the dessert is been excellent 👌 i had the waffle bueno! I really enjoy and it was verry good done. I Spoke with the young lady who made it, Giorgina i belive was her name, to say thank you...and she was very friendly and polite . I wanted to say thank you again to her and all the team on Kaspa's! Everyone enjoyed their treat, the milkshakes are to die for, service was very polite and made sure everything was OK for us.

Ordered a chocolate frappe and ended up with this. Awful experience and unacceptable. Waiter was on her phone when serving us. How does one drink take 20 min to make where there's not many costumers

bought a white chocolate waffle and it was served cold, they then asked me to refund it because they charged the wrong amount the first time, so i payed again and never got the money back (£8) . not returning.

Popped in for a treat for the children. Husband and girls needed the toilet, both male and female needed urgent attention due to what appeared to look like excrement on the toilet walls, I spoke to a member of staff regarding inspections to the toilet, she responded with she is not on shop floor, nothing was done. Moving on to the service, half of the what we ordered was unavailable. The shop are more interested in seeing to the online order and not looking after the customers that visit the store, waiting 35 mins for 2x crepes. In addition to the crepes, the make your own is cheaper then whats on offer on the fixed crepes menu. Needless to say, poor experience poor menu options poor hygiene in the wc facilities.

Poor management (if you can call a 12 year old a ‘manager’), poor service and a walking health hazard of a place. 1 hour wait for food, and when it did arrive was missing half the order, several staff spoken to, to chase up the other half of our order which never arrived. When managed to speak to a ‘manager’ and ask for a refund, he asked me what i ordered, told the staff to stop making it, to which they said they never had an order for it, for him to all but throw me the money back, cash, not even the offer of having the money back on my card which i paid. The floors are an greasy icerink, which i would expect from a fast food joint however not a dessert place. Couldn’t even get to the toilets due to the amount of water on the floor, and when I did I quickly turned back as someone was heaving up there guts in it. Would not be returning. Needs staff who can actually string a sentence together, don’t fob you off and maybe some form of manager as for a Saturday afternoon the store was quiet, there was no other reason for a 60 minute wait for a dessert. Will not be recommending or returning.

Staff were all standing around doing nothing when one staff was struggling on the ordering desk. Although she was standing there with her fingers in her mouth and ears while she spoke🤢 no people skills. Come out for a friends birthday and they have made us feel sick we don’t even want to eat our waffles after their fingers after thinking when the last time they washed their hands

Desserts don’t come out at the same time so if u want to eat at the same time as the rest of your party then go elsewhere. Drinks eventually arrived 40 minutes after ordering and when desserts are nearly finished.

Don't understand the recent reviews about unfriendly staff. No one talks to you enough to be unfriendly. Never had a problem with my Kaspas here this far. Cookie dough is mine and my boyfriends personal favourite. He tried the kinder bueno cookie dough and it was delicious. He also tried a biscoff waffle and that was delicious too. He also likes a milkybar milkshake. For a great sweet cheat Kaspas is the bet place in Swansea.

Everything you expect from a dessert place. Smells amazing full of sugar, candy and tastes great. well worth a go.

Wasn't happy with the staff not once did they use hand sanitizer. They were serving customers wiping tables and not cleaning their hands.

The service was alright we only had to wait 20 minutes for our food. The staff told us to sanitise before we came in and wear our masks until we walked to the table. (My table was right next to the door). The food was really nice but when I ate to much I started to feel sick but I think it was all the chocolate. The lady that was serving me and my friends was really kind she made sure everyone was having a good time.

(Microwaved) food can be quite nice, however, the staff here are have been rude 3 out of 3 times I have visited which ruins the experience. No apology or explanation for forgotten food, terrible service and rotten attitudes. Go to another dessert restaurant without such rude and unfriendly staff.

Ordered kaspas via deliveroo. Came on time can’t deny it. BUT..No cutlery when we asked for someSoggy asf strawberries seemed like they was left oversWaffle was cooked for around 35 seconds then boxed up so when I say soggy I mean brrrrrrrrpRaw waffle and soggy strawberry in the mouth is not a good mixture Overall kaspas is not a vibe for me and the girlys Had to go b and m for cutlery that cost me an additional £4 !!??? As the restaurant is closed, I Tried ordering by phone By no answer so I went to there to place my order. When I arrived, the girl behind the till completely ignored me. She was facing my direction but continued to be texting on her phone. After a minute or two another colleague approached her to take my order and only then did she bother with zero effort.It was bizzarly only cash when card payment would be better for social distancing but this was not a problem for me. What was a problem was that the girl tried giving my change in my hand and not placing it on the counter. The funny thing was that she said I had to wait outside whilst the order is being prepared. (I was going to do this anyway). My frustration is that the service was let down by someone who clearly doesn’t care about the business and has a poor understanding of how to conduct herself under social distancing rules. Food however was great as always.

