Ordered a delivery. Came really quickly. That's the only good bit. Portions, dire. Asked for everything separate, no bread arrived. No chicken Portions, only what can be described as skin, doner meat was tiny. Normally from our regular restaurant we order the same and have delicious food for 2 days. Not from here. Not enough for 1 person and most went in the bin anyway.

delivery was a little late, even after the hour delivery time. Food was tasty but not very warm, and drink was missing

it was delivered late by around 15 minutes after the latest estimated time. chips were cold and Hallumi fries were soggy kebab was ok. not the best experience 😕

Seen this place and decided I’d try it Always a fan of kebabs The box it came in was heavy So I wasn’t too sure I’d finish the milkshake ( but I did ) Tbh after seeing the reviews I was expecting to be blown away by the favour but it was on par with other places I’ve been. Not saying it’s bad…. The meat was nice both lamb and chicken. Salad was fresh. The Greek nan bread small but very filling again fresh too The milk shake was creamy and tasted like Ferrero Overall a decent place to go too Keep up the good work guys

We just had chiken gyros, the best we had so far in the UK. Good portion, quality and customer service.

Quality with a super fast delivery

Delivery was requested for 7pm and the food turned up at 6:10pm which normally is a good thing but when specifically requested for a certain time I would expect it for around that time. Plus, food was cold and the shop is only 5 minutes away which was very disappointing. Luckily I had a voucher to use else I would be making a serious complaint.

Loved the chicken gyro, spot on!!!!!!

The restaurant called to say the baclava wasn’t available I didn’t want to swap it for cake or ice cream so asked for a refund. I was given £3 cash when it is £5 on the menu -20% discount which makes it £4 I believe! I wasn’t able to process a refund on just eat as it was full amount only. The food was ok but lost its temperature very quickly and was quite dry- probably won’t use again.

Probably one of the worst kebabs I’ve eaten. However my girlfriend liked hers. Maybe be a personal preference.

Food looked good and it was on time and they did follow my instructions. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to enjoy it ! as stupidly I didn’t ask for the sauces to be separate from the kebab meaning both kebabs and bread were drowned in sauce, soggy and making it inedible for me !

accidentally gave the wrong address, the delivery driver was absolutely brilliant with it and went the extra mile(no pun intended), food was also great

I was a regular customer and I was eligible for £10 discount (just eat promo) as I made 5 orders more than £20. I first tried to redeem my voucher on 29th of December 2023. The owner called me to inform me that he can not do it as they had problem with the car. Then I tried again on 4th of January. I got the same call from owner saying the same thing. Okay maybe they have something serious with the car no worries. I am ordering again today, again, the owner calls me and tells me that he cannot accept my order as he doesn't accept the voucher. Then he explained that I am more than 2 miles away and the delivery is not worth it. I agreed and said this is different story, if you want, put the price of delivery higher. Then he started saying that he cannot do it as it's business and he is not making profit. Are you serious? I am a regular customer of your, I spent more than 100 pounds in the last 2 months and now that I have £10 voucher you calling me saying that you cannot deliver it because you are business? He then said to me that he opt out from this discount but just eat didn't change it. I don't understand how this is my fault? It's false advertising if on website is saying that you doing stampcards and then be like 'I am opted out' I understand that each business needs to make money, but ordering 3 times and each time lying to me that he has problem with the car, while they didn't want to make the order because of the voucher. Nice customer service, and nice ethical ways you have my friend. Your food was good, but your behaviour towards your regular customers are so wrong! Businessess they not only need profit to work, they need to have good connection with their customers and clearly you lost mine. I suggested your place as a student to many other friends that are staying in my accomodation and all of them were regulars to you. You think that the £10 voucher is a loss compared to how many customers you just lost?

I've spent over £100 in the last two months and I was eligible for £10 off via stamp card promo. Tried ordering 3 times past month , each time owner called me claiming issues with car. Today he admitted that he can't do it as it's not profitable (so casually lying to customer about delivery issues) Previously recommended the place to friends, but now reconsidering due to poor customer service. Wondering if losing a £10 voucher is worth the potential loss of numerous customers.

Food took an hour and a half, half an hour longer that we were told. Driver admitted he went to the wrong house, food was stone cold. Chips and cheese were so dry from going cold. It's a shame as its one of our favourite places. We will order again but avoid peak times as this is what's caused the issue I think.

Kebab nook This was our first visit. We ordered 2 special lamb/ chicken doner, 1 reg grilled chicken tikka kebab, 1 reg lamb doner and 1 southern fried chicken meal. All the dishes were really well made and absolutely delicious .The portion sizes were very generous and the service was outstanding. The food was also served promptly. My family and I highly recommend it. We cannot wait to order our next meal from Kebab Nook! 😉

Absolutely fabulous! Delivery said 55 minutes came within 30. Portion size is great and food tasted amazing. Really pleased, I’m glad we gave it a go and will be going back. I had a mixed kebab, chicken and lamb donner with chips.

Normally really enjoy this place but unfortunately we got the wrong order delivered. We ordered grilled chicken burgers and got southern fried spicy burgers with jalapeños and hot sauce everywhere! Did not eat it and did not want to wait for another as it was already late. Was disappointing. Also the chicken strips were so dry and tough and the food was barely warm. It is normally good from here so it's a shame. Will stick to the wraps if we ever order from here again but put me off a little.

Not only was it half an hour late the chips were hard & cold they tasted like they had been reheated the salad looked like it had been left for a week & the pitta bread was also hard not impressed at all

I ordered the standard chicken wings and when they arrived they were hot and spicy, I can't eat spicy food because of a health issue. Very disappointed. The chicken wrap was ok but not something I would order again, most of the dressing was on the paper rather than the wrap. The chips were ok as I know they can go soft and soggy when being delivered.

Really nice looking clean shop. Loved the veggie wrap. I be back soon.
