Placed an order with Uber eats, only for me to receive the wrong order. Not a single thing I ordered was in the bag and the delivery man had gone so I couldn't reject it.

Nothing like the photo on the app Ofc it won be in that bowl but what I got was a large biscuit not that wham cookie

Order at 9:30 expected to be delivered at 10:10 didn’t arrive till 11:19 very unhappy

Very extensive menu with lots of different options to choose from. I had a wonderful dessert: Hazelnut Choc Deluxe sundae and OMG, it was super yummy! Very friendly service too! My friend couldn't decide what ice cream she wanted, so they offered her to taste some before choosing.

Delivery arrived on time but just before they knocked, Kaspa's called to say that the waffles we ordered had been left behind and could we collect (no) or else order a refund? Got 2 pots of the (nice) accompanying ice cream, but no waffles.

The pistachio kanafe was dry and hardly any pistachio cream in it, overall would not order again

Food was good quality and tasted great. Price is quite on the higher side to be honest for what you get. £3.25 for a single serving of gelato seems quite high. But delivery time was good and food tasted great.

I had a pistachio shake from Kaspa’s today, and unfortunately, it turned into a horrible experience. The shake tasted a little odd, but I didn’t think much of it at the time. Shortly after having it, I experienced severe stomach upset and diarrhea, which completely ruined my day. This raises serious concerns about the quality and hygiene of the ingredients used. I expected a refreshing treat but ended up feeling miserable instead. Definitely won’t be visiting again and would advise others to be cautious.

So expensive for what you get, chewy and not tasty

Beautiful place with amazing staff and delicious ice cream. Always they surprise you with something new. Larisa is the best waitress, Highly recommend.

Staff was not in a mood to welcome us properly

The food was fine but the staff was not welcoming and not respectful to customers.

No vegan options. Go to the other waffle shop right next to it for vegan cakes, waffles and bubble tea. Had to leave after seeing the menu. It's 2025 please do more vegan options. We were a group of 3.

Waffle and ice cream really tasty. However I ordered raspberry sorbet and instead got a raspberry ripple ice cream

Excellent dessert and very good service..we love this place.

Still the time is 8.45pm on Saturday night. Strawberries are already finished and they serve without strawberries and the same price, no alternatives either.

We ordered desserts worth 40£ and everything taste horrible. Not even the basic taste. It's very disappointing. And very expensive with no quality.

Lovely cookie dough. The best I've ever tasted. The atmosphere was nice and vibrant. The staff were not overly nice, however it's a great place for desert. Definitely recommend

I ordered pistachio scoop ice cream, which was very bitter to be honest. Chocolate Hazelnut scoop taste is okay and strawberry scoop taste is very good.

I had a negative experience with one of the employees at Kaspas today. I ordered a triple choc fudge, which I knew would come with soft serve. Despite having multiple options, the employee didn’t ask me for my preference. I expected the standard soft serve but saw one of the other staff members take it. The cashier, who was at the till around 7:30 PM on August 31, 2024, tried to withhold it and spoke in another language with the other employee. Cashier who was in the till tried took the ice cream back from her colleague tried not to give me but i called her and get my item but this is not acceptable customer service. We pay for our items, so this treatment is inappropriate. I didn’t catch her name, but her behavior was disappointing.

Fest visit wth daughter granddaughters and great granddaughters , great menu ,fast friendly service . Definitely recommend and will return

Customer service is very bad. I got served by a staff called Ana. It took 10/12 minutes to make my order (only one cheese cake and one fudge cake with custard). I asked the lady how long would my order take as it already took them 10 min at the time to make, the staff member said another 5 minutes. Order was done 3 min after. The custard was very cold. I asked do you serve cold custard, Ana said yes for takeaway. I said but I want to eat it now and I have no where to heat. So she heated my custard. Overall, very very poor service. Ana did not apologise at all and gave me a very bad look with a grumpy face.

I placed an order for two ice cream cones and a cinnamon bun, which were arrived in a timely manner. However, when I requested chocolate sauce from the waitress, she attempted to charge me £5 for it and £3 for extra sprinkles. This is unreasonable, considering that the ice cream cone itself was priced at £5. Additionally, the staff were quite rude and demonstrated a lack of customer service skills.

I got a strawberry cheese cake and it was not as expected.... Rude staff, no smile, attitude... Was served by Ana. People have no customer service. Fudge cake was cold served with cold custard... But on menu it states hot custard. When asked the lady was rude.

we ordered a m and m shake and ended up with a shake that contained peanuts. when we called the store, they didn’t care and just said the new employee accidentally used peanut m&ms instead of regular m&ms.

Brilliant driver. Very helpful to a blind man with limited mobility. Definitely went above and beyond what his job requires. May his compassion be repaid sevenfold.

Terrible. Every day we come here they have some problems every time. This time I placed an order to the table through my phone, I paid and waited for the waffles, after paying the waiter came over and said you can request a refund or order something else. They don't have waffles, even though the restaurant specializes in waffles. I'm sad. And please also set up your system; when new menu items appear, add them to your computer. so that later I don’t have to explain to the administrator for 10 minutes and show my receipt in my phone that I ordered exactly these dishes.