Ordered cookie dough, a sundae and two milkshakes for me and my partner. Cookie dough was hard had clearly just been over microwaved. Cookie dough also didn’t come with ice cream as it was meant to. The £5 milkshakes did not taste of the flavours they were meant to (Diam and jammy dodger), just like sweet milk. Overall the order came to £27 which was a complete rip off. The shop was closed by the time we got our order so wasn’t able to make a complaint at the time. We’ll cut our losses and just never order from them again - Treatz is the way to go.

Staff are extremely rude and tell customers to hurry upAnd leave despite there being 20mins to closing. I was shocked to be told that the manager allows them to close early if there are no customers... am I not a customer ??? I won’t be returning :(

Really recommend all the sweet treats, but they weren't serving shakes so we jad to get smoothies. Wouldn't say the smoothies were worth the money but everything else was top notch.

Very disappointed that there’s not a single vegan option on the menu. You can’t even get a coffee with plant-based milk. Pathetic as we are almost in 2020!

We love our treat day in kaspas, absolutely beautiful waffles, hot cookies, cakes, I also had a caramel frappe with no coffee, was lovely

My go to place for selection of desserts 😁 never ending sundaes, wafers and crepes 😀 for adults and kids in any age but gets really busy at times 😁

Visited in June not long after my son's birthday...have previously been to caspas in Cardiff etc and was appalled by service and cleanliness of the actual restaurant. Toilets were filthy and smelly almost every toilet seat broken... Not to mention no locks on the toilet doors i could only imagine the cleanliness of the kitchen if this is the toilets won't be eating here again filthy and environmental health need to get in there....

I came here with 3 other friends in the late evening when it wasn’t busy. We promptly ordered 2 crepes and 2 waffles. With the 2 crepes we even ordered 2 waters. I ordered 2 crepes as the other for a friend, that arrived first, then a few moments went by then the 2 waffles came, then eventually about 5 minutes after the first crepe came, mine eventually came but without our waters!!!

My family love this place, great range of desserts and absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend!

Visit to Kaspas today was great , clean restaurant with good service and smile ,also good value and choice everyone happy

Not as we expected at all. The music was way too loud which left no one able to talk to each other without shouting. Orders were taken incorrectly and then we were asked to pay the difference at the table. Queues were disorganised and no real idea of where to stand. The toilets were dirty and all the seats were broken.

Went for a Birthday party (kids) and they enjoyed but I did think it was expensive for packet waffles and ice cream. Also the lighting is eye watering, way too much neon. The staff however were lovely which is why it didn't get a 1.

Had a strawberry & creme crepe.

Visited with my wife and one of my sons after an appointment. Had a selection of waffles and crepes. Not great for the waistline long term but good, tasty treats for the pleasure hit. The Apple crumble pieces with cinnamon and syrup was excellent. Rounded off with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a coffee. Very good Not somewhere I’d frequent, but nice for the occasional treat!

Myself, wife and kids went here for a treat. We haven't been for a few months. The menu has changed a little, but the taste is still remarkably amazing.

Really nice ice cream and there is a decent amount to choose from, the prices are also quite reasonable.

Come here with my children for waffles. Had a great choice and prices not bad either. Staff were friendly and got served quickly too. Bit sickly after a while but tasted great

Went in at 3pm as a party of 3. Half the booths were empty, but there was a long queue to be seated. Got seated 5-10 minutes later, not a problem though. Quickly ordered a brownie waffle, hot fudge sundae and a strawberry sundae. Waffle arrived promply, but no sign of the sundaes. Waffle was nearly finished, before flagging down someone asking where the rest of the order was. She quickly returned with the order, and was asked whether they were freshly made. Waitress lied and said that they were. However, the ice cream had started to melt on the strawberry sundae and the "hot fudge" sundae was cold, clear indicators that they had been there a while. No apologies for the delay though. WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND.

My friend and i visited Kaspars today and the cashier was down right rude! the seating was uncomfortable so we decided to move to table 18 which we felt was more suitable. When telling the cashier the table number, a family of 4 sat on a two seater table and moved the table closer. The cashier was rude about the fact we had given the wrong table number. I understand it could of been frustrating but how she spoke to us and went about it was unnecessary. She could of spoken to us nicely rather than belittling us. Other than that, the waffles were great and i recommend if you don’t have a short temper.

