Kebab Express in Antrim

Chicken pakora with fries, lettuce and house sauce - absolutely vile, my first time trying this takeaway and most definitely the last. Avoid!

receptionist answered the phone with an immediate bad attitude, to then hand me off to another rude staff member. delivery took over 1 hour and 20 minutes, delivery driver claimed he came to our house 2x and we failed to answer (we had to call the establishment to find this information out, we were not even contacted) We have ordered from this establishment for a number of years but has went down hill rapidly since new ownership. Food was cold, and two items were missing, but due to the attitude I was given I didn’t bother calling them for a third time.

It was great food and the staff were absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend it

Ordered food, partially wrong order arrived, order the correct item(s) over an hour later still no sign of food, so requested a refund!

Try to make you pay delivery fee for items they forgot to bring with the delivery joke and a half

I've only ordered take away from just eat but the kebab meat was always very nice.

Ordered food for collection for 10 p.m through just eat app I got there around 9:45 p.m and food was already made and as the women said it was sitting there for ages, it wasn't a joke, the food was cold, and not as tasty as it always has been, also there was no receipt attached to my order, but I think it should be? It was their mistake, it's a shame as the food from there is really good most of the time, but the service seems to be unprofessional

The best chicken pakora I have ever tasted. Highly recommend it along with house sauce. Wraps are also lovely. Never had a bad takeaway from it.

Great place with lovely people making delicious food. Definitely check this place out ! EDIT - So, the issue is the people working here. Food is still good with some exceptions on busy nights. So, if you want just food and don't care about the service at all, go for it.

Food finally delivered after one and half hour from order time. Salats steamed from chips heat, and food delivered cold.

I ordered a donar on nan bread with house sauce, I ended up with the kebab, and no house sauce. Not to mention, I ordered a bottle of coke and ended up with a tin. Poor customer service and poor food.

Best mixed kebab in antrim, even the donner meats delicious, everyone else's is greasy and full of gristle with a foul off taste, these guys hit the nail on the head, and delivery girl is a credit to them, polite, well mannered unlike most

Absolutely disgusting!!!! Food arrived late,chips are awful and cold. My partner then found a bone in his chicken GOUJON which should NOT have that in there…. Rang up to ask to speak to a manager,was then told by whoever answered the phone it’s “impossible” there was a bone found… yet I have pictures. We are absolutely disgusted and would NOT recommend!!!!

Pizzas are really nice and toppings are fresh, service is amazing, the staff are so friendly. The prices are amazing too. Was called to say order was ready and it was still hot by the time I got there. The only downside is it’s cash only but this was resolved quickly. Will definitely be coming back

I'm disappointed. It was a delicious kebab. You increased the prices, I understand, but why did the quality become so low? The last two times, the food is awful. The potatoes are fried and then just reheated, not to mention the poor quality. They are blue, full of disgusting black things. Sausages - fried and pre-fried. Horror. Meat is not the same. The bread is like chewing gum. Sorry, you just lost a regular customer.

Worse delivery service ever order food at 16.40 told 40 mins 17.50 still no pizza phone up women who answers phone has absolutely no customer skills at all very very rude and her attitude it were very busy which is well enough but then y take orders it will be 10 mins do u want it or not yes i waited over a hour so she puts phone down really 30 after i phone woman arrives at the door with the worse manner ever do u want the pizza or not so she was told to take it with her no need at all for bad manner manger contacted nothing he can do definitely lost my customer never ever will i be back if thats how they treat there customers

The mixed kebabs were terrible tonight, no taste and the chicken was under cooked, absolutely disappointed with the blandness, now got a funny tummy.

Nice enough food, place was very busy but everything was right & on time for collection. However it was expensive for the size of the portion plus charging £1 for an empty pita bread when a pack of 6 is 50p was a bit tight.

Waited an hour for a pizza and sausage supper and when i got it the pizza tasted like rubber, sausages were chewy, peas were even burnt (like how do you burn peas), then delivery driver gave me attitude whenever she finally showed up. WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!

Food is good but takes far too long to be ready, handed kebab and had to wait 25 mins for pizza as a result kebab was cold when we got home

Nice mixed kebab but Food good in general make your own pizza can be hit or miss with phone in if they're busy . They also deliver

So we have ate here befour and loved it but tonight wasent great.only made half my order then put in the oven to stay warm for 15minuted while they made the other. the fresh one was threw together most staff very pleasant but honestly i wont be back so disappointed in my order tonight.and for a global pandemic there ppe is cling film ran across the till higher than head height so pointless honestly so disappointed.