The Cronut in the picture is not what you get, in the picture it is 2 doughnuts and between it 2 scoops of gelato, what you get delivered in a thin crusty ring doughnut very thin and a scoop of gelato separately. Not what was advertised and pretty poor misleading in the description. The common was ok again did not look close to the picture the drink was perfectly fine passionfuit and mango bubble.

I went in this evening to order 2 shakes and ice creams and a cookie bash cake and a Oreo donut and Hashita and her two colleagues were amazing thank you so much !! Xxxxx

I have been going to kaspa’s few times now And every single time the workers there have been extremely rude and have absolutely no manners towards the customers. For example there was a time i waited to be served at the counter and the lady came up to me asking what i wanted to order, i told her my order and instead of putting my order down, she walked away and served someone else. She then came up to me and said I couldn’t be served. I am absolutely disappointed with their behaviour which is a shame because their food is actually quite nice, just not the workers.

Closed an hour early. Arguments between patrons and staff inside after staff accused of taking pictures of younger female patrons. Milkshakes are alright.

I miss kuni’s, the prices here at Kaspas are outrageous and not to mention the quantity you get given, they don’t even fill your sundaes up to the top, bring back kuni’s and shut this place down instead. Overrated and overpriced.

I have just paid £11.00 for a chocoholic desert in Kaspers at Rugby, for the money that I spent on the desert I am absolutely shocked with what turned up. Not happy. Not worth the money!!!! The desert was not as advertised on the menu.

40 minute wait in store for a Oreo milkshake, servers looked confused at the orders coming in.

when delivering my order I found there was no whipped cream not ice cream which I payed extra for and none of the add ons

the driver had a bag from Lidl and there was ice cream in this bag, I know this is Kaspas's opinion but you shouldn't give orders to such a person

The ice cream is so delicious and the rose tea is something I definitely recommend if you like unique flavors! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went there couple of times for the kids, but I'm not a big fan of Sweet. My kids love the items there; kids love sugar. You have to order at the till before you are seated, and the card payment comes with tip options starting from 10%, which seems steep as it is more like a fast food joint. I do not see Mac McDonald's asking for a tip. There is an option for no tip, but when you pay before the staff, choosing the no tip option will be difficult. I pay 10% tip in a restaurant if service tax is not charged but there is no waiting here. Young college students are the front end staff, they are trying their best but you feel the service is not upto the mark. Good options in term of food and a very good location, the place has lot of potential.

Deserts are nice but i had a bit miscommunication with staff (asked for a plain cake and they put syrup all over it). Other than that staff is nice and polite. Dissapointed to see that they took children soft play away. We came mainly for it and my baby had nothing to do in there...

one of the options was seemingly out of stock however they didnt infom us and just wrote it on the receipt when we got it. i would have appreciated a call so i could of order somthing else as now i had to put in another order with another delivery charge

Took my 2 little relatives who were 3 and 6. The young lady who served us was lovely and patient. They were spoilt for choice and took a while to choose. They enjoyed the play area and loved the waffles and crepe. It's also very clean.

The workers were really rude to me and my partner when we ordered and gave a bad attitude. We also were told we could sit in even tho we were there at 9.30, 30 minutes before closing. We asked for a strawberry and cream crepe without strawberry sauce and it was covered completely in strawberry sauce. My partner ordered a brownie crepe and said the brownie tasted burnt and like it had been in the microwave which it had as I had seen it in the microwave while they were cooking our crepes. The crepes although freshly made had a rubbery texture to them and were mostly cold by the time we received them. I'm very disappointed in my experience.

This is a disappointing place. Order : waffle whit caramel +strawberry (No chocolate) , lady bringed waffle +chocolate. We asked to bring what we ordered lady bringed all condiments what we asked but instead of waffle she bringed crepe. We been forced to leave place as clearly its just ridiculous. Also it's a shame to leave so much money when workers don't even try to at least listen what customer order, they just decide instead of you what to bring. Also music it's to loud l, customers have to scream instead of calm talking. Our family will not coming back. This was 4th time and all experience been same.

Driver ignored the notes so if I hadn’t been tracking then I wouldn’t have known the food had been dumped on the pavement

Pretty good dessert place! Lots of choices and there is also a kids play area. I’d recommend going to this place for dinner as most of the desserts are extremely high in calories.

It was quiet when we arrived and were served promptly- piping hot coffee and amazing waffles! The young lady serving was polite, friendly and helpful- when she wasn't serving she was cleaning and I mean CLEANING! The whole place was spotless! A great range of food enough to put the sweetest tooth into a sugar coma!!

Waffle arrived cold and soggy. Was like eating a sad wet sock that had been left outside.

Popped in yesterday. No vegan options or any other dietary accommodations that could be found in the menu. Went elsewhere instead and got two meals and two drinks for what would have been the same cost as two shakes at this place.

Ordered the bueno cookie dough and speculoos cookie dough, bueno was nice but speculoos came smothered in peanut butter? Doesn’t mention anything about that in description, no refund available apparently as recipes differ from different restaurants 👀

We have been given white chocolate cookie dough when we asked for beuno and biscoff cookie dough. They could of contacted us they had run out. This is unacceptable considering the extortionate prices.

Delivery driver was good only doing the one job so the waffles arrived hot. Makes a change for them as recently lots of them making multi drops.

First time visit. Lots of choice. Clean and tidy. Staff seemed happy. Kids loved it and I can agree it was tasty.