I visited today and while I understand its half term and busy, the service was awful and the staff downright rude. We waited 15 minutes in a queue for a table as there was one waitress cleaning tables and serving food. Finally ordered and one of our group, a child did not receive their order. We asked where it was and were told it would be on its way soon. After 15 minutes it was cooked and sat on The counter. We went up to ask if we could have it as we were nearly finished eating ours, but the order was wrong even though they checked the receipt twice. It had chocolate syrup instead of Belgian sauce, ice cream instead of cream. The woman insisted someone had to bring it to us and there was no apology and her attitude was awful. And to top it off egg shell in the waffle. A very disappointing experience.

Everytime I've been k have not been dissapointed I am in love with the ferrero rocher sundae love the deco will definately be returning

Really disappointed, the gents toilets didn’t have any locks on them so my son had to come into the ladies which weren’t much better. The lights were all flickering and everything is in need of repair!

I when there with my family for a night out, the service was poor but the place was pretty and the setting was comfortable. very slow service when you order and not many people were there. we got a waffle which looked nice and smelled amazing, the waffle itself was great but the topping on it was sickly, too much for me. My personal favourite was the drinks and the ice cream. Great for friends with an empty stomach!

Usually love visiting kaspas but this trip was slightly more disappointing . We were seated in a two seater table/booth on the one side ( where other customers sit a distance away ) which was fine until the waitress decided to sit a party of three next to us on a table that can only comfortably sit two . This left another customer sitting shoulder to shoulder with my friend which wasn’t very comfortable when trying to enjoy our desserts . Other than the seating my dessert was lovely as always .

Came today for my daughters birthday! Very nice and tasteful desert my daughter had the after 8 sundae and my mother and I had a original frappe with an extra shot of coffee very nice I have to say and found the price ok as well, the only thing I have to say is it was a bit slow bringing out desserts we waiting nearly 30 mins for a frappe. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Decided to come with a few friends. The customer service was terrible. The wrong dessert came out and they were not changing it as it was waste. This does not meet the needs of the customers. The customer service was terrible. It also took twice for tap water to come to the table after ordering it and it being on the receipt. Will not be returning here. Bad customer service from Aron.

Me and my friends decide to come to kaspas swansea for a sweet treat,the place its just amazing,i love the wall, we had waffles and cookie dough which was perfect,and some shakes and hot drink which was absolutely lovely,its worth the money! Lovely staff always smiling to each other and to the costumers and always helpful,there is was so much choice of icecream,its like a rainbow into the display! And so much choice of cakes! Service was very fast we all had food in the time, i had bueno waffle which was mouth watering! We will come back! Thank you Kaspas! Good choice if you want a sweet treat!

I’ve visited a few times with friends, whatever time of day it is and whether it’s busy or not, the staff haven’t been very friendly and it’s not service with a smile. The food is tasty, however a little overpriced for some items.

The seating arrangement in kaspas is all booths so it’s quite private. Ideal for a date.

I love this place .. many desserts, cakes, shakes available .. I'm a weekly regular and must say the Ferrero Roche is my favourite. . Great customer service keep it up . Def recommend

Came here last night with two of my good friends and ordered the chocolate brownie waffle and ice cream shake. Dessert was delicious as always and I'm enjoying working my way through the chocolate options. Highly recommend to everyone with a sweet tooth

Table of 3, got asked to take a seat since they had ‘no tables’, no problem. The problem arose when they started seating tables of 4 and 5s before us. The girl seating was avoiding eye contact at all times. We had to approach her and ask why weren’t we seated. Once we were seated and ordered we waited 20 mins for a milkshake! Not only the wait was horrendous they delivered the wrong flavours which could’ve been a disaster if a member of our party was allergic to something. Once our waffles arrived the girl couldn’t speak English therefore didn’t know which one was which, we had to point this out to her. Horrible experience

lovely restaurant , great deco . good service and the food was brilliant as usual . I have never had a bad experience in this venue. all my table was satisfied with their dessert. I had the banana split and it was absolutely delicious. every visit is a treat. will return here again and again .

