Told the ignorant woman I wanted plain chow Mein I got a chicken chow mein asked for a bottle of coke got a orangefanta and my prawn crackers were missing why the hell does this woman not listen to the customers and if you hang up she phones you back as she don’t want to lose the customers order!!!!!! Try learning some customer service and say the price before you hang up!!!!! Ignorance and greed at its finest

Had curry on new year eve. Service was good considering the busy day. Special curry and honey ribs were lovely highly recommend

Have used foodnet house for many years But will not use any more Customer service is really bad and if you complain it falls on deaf ears Food quality is pretty poor standards have gone down Food delivered cold And prices go up and down by the hour Have to say for poor service poor quality food At a price you never know. food net house

Never had a problem with the food here. But the lack of customer service is unbelievable. No respect or anything to their staff or customers. I think they should have the lovely gentleman to deal with the orders

Didn't get the right order,when complained I was spoken to rudely the rest of the food was freezing cold,the would not sent me my original order that I payed for,discussing

We go there regularly for our takeaway's and have never been disappointed.

Don't even want to give 1,star food was absolutely disgusting sweet and sour sauce se was like piss chicken curry was really thick was no taste to it at all and when I phone the manager was really rude down the phone to me my sister was sick after ten mins of eating the food and is 16 weeks pregnant all the manger said was go to the doctors Monday morning wouldn't even refund

I ordered a family meal over the phone and it took 2 hours to arrive. The concept of Customer Service seems to be lost on this lot, and while the call after an hour to see what was going on, there was no apology. They obviously haven't got a clue how to treat customers. Shambles. Also the Free Offer of additional drinks/snacks when you spend over a certain amount, didn't arrive with the meal either. However, I wasn't surprised. Needless to say, there's enough competition in the area, so I'll try someone else next time.

Got order completely wrong, terrible.

My parents-in-law live in this area so we are quite frequent users of this takeaway. Food and service are always 10 out of 10. Quick delivery and the food is always piping hot and fresh. I love the duck in orange sauce and my husband and his parents all love the beef curry. My husband is fussy and asks them not to put peas in his curry and this is never a problem for the restaurant. Highly recommend if you live local.

WOULD NOT give a star at all , ordered a delivery woman was very rude on phone had to ring back again to just finish my order food arrived rice was hard and dry which means it wasn't fresh , noodles were dry again not fresh just fried up again no concept of taste for food at all . No customer service at all , and will contact health as my family become ill DO NOT EAT

Made an order for chicken in satay sauce and when it come it wasn't looking like any one I'd had before. I started eating it and the taste was very odd. To my horror I found a massive chunk of pineapple in it. I'm allergic to pineapple and I'd never ever order anything with it in. When I rang to say. All they had to say was all there food comes with pineapple. Ummm no it don't and your menu is proof. Not even an offer to replace the food. If I'm ill and get taken into hospital il be making sure I take u to court. I'd never ever have food from here again.

First meal from Foodnet, couldn't fault it, quality of food, delivery and price all spot on, got a new customer here 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Ordered sweet and sour chicken from this place with chow mien the sweet and sour sauce was disgusting was like cherry aid chicken balls were cheap processed chicken and so dry (frozen) and the chow mien was like instant noodles staff are rude and don't care, how this place is still open I don't know 👎

Owner is rude and has no concept of customer service. Had the cheek to try and charge us between 5-10 more than our order costs 2 weeks in a row with absolutely no explanation and was met with total rudeness. As a regular customer will never order again. Total rudeness.

The food is okay but it is kind of experience and when I add up what I have order from the menu I phone them and it is a different price so that is a bit odd

possibly the worst meal I've ever had.went to pick order up got back home only then to have a phone call to say. that they had given us someone elses order not happy.when pick my actual order by time got it home was cold