Had a few chicken tikka kebabs here over the last few months. Big portions, very tasty and good value.

I’ve used kebab express many times over the years, and staff always courteous and helpful. Pizzas are ok, but I Love the mixed steak kebabs from here, one of my favourites. Highly recommended

I'm so shocked...I absolutely love ordering from this place, it's always early and always outstanding food but tonight I just simply cannot enjoy the food, I got a kebab wrap with garlic sauce and it looks lovely but I tasted the sauce and omg...it tastes and smells like a lot of vinegar has been added, I had to throw everything out. So disappointed guys

Okay, I'll start with the good things. The food is pretty good. Unfortunately the service is diabolical. We often order our take-away from here so I know the service is a little slow and I give them an extra 15 mins to get everything ready. Last nite when I arrived, the pizzas were ready but I had to wait another 20 mins on the rest of the order. I had also asked for a kids chicken nugget meal which I know they understood because I got the drink but when I got home I found a box with chips and onion rings instead. When I phoned up to complain, and I kid you not, THEY ASKED ME TO RETURN THE ONION RINGS!!! Needless to say, I wont be ordering anything from here again.

Absolute joke of a place and rude staff it used to be good years ago but has gone downhill orderd from the app at 10.30 nearly closing time and still not here then I rang some rude staff and asked were it was he says will be with you shortly and loan be hold never should up absolute con artist il be requesting full bloody refund !!!!! Never use again and may I add have been using them for long long time idiots

Got a delivery of the King donner meat with chips the chips were nice although the dooner meat had uncooked bites in it, was so happy I seen it otherwise me and my brother would of got sick, and delivery took about an hour when the girl on the phone said it would only take 30 minutes or so.

The worst Kebab I had in a long time. 100% stake kebab meat was bone dry and tasteless. Bread was falling apart and chips were barley cooked.

Nice food, probably nicest kebab in Antrim in my opinion, but best to collect instead of having it delivered as more than once I've had items missing when opting for delivery, they always rectify it after a phone call but when one person is waiting an extra 30 minutes than the rest of the family it's hard not to get annoyed.

Never any hassle but tonight door knocked then before I was even off seat it knocked again sorry I.mean banged when i eventually opened door o asked why she insisted on banging door so many times she said her boss told her too.. I said kids sleeping upstairs i was then told cheekily to put a note on my door then to state this i said if you knock door properly and give people a chance to answer i wouldn't need to.put note on door she then shouted "I Don't HAVE TIME FOR THIS DARLING" took my money and off she went.. don't know if i will get here again after this sevice

Ask for a double Steak kebab & pay the extra you won’t be disappointed, £11 with house sauce Definitely the Best steak kebabs I’ve got any where in NI, give it a try & don’t worry that the Radio player inside is from the early 90’s but how ever the music is always pumping, and the staff are always friendly. What more could you ask for, cheers guys 😎

Quality Burger and steak kebab. The 'Tex-Mex' double burgers with onions and BBQ sauce are excellent and you need two hands to hold them. Steak kebabs are also good. Staff are friendly and efficient. Ideal takeaway!

I phoned for a delivery order, I ordered a kebab ,dragons tongue and two cans of coke .It came in twenty minutes, when I received the food it was freezing I put the kebab in the microwave it still tasted nice although when I opened my dragons tongue is was absolutely cremated I phoned to get a new portion sent out and the girl on the phone said ok it came to 12:30am and I realised they were shut which is an absolute disgrace not only did they send me out burnt food but they also made an idiot out of me. Is it not common-sense to not send out burnt food???? they obviously don't care

We tried it twice during our stay at Antrim.They claimed the meat to be halal.The family deal with pizza and doner is overall good .But their coujouns and wings are disappointing and undercooked.

Had a kebab out of here a whole ago. All I remember is I wasn't left unsatisfied. Tasty meat, salad & sauces, I may be mistaken, but I believe this place also does pizza. The staff seem a tad gruntled sometimes, but they're never rude and never put me of the place. I would call in again if I had a craving for a kebab.