This is a hidden gem in Swansea and we have been twice and thoroughly recommend visiting for your dessert. Excellent value and very popular The crepes are especially good

The only down side is the music was so loud the guy taking my order didn't hear properly and we got the wrong food, it was quickly sorted though and we loved our food

First long overdue visit to Kaspas. Went inside but no-one came to seat us but asked for table for 4 when girl walked passed. Music was ok table and place clean and tidy. My hubs and I went to order and I must say how miserable the girl was who served us as well as the other members of staff except a boy who smiled at me. Not a great first impression as I was sooo happy to be there and they obviously weren’t. Ordered our food but found it difficult to understand the girl as her English wasn’t always clear. Food took a little while to come but when it did I wasn’t disappointed. Waffle strawberries white choc and bananas what a lovely combination with a lovely scoop of ice cream. Absolutely lovely!!! We all enjoyed the food just wish the staff were as happy as we were. Will go there again and would recommend just to have the waffles.

On entering ignored by staff stood by gelato ice cream good 5 mins whilst 4 staff stood around talking when one finally came over she didn’t speak English as far as I could tell ask if they had gluten free cones didn’t even know what that was very confused asked if we could just have in take away tubs she walked of carried on talking to other staff so we walked out poor customer service no wonder the place looked dead

Not busy when we arrived I had a very presentable banana split with generic white ice cream and squirty cream. Very nice mug of Earl Grey,a window seat to people watch and chill. The waitress was a tad dim and almost cried when I asked her if my esert was calorie free.....poor joke by me I know but the poor girl was open mouthed and very confused....Bless.

My second time at kaspas in swansea,but I’m writing after try the ice cream,I can’t describe how satisfied I’m,very good quality,creamy and tasty! I don’t think somewhere else can beat kaspas 🤔 I really recommend Dulce Latte ice cream 😍😍😍

Can’t fault the amazing desserts! However the service is always slow. The staff are quite polite but there’s no hustle to get customers served quickly! I waited 30 minutes for my waffles on one occasion and there was plenty of staff standing around.

Had high hopes of this from reviews but was left slightly deflated and found it was expensive for what it is. More staff than customers but not very forthcoming.

This is the kind of place where all the food looks like it does on the menu. Amazing and huge quantities and loads of options to customise your order. Loads of drinks too. I recommend the berry bubble tea with strawberry juice balls.

There was one member of staff chopping fruit behind the counter the first time I walked in to Kaspas, Bridgend. There were no other customers in the place at the time but the guy behind the counter did not acknowledge me in any way whilst I stood waiting to be served. Eventually, I just walked out.

I'd never been and was told to go by many people, we went as a family, a five year old, 11 and 14 year old and my wife and myself, the desserts were ok, but nothing special considering its their specialty?! my kids said afterwards that they would of preferred to have gone to Weatherpersons for a burger!!

Amazing place, desserts abit pricey. Every item looked stunning on the menu. Seats were comfy. Design if the place was amazing. Made up for dissapointing food in nandos! Rescued the day!

Always a pleasure going to Kaspas, always fresh and amazing. Prices are a little steep so can’t make it a weekly pleasure but at the moment it’s a monthly pleasure lol. Loads of variety. Staff can be unfriendly or stressed maybe they are overworked I don’t know. This won’t affect your visit as the food and drinks on offer will satisfy your every taste bud and feeling lol.

Visited last Friday literally just after they had opened so nice and quiet. Had a latte and the banana n choc/toffee waffle. Absolutely huge! Very nice but quite sickly. My daughter had the Oreo n white choc waffle with a kiwi slush with strawberry popping jellies. Bit pricey but nice for a treat

The waffles are great. Although maybe over priced for what they are? Also the service is very slow even when the restaurant is quiet. Over all its fine.

Visited kaspas with my 3 daughters as a treat today, disappointed is an understatement!! We queued for ages to be seated when there were several booths vacant, then waited over 40mins for 2 pancakes and small bowl of mango sorbet... my apple tart & custard desert arrived another 10mins later served cold which I had to take back to have warmed up...There was a lack of staff considering school holidays & the staff they had were very unhelpful ... won’t be returning

If you are having dinner anywhere in the area, come here for your dessert. The choice is huge, waffles, pancakes, ice cream, sundae's, chocolate cake, cheese cake etc, etc, etc I had the apple crumble with ice cream, yum !

I visited here recently with family and we will be visiting again! The menu is varied, well there is only dessert food but that's really the point of the whole place! The waffle I had was delicious and the family were also suitably impressed. Pay Kaspa's a visit if you're in the area :)

The atmosphere and decor is terrible. It's like a dreadful nightclub with the lights turned on. The tables and doors were all sticky and there were FLIES everywhere. In fact we squashed 3 between us and kept missing the rest. I'm never going back. Disgusting.

Food was honestly not that great, could just pop down to the mad cow’s down the road for a decent milkshake. The staff seem confused most of the time also, and during the two times we have visited they always managed to get something wrong. The restaurant does not look amazing either, lighting is garish and the atmosphere doesn’t seem inviting. Have had much better than this, so disappointing. Would NOT recommend!

