Kath's Cafe at Maypole in Birmingham

I went to this establishment today and was very impressed. The food was freshly cooked and extremely, plus the staff were friendly and polite. Highly recommend.

Just had an Uber delivery from Kaths Cafe Absolutely delicious I had full breakfast plus black pudding It was hot well cooked the egg was perfect all of it perfect

disgusting food cold and tasteless avoid!! waited 30 minutes!!! lady was so rude to us told us pack of lies would never return either don’t waste your money guys!!

Just left there with my mother. Waited 35 minutes for a breakfast. Beans and tomatoes were freezing cold. Sausage and Bacon overcooked. Left the lot on the the plate. Never go there again

Only cafe in the area open early on Sundays, 3 of us use it every Sunday for a fantastic breakfast before we go fishing. The food is great and the staff are brilliant, you need to arrive early because its a very busy cafe, there's lots of tables and seating out side so give yourself a treat and pay kaths cafe a visit!

Been wanting to pop in for a breakfast for 7 months but never found the time. Went in today for the first time and I have to say this place is a hidden gem. Very busy place. You can see why the locals like it. Very friendly people, food is fantastic and very cheap indeed. Quality was superb for a breakfast. There is lots to choose from. All looks scrummy. Will definitely be popping in now alot more frequently.

This is my second time ordering a roast dinner and it was lovely and so cheap for what you get as well! The pork was succulent, the potatoes were perfect, the veg is always lovely and never overcooked and the Yorkie had been home made clearly. A slice of lemon meringue pie went down a treat too! This is my new favourite place! Thanks guys xxx

I have just started using Kath’s cafe after recommendations from a colleague. The food is great, well cooked, plenty of it. I have to resist a daily visit as it is mostly a weekend brunch treat. Often I don’t need to eat for the rest of the day. They are happy to accommodate requests and the tea hits the spot. Very difficult to get good tea delivered particularly when there is a 15min drive.

Great friendly service and fantastic breakfast sandwiches, would defientley reccomend. Always makes sure customers are well looked after.

Waited way to long just for a baguette 25 mins all they care about is getting the online orders done

This is a Cafe with on the day a staff of 3 women who were very friendly and attentive. They list a wide option of meals. We had Liver Mash Onions and gravy with generous portions.

after a three hour drive each week it's nice to go somewhere that's clean and serves decent breakfasts. Freshly cooked and served hot. Good prices an nice staff

Absolutely superb breakfast, plenty to choose from,served nice and hot and well presented. Great value for money across the menu and portion sizes are really good. Definitely worth a visit.

I live right by the cafe and it is the best thing to hit the maypole area in a long time, Kath is very welcoming and all her staff which is a plus straight away. Now food, the food is amazing I love the Irish Breakfast the bread and potato cakes are made fresh and taste amazing. She is excellent at cooking pancakes for my little boy who loves going to Kaths. Over all if you want a great breakfast and great service added in Kaths is the place to go.

Very good basic cafe. Always good quality food. Breakfasts are excellent. Well prepared and clean surroundings. Kath is always friendly and sterilized milk is a bonus for tea drinkers. Really recommended. Parking not always great but the service and good out way that issue.
