KBOM Bar & Kitchen in Manchester

I ordered online. Super nice food however, I paid for chicken and steak and only got steak. Also had no chips, but had Mac n cheese and tatertots which I never ordered but was happy with either way. But I would have liked my chicken or at least a call to say there was no chicken

I have ordered to go and very little quantity has come for what is paid. Almost empty I'm disappointed I won't order here again.

A lovely day out to Hatch. A lovely little place for all different cuisines. I went to KBOM Kitchen, Portuguese/Brazil food. I had steak, prawns and chips (chefs special). It was bloody amazing to say the least. Steak and prawns well done and with a mix of peppers,onions and spices it created a great flavour. Everyone else had some amazing food to show as well.

In my opinion the restaurant has a menu with names that are inappropriate. I felt embarrassed when my husband read the names of the foods. Really upset!!!

Starters are fresh and tasty. Caipirinhas are fantastic. However, the picanha, £12 and ridiculously small, it seemed more like a starter or a “tapa”. Not worthy.

Excellent food at reasonable cost and lovely, friendly service from Marcio and his team. This was a gem of a find in a great setting. Definitely head back when next in Manchester. You have got to have one of the tarts!

Really wanted to try something new and saw Kbom on UberEats and was intrigued!!! Such a tasty range of different foods and will definitely be ordering again!!! Would highly recommend.

We were visiting Manchester today -my partner and i-to meet a friend who wanted to try this restaurant and we actually never had Portuguese food before. Surprisngly the food was AMAZING, one of the best i have ever had. The food came in quickly and it was quite delicious, our drinks were absolutely good. I really wish i could come back to it again someday.

We visited at 12pm on a Saturday and were the only table there. We were made to feel very welcome, and they accommodated for us bringing a dog as well. The food was very tasty, if not a little slow to arrive (small kitchen team) and reasonably priced. Would recommend a trip, perhaps at a quiet time as they could struggle with large volumes!

First and last time. Despite ok to good food, the manager was "off" in professionalism - dealt with my friend very heavy handedly and rudely. After waiting for an hour, one of four friends' food never arrived, after one hours wait. When queried by my friend, the manager called my friend names and was absolutely rude and showed absolutely no sense of ownership of whatever mistake he has made. He clearly forgotten my friends food when the rest of us had been served already after 45-60 mins! Appalling. He said "what do you want me to do?". Well a good business man would say I am sorry for the mistake, and an excellent one would refund you your money paid in advance. Don't go there, unless you want to be treated like crap.

Went to hatch for my partner's 40th. Ordered food on the app and after about 40mins we got up to check our order however the waiter came to say it was on its way. They brought one item but he then realised they had not realised there was two of the same item. 25 minutes later the starters and main had still not arrived. On asking what was happening the manager was rude, unfriendly and dismissive of my concerns. The items then arrived the starters where cold and the wrong main was brought to our table. If I was you I would try anywhere at Hatch but here.

That’s was a really good experience! The food is really good and have the real flavours from Brazil. I definitely will be back. Muito obrigada pelo atendimento e pela comida, fez ter um gostinho de casa.

We ate here tonight and had some great food we had the beef croquetas the cheese balls and the fried yam strips to start all very delicious then we had the pichana also delicious we finished with a warm custard tart which was delicious. The staff are all super friendly and you can see that they all care about what they are serving. I’d recommend getting there soon as you can tell this is one of those places that is going to be hard to get into soon. Thanks for the delicious meal.

As someone who lives in London I’m spoiled with choices when it come to Portuguese and Brazilian restaurants, last week I traveled all the way to Manchester to visit my friend and also to taste the food my friend and his flat mate, have been telling me about. I have to say I’m glad I did. This little Gem 💎 is amazing. I had Gambas a Guillo and was delicious I also had Mandioca Frita. For the dessert I had the Portuguese Chocolate Mousse. The food is so superb at a reasonable price. Kbom is a small restaurant with an amazing atmosphere, it looks very clean and the customer service is excellent. It is a shame that I live in London, but I’ll definitely be putting Kbom in my visiting agenda.

My Brazilian friends recommended that I call into Hatch for lunch at Kbom. I went with high expectations, which were exceeded on all counts. I was taken aback by the authenticity of the dishes: the Picanha, feijão and farofa tasted as good as they look in the photo! They even had Coxinha which was as good my favourite lanchonete in Rio. The quality of the service led by Márcio was also first class. I can't wait to come back on a Saturday afternoon/evening for Moqueca and Caipirinhas. Amazing service! Nothing but positive vibes in the restaurant and to top it off the food was incredible. Highly recommend the Piri Piri Chicken Burger with Piri Piri fries.
