Chips were cold and rubbery. Rice was overcooked. Prawn crackers were extremely bland. Very poor quality meal

I used to order take away from here all the time , my last order must have been like 6 months ago. They were increasing their prices and the quality of the food disappeared . I do not recommend this place

Long estimated delivery time, but we didn’t mind too much, however after an hour and 45 minutes we assumed they had ignored our order as we had no communication from the restaurant regarding our order and when we checked, they were closed half hour previous. We tried calling but got no answer. Over 2 hours after our order was placed we received a notification to say our food was on its way and arrived about 15 minutes later. Food was freezing and had to go straight in the bin. So disappointing

The sides were great (ordered chicken balls) but the mains were pretty bad. The kung pao chicken was pretty much just chilli sauce over some very uncooked onions and peppers. The egg fried rice was cold when it arrived and tasted of just plain microwaved basmati rice you’d find in Tesco.

Good food as usual, delivery is normally early or on time so can't complain, must have been heavy traffic.👍🏻👍🏻

I always order from here, tried different dishes this evening and they were absolutely stunning, food arrived piping hot, the flavours and quality were so good, you’ve never disappointed!

I want to give minus stars as they failed to deliver the takeaway. It was paid for, checked a number of times and told it was on its way. It never arrived. Have refused a refund and after phoning a number of times they refuse to speak to us. Just a big scam outfit.

Your delivery driver was very rude, called me and was asked me if I was going to come down for me food or not I was confused then when I did get to the door he handed me the food and just walked off.

Chips - dreadful. Curry sauce - dreadful. Chicken balls - decent. S&S sauce - decent. Wouldn’t order again.

Delivered to the wrong address after an hour waiting and wanted another hour to deliver again. Unacceptable.

I placed my order with an estimated delivery time of 7:50pm, after this time had passed I reached out on the app and was advised that my order would be delivered by 8:25pm, again this time had passed. At 8:30 I called the restaurant for an update, which they advised my order was out for delivery. My order was delivered at 8:50pm an hour over the expected delivery time without an apology.

Great vibe from the guy on the desk and without a doubt the best salt and chilli king prawns in the city .

Absolutely disgusted with this place as made up the wrong food stuff. And say I am wrong it's what I ordered. As pork chop in peking sauce looks nothing like what they sent and supposed to be no onions or any other veg just the pork chops n sauce. As 100% would not purchase anything from here again.

Como no hay chuletas de cerdo como rodajas de cerdo en un montón de cebollas unas cuantas cebollas de primavera n 1 o 2 zanahorias como se supone que no hay cebollas o cualquier otra cosa, solo las chuletas de cerdo en la salsa de peking. Y dijeron que la orden era correcta. Así que supongo que el cliente en sus ojos siempre se equivoca como solo quería el dinero. Y no se molestó en hacer el pedido correcto, como no será pedir desde este lugar de nuevo, ya que la actitud cuando llamé y me quejé de que se equivocaron de orden era repugnante.

Took 2 and a half hours from ordering to it being delivered, then restaurant would not refund any money due to bad weather delaying order. Terrible service and will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered food at 7pm on uber eats. Stated the arrival time would be 8 to 820pm. Rang at 845pm to check and was told it was leaving for delivery. Still nothing at 905pm. So rang again amd was told it would be 10 minutes. Rang then again at 930 as it still wasn't here and cancelled. To which the answer was "okay bye". Don't waste your time or if you do wish to order what ithers deem terrible food. I'd order at lunch time if you want Chinese for dinner.

The food was ordered at 7.04pm. A delivery time of 8.25 - 8.45 was given (which was significant but probably due to it being valentines day). The food actually arrived cold and around 9.40.pm

Food was nice. The order was just so late and took so long to arrive. The original delivery time was already long, and then on top it was then late. Not sure what the problem was. When the phone line started working the gentleman I spoke to was apologetic.

Delicious! It was a rare treat in these straightened times that was worth every penny. There is a lovely wide choice of dishes, so there should be something for every taste. It is easily the best oriental food in Swansea. Well worth saving up for.

Really enjoyed, lovely food but a little expensive.

The worst meal I've had from this place. Most of it was inedible and ended up in the bin. The onions were stale and tough. The chips were hard, and tasted as though they had been warmed up from yesterday. I'll never use this take away again. My cat wouldn't even touch the chicken in the chow mein, which was swimming in grease. A total waste of my money.

Family arrived early as were given a delivery time of 19:15. Constantly trying to contact the restaurant to no avail and h food arrived at 21:10

I understand it was a busy evening, had I been told the delivery time was much later I would never have ordered, I would prefer to informed if a realistic time and make a choice before placing an order… will never order from here again