Been here several times now with my daughter and her friend and it’s great place always quite busy and you know what you’ll get but it’s good value fast tasty deserts like waffles, crapes etc. kids love the place as you can imagine

Been here a few times, really good desert. My original expectations were that there wouldn't be enough to feel full, but I was wrong. The dishes are big and filling. Would recommend as a treat not frequently. Good friendly and fast service.

When we arrived at this franchise in Bridgend, we were greeted with friendly and helpful staff, who seemed to be swept off their feet with work, causing the whole process to be unorganised. Also, there was two members of staff who were arguing infront of customers, which is completely unprofessional. I ignored this and thought nothing else of it. However, the rude and unprofessional service carried on. When we sat down and decided what food we were going to have, I went up to order for the table and I was greeted with a rude member of staff. He was very rude and miserable, like he didn't want to be there. When I made a mistake with the order, he got very snappy and rude with me, which was unnecessary at all. I ignored this and didn't want it to put a bad mood on the rest of the day with friends. Then, when our drinks arrived, I got a milkshake instead of the drink I wanted. I went up to the counter to expect them to change it. I would like to mention at this point that I was still in a good mood. I was greeted by another member of staff who was willing to change my order for me with no problem. However, the same member of staff from earlier said that I couldn't swap it and said " You should of known what it included". The drink I ordered was "Watermelon Bubble Slush", which was advertised as a drink without any milk with synthetic bubbles. I HATE milkshakes and if I knew it was this, I would have never ordered it. When the food was given to us then, we were greeted with plates practically being thrown at us. This experience has not only affected me, but the people who were with me as well. I, as well as my friends are shocked and appalled with this service.

Came here on 22nd October with my family, and while the food/desserts were amazing, it's hard to figure out what kind of place this is trying to be. Whether it's a restaurant or a Nightclub. The music was off when we first arrived, but came on while we were waiting for food. The volume was consistently too loud, which was hardly the way I wanted to unwind on a Sunday night before going back to work on a Monday morning. If I wanted to go to a Nightclub, I would go to one. Very disappointed, might not return to be perfectly honest. Depends on the music volume next time I visit, if I even do.

Waited about 20-30 minutes to be seated and then an additional 20 minutes to be given our food we ordered. The food was faultless and absolutely lovely but the service needs to be improved.

What a load of s**t took half an hour to get my dessert and it came to me with freezing cold custard the staff wasn't helpful will never go back there

We went to the celebrate my husbands birthday today (his birthday is tomorrow but he will be working) was hoping to get the free birthday Milkshake considering we were going to be spend a lot of of money on dessert anyway but they refused to give a free Milkshake so that kind of ruined the experience already.

Was first ever visit, and was excited to try the place as so many regard this place as awesome. We ordered chocolate sundaes, which were quite expensive I thought and when they arrived we were disappointed as they seemed to be mostly squirty cream. The place does look really good though and it was full of people who seemed really happy.

Best Place I have been before!!! The food there is absolutely amazing very clean inside nice place! 😻 I am definitely going there again I had a Nutella and Strawberry waffle.. OMG it was stunning I am recommending you to go here ❤️❤️

Absolutely fantastic place to visit with friends and family. The range of desserts is unbelievable, I decided to have a waffle, milkshake varieties were tenfold and everything was perfect. Couldn't even finish my plate! Presentation was perfect and service was friendly and quick

Have heard about this chain and thought we would give it a try after walking past. OMG the ice creams and milkshakes were amazing and huge. Having spent many years living in Germany have missed the ice cream parlour that was in every village but now have an an alternative . Huge choice, excellent staff and comfortable surroundings. Would recommend to anyone .

I had a crepe served with maple syrup, strawberries and ice cream and it was absolutely delicious. The cutlery I was given for this sweet treat was a knife and fork and I can honestly say that I have never before in my life eaten ice cream with such utensils! I had to ask for a spoon in the end as there was such a lot of sauce and melted ice cream on my plate - it would have been impolite to lick the plate.

Well this place needs a good clean, behind the serving counter is filthy, floors are dirty and toilets disgusting. Waiting time for our deserts was a good 10/15 minutes when they finally arrived they were OK. Nothing to rave about we will not return due to uncleanliness of the place, staff not too friendly either they don't seem to care.

This must be one of the best desserts restaurants out there I've never tasted anything so amazing in my life and the staff are always pleasant and polite very lovely place and also the deco is truly amazing loved it there can u open one in Llanelli please xx
