Best chicken kebab meat wrap around here, generous with salad which is nice.

Food was burned and disgusting couldn’t eat it will be applying for refund

had a kebab earlier, guy touched it with his hands and was cold, never going again

Very rude delivery drivers . They reduced the amount of donor meat when you order large Kebabs , you only get the equivalent of small kebabs. They reheat the chips many times , the Chips taste horrible !!

Had chicken and chips here the chips was already cooked and tasted like they been there all day, and the chicken was the same.

Don't know why it's 3.6 stars I have been in several times and the staff are always great, hardworking and fast. The food is always correct and well cooked. Honestly think it's the best kebab shop in Swansea.

Guy forgot most of my food, and it only came with the pizza which tasted a little off, spongey, burnt, even a bit cold in most parts

I have ordered pizza from them couple of times and I really enjoyed it so decided to try something different and I am seriously surprised how much chicken meat they put inside the chicken wraps. I couldn't eat it at one attempt same as my partner could not finish his kebab as the portions are really massive. Everything very fresh and the prices are pretty good. Thank you!

Partners chicken was great, 2 big pieces cooked nicely. My garlic pizza was just ok, was quite dry and was VERY greasy. They also sent pepsi instead of coke, luckily my partner likes pepsi.

Cheese burger with no salad that’s what I got which isn’t what I wanted!!!!!! It didn’t give me an option to choose salads and the picture on the menu shows a cheeseburger with salads

Kebabs could of had abit more meat to be honest. And more sauce, pitta bread was dry underneath. Apart from that, the cherry coke was lovely

Sad to see that oasis have now changed their just eat menu setup along with a price increase. You now cannot customise your choice of salad and sauces with a kebab so I guess you are just chucking all the salad and all the sauces on? Unfortunately it's a deal breaker for me. Will have to order somewhere else from here on in.

Last 2 times asked for chicken breasts as partner is allergic to dark meat and both times they've sent legs. Used to do it all time no problem so do t know if they've got new staff or something but somebody somewhere isn't communicating the right things/not checking notes :/

Food is yet to arrive. Tried ringing the restaurant multiple times and no answer. Food was supposed to arrive between 2:55 and 3:15, it's now 4:04 and still no sign?

Gravy is like jelly chips over cooked and I ask for 2 dr peppers and it come with 2 fruit shoot

Paid £15 for 2 chicken shish kebab. Had 6 small slices of chicken in mine and my son had 3 slices!! Absolute joke. Will never go there again.

Normally good here but I Thought I’d be diff and have a banging chicken shish as I was caked, but Can’t leave a review on the chicken Shish as it was non existent, price is irrelevant but if you haven’t got more than one cube of chicken and have to give me a salad wrap I would of been happy with a fat kebab instead of a rabbit diet

Used to be a regular here but recently the food has just been flat out awful. Yet another chicken kebab which was full of meat from the heated storage box (not cut from the rotisserie), literally ALL of it burnt ends and inedible. Takes a lot for me to write a review, but just go elsewhere at this point. Plenty of much better places now. Oasis had it's time but that was long ago.

The fastest service I have ever had for food. Ordered and within a minute I had it in my hands. Fairplay to them.

Used to like this place because they’d often deliver within 15 mins of ordering (probably not a good sign, did get food poisoning from here one time). Anyway, went in recently to order. Couple guys walked in behind me who boss man obviously knew and he chatted to them while I just stood there like a lemon waiting to order. No “sorry one moment” or anything similar. Waited and waited and then just next door instead to a chicken place and the food was better, so I go next door now when I want a quick takeaway (this isn’t an advert for chicken place, just pick any other takeaway establishment you like!)

My partner and i really enjoyed our food, we ordered pizza's. Really nice food, The delivery driver was really polite and friendly We will be ordering food from here again and would definitely recommend this takeaway to everyone

Food wasn’t nice at-all, wouldn’t order from here again, pizza was so dry and rubbery, kebab was freezing, only nice thing was the box of separate salad and then I had about 3 whole onions in it. Not for me !

Chicken wings so dry, tasteless and solid as rocks. Not sure how old it was and how long it was on display. Had to throw all in the bin after one bite. Disgusting

Absolutely disgusting food I ordered for my Iftar The food was tasteless and it was burnt. Customer service is horrendous. I will never be returning and I will contact hygiene inspection to come and evaluate the cleanliness of the establishment. I hope the owners get fined and lose the license to trade in any food sector around the UK The results were food poisoning, and near death

Food 2 hours late couldn’t contact the restaurant and the phone was off. When the food did come it was freezing and like a rock!! Awful!! Asked the driver to get the restaurant to ring me when he did he agreed food was cold and offered a credit note, told him I won’t be ordering again and would like a refund and was told they don’t give them!! Joke! First and last time I’ll order.

I had a mix kebab wrap and there was hardly any lamb Donner meat and mostly salad and it wasn't the best prepared plus I had a burger meal with Donner meat in the burger again hardly any Donner meat I. The burger I put on the online order no cheese and there was cheese inside plus no salt or vinegar on the chips other than that it was ok nothing wrong with it taste wise as I put my own salt and vinegar on and removed some of the salad from the wrap

Worst take away around Can’t even get a garlic baguette right One end burnt to a crisp, the other raw, butter still rock hard Impressive to be honest how they can physically put it in the oven and the butter still come out like they’ve just pulled it from a fridge , mind blown Absolutely appalling customer service when I asked for a couple of pots of garlic sauce , now the the normal every day person, a couple is 2, when I asked for another after him only giving me one, I was told, quite bluntly , it’s in the bag!! Will not be returning, 15quid for 2 dreadful garlic breads and a handful of over cooked pieces of chicken from a freezer.

We order from here regularly and the food is always great, very few times has there been an issue. Always hot and on time and the customer service is the best! The only place to order from now. :)

Terrible was told food was in the way at 1:03 food arrives at 1:58, was lied to by the person on the phone and was told delivery driver had puncture and then was told by delivery driver he had a lot of deliveries, chicken was cold and kebab was slightly warm I would like a full refund as waiting that long was a joke and my food being cold was infuriating

Order from here often pizza is lovely, can be late often only by about 15minutes, but pizza has never disappointed.

Will never order from this place ages not the first time the food as been over a hour late and freezing cold. All food went in bin. Food quality is gone poor as well . Will never order from this place ages

Ordered Brest chicken even rang restaurant to make sure they send Brest And they didn’t So chicken went in bin Also told over phone food won’t be long Came a hour later Shame really as I like the Brest chicken there

Salad full of water, asked for can of coke got a bottle of water, rest of the order was ok.

Driver did arrive but tried calling me where my phone had no signal. Called the restaurant to here driver had gone back. Food is cold and the driver didn't attempt to knock the door or even drop into the pub where I work. This would have meant food would have been on time and warm. Drivers need to knock on door if no answer on phone.
