivery. Very nice and arrived on time, delivery person very friendly. Would recommend.

Would like a - added to your dots this doesn’t get one Ordered our families meal ! Not the first time items were missing , phoned as got delivery , wrong kebab and missing dips , was told to busy to re deliver and if I wanted the correct order I’d need to collect which is 30 mins walk , not offered refund on incorrect items or missing items , very disappointed and have had to order food from another shop and pay again And not to self your chilli sauce is too hot , We will not be ordering from you again

We ordered 2 doner kebab wraps and a meal from Kebab Way and we won’t be back!!! We ordered extra salad in one of the kebabs which we had to pay for but we couldn’t even see the lettuce or tomatoes also ordered and paid for one kebab to have 2 x Mayo..... you guessed it NO mayo!!! We ordered another meal which was a small lamb shish with salad ...... firstly don’t ordered the small, it should have said extra small, 5 small pieces of lamb with 3/4 rice see pic .....and guess what NO salad. But they say every cloud has a silver lining they sent us 12 pieces of dry ciabatta bread which I’m sure the birds will be grateful for!!!!!! Total cost of this meal ........£35.00

The restaurant looks clean and the staff are friendly, however the portions sizes are laughable! Ordered the £5 donner meat and chips lunch. Had about 3/4 strands of dinner meat and a few chips, it’s a rip off

I have only recently discovered this delicious takeaway restaurant and its already my favourite place to grab a lunch. Its cheap, great service and friendly staff , everything you could ask for.
