Oasis Takeaway in Swansea

I recently visited this takeaway, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service was appalling, with staff displaying poor manners and a lack of basic courtesy. One of the staff members, in particular, seemed completely unaware of how to interact with customers respectfully. The level of ignorance and unprofessionalism was astonishing, making the visit both frustrating and regrettable. It’s no surprise that the council has rated them 1/5, though I genuinely believe they deserve 0/5 for their lack of standards in service and behavior. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone and urge them to seriously reconsider their approach to customer care.

I always stop here on the way home from a night out. The food is always delicious, it's good value for money and the staff are all great guys. Definitely the best kebab shop in town, highly recommend 👌

Constantly charge you more than the menu prices claiming they're outdated, prices go up and down everyday. Always try to take a £5 note and not give change unless asked and even then they try to come up with an excuse. Often food is burnt. Generally dogshit customer service.

Paid extra for salad but this was not received

Pizza order arrived missing a 14" pizza clearly stated I would like a hot and spicy 14" as our buy one get one free pizza only one pizza showed up no way of contacting them because their phone goes straight to answer phone

Great place, amazing customer service, love the staff. The food isn't top of the line, but if you're realistic about it, its good (for the price especially). Kebab portions got smaller in the last year tho :(

Everything arrived cold and u edible

I have used Oasis for many years,collection only, But yesterday's order was not as good as usual , Burger was cheap and bland,chips where soggy ! Donar meet was not as good as has been,garlic sauce was out of a bottle. I will use them !

Food was delivered 20 mins before the scheduled time Even on a Saturday night! Delivery driver was very friendly and knocked quietly coz it was late 10/10

Excellent value for money and you have a lot of food. Always recommend to friends and will buy food from oasis again. Excellent all round.

Everything was excellent there during pick up. Service excellent, staff friendly, and no problems whatsoever except parking. Parking is usually hard to find. Even at 11pm at the night. But no problem, walking is my thing. I would recommend this place to you.

Well Google reviews about food was good but when I went on shop and try the food it was not good. I order pizza but the taste was not good. Too much cheese as it was chicken tandoori pizza but there was a little amount of chicken on it. Bad experience

You could taste the old/burnt/gone-off oil on the roasties and the chicken, tasted as if it was dipped in engine oil, it was actually disrespectful to my taste buds. The pizza tasted like the one you find in your fridge two days later and eat it anyway just because you’re greedy. ABOMINATION is the perfect word to describe this experience. Gone down hill majorly which is a shame.

quality of food was terrible. chicken was cold, very dry and bland and some of the salad ingredients were not fresh. won't be ordering again

came before delivery time, the food was quite nice(lamb and beef donor especially) only complaint is that the chips were a bit soggy but that’s probably the rain, mixed with the sweat so I can let it off. Worth the price.

Absolutely abysmal paid £4.50 for large cheese and chips to get a small, Spent £7 on a Shish wrap and it was smaller than the portion of cheese and chips food was cold and unpleasant at best WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

£7.50 for 4 pieces of chicken shish is a joke. Tiniest of portions. Food quality is poor and tasted like sand. It was burnt and made me feel sick. 100% waste of money

Very rude delivery drivers . They reduced the amount of donor meat when you order large Kebabs , you only get the equivalent of small kebabs. They reheat the chips many times , the Chips taste horrible !!

Don't know why it's 3.6 stars I have been in several times and the staff are always great, hardworking and fast. The food is always correct and well cooked. Honestly think it's the best kebab shop in Swansea.

I have ordered pizza from them couple of times and I really enjoyed it so decided to try something different and I am seriously surprised how much chicken meat they put inside the chicken wraps. I couldn't eat it at one attempt same as my partner could not finish his kebab as the portions are really massive. Everything very fresh and the prices are pretty good. Thank you!

Partners chicken was great, 2 big pieces cooked nicely. My garlic pizza was just ok, was quite dry and was VERY greasy. They also sent pepsi instead of coke, luckily my partner likes pepsi.

Kebabs could of had abit more meat to be honest. And more sauce, pitta bread was dry underneath. Apart from that, the cherry coke was lovely

Sad to see that oasis have now changed their just eat menu setup along with a price increase. You now cannot customise your choice of salad and sauces with a kebab so I guess you are just chucking all the salad and all the sauces on? Unfortunately it's a deal breaker for me. Will have to order somewhere else from here on in.

Last 2 times asked for chicken breasts as partner is allergic to dark meat and both times they've sent legs. Used to do it all time no problem so do t know if they've got new staff or something but somebody somewhere isn't communicating the right things/not checking notes :/

Food is yet to arrive. Tried ringing the restaurant multiple times and no answer. Food was supposed to arrive between 2:55 and 3:15, it's now 4:04 and still no sign?

Gravy is like jelly chips over cooked and I ask for 2 dr peppers and it come with 2 fruit shoot

Paid £15 for 2 chicken shish kebab. Had 6 small slices of chicken in mine and my son had 3 slices!! Absolute joke. Will never go there again.
