A family meal to celebrate my birthday, we didn't notice the singing type of Cider on the drinks menu, and so I popped next door to by my son a Cider as he doesn't like lager, as soon the manager saw it he came over and said my son couldn't drink that and they sell copperburg, it was one can and the manager tried to make such a song and dance about it, we really should have walked out in hindsight, but we were sat down and we were hungry, the food was nothing more than average, a bit on the bland side to be honest, the bowls of rice came out late and there didn't seem to be any interest from the staff, this place is definitely not what it was a few years ago the new owners and staff just don't seem interested in weather the customers are happy and satisfied, the hole experience cost me over £110, I'm not sure if this is value for money but we came away thinking, let's not go there again. ( extremely underwhelming)

An impromptu dinner on site at The Karahi Punjabi. Great easy parking. Clean and fast service. Food was true Punjabi style and amazing. We had the chicken saag and keema peas with butter roti’s. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Actually ordered a takeaway and no complementary sauce or salad with starter's for the money charged.Seekh kebab all I could tast was salt & grit. Chicken tikka masala full of sugar & cream.The only plus side was the Nan. If you want Authentic experience then look elsewhere.

After being hugely disappointed with the dishoom restaurant we tried this one. Absolutely fantastic. Much more varied menu than the Dishoom. Food portions were huge and everything tasted fantastic. The staff were very friendly and the owner/manager (not sure which) was a lovely gentleman who made our experience very pleasurable and we felt very welcome there. Absolutely will eat there again.

Absolutely hopeless food and miserable service. Very unclean. We have been to several places in Hounslow and this was a big disappointment. No deserts available in a family restaurant. Food wasn’t cooked well. Spoons were visibly dirty. Staff was not interested in taking the order. Noodles were worse than homemade Maggie. Curries were pathetic. I’m big foodie and so highly advise Don’t Go!!!There are better places to go.

Good food, quick service, a little chaotic but a nice vibe. It's a bit pricey too. I'd say the quality has dropped a bit from earlier years.

This restaurant doesn't look a lot from the outside but go in, you will not be disappointed. Swift service, friendly staff and food which was out of this world. Really good value for money with chefs who really know what they are doing. The best Saag Aloo I have ever had!

Popped in after England Rugby match on way back to hotel. Very busy but got a table straight away. Great atmosphere - full of Indians (and others)which was a good sign. Quick service and excellent food - all at a reasonable price. Will definitely return if/when down this way again.

Hello there To be very honest the butter chicken I ordered through this restaurant was terrible taste. I think the chef doesn't know what butter chicken taste like. Advise To the manager Mate every customer is not European. People come here from different parts of the world remember that. And some know how the butter chicken taste's. This time, the service was really bad (rude waiters, very slow service, have to ask again and again). Usually, the manager who is running the restaurant that day feels he has to be really arrogant, act like 'I'm in charge'. They think they're in India, with that superior 'rob' (punjabi word). It means bossy superiority. It is unprofessionally run, from the diner's point of view. Simple idea: only one waiter or waitress should deal with a particular table. that's what the best restaurants do. One waiter looks after our table. The food was average. Previous times, the food at least was good. The food quality is hit and miss. You have to cross your fingers or stop coming. Do they have a new chef? Or different chefs, some good some bad? This place could be great. But it feels like they're not bothered. They need to remember, people come here to have a nice time.

Service BAD! Food was alright, could have been better as dined there in the past. The 2 men taking orders and serving customers (specially the one wearing glasses and turban) were so rude and neglected us so may times while passing our tabel. If not interested to serve us could have told, we would left!

Ordered collection of Butter chicken, Mixed grill and kebab roll. The butter chicken really didn’t taste like butter chicken. Rang the restaurant they were polite and said we can replace. Decided to have lamb Karahi instead. The sauce in there tasted like the one in butter chicken. We use to love their food, definitely not as tasty as use to be. This is a shame as before we use to order and eat in a number of times. Staff are polite. Get the old chef back.

Went with Seven friends to this popular restaurant in Hounslow West. The restaurant was clean and busy when we arrived. Service was good and the staff very polite. The food was amazing, tasty, authentic and large portions. The curries are not made the same as every other Indian you may be used to and are more traditional to the punjaab. What we got was really tasty, and highly flavoured dishes. Everything came hot and together and all my friends thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It was slightly pricy but the quality of the dishes made it worth it! We will be returning….. very soon!!

Place is so dirty that I wanted to leave but my daughter asked me to stay, service is far the worst I vê had , waiter ignored me many times while passing near our table, didn’t ask if we wanted anything to drink and clearly did not want to serve us but happily would chat and attend someone that speaks the same language as her . She was rude and unprofessional. Food was terrible, ginger chicken tasted exactly like the sauces you buy from the supermarkets, rice was overpriced and didn’t taste nice . When I got home I started to feel unwell and took a Covid test and I have tasted positive. I believe I got it due to this dirty place where they they touch the meat with their hands . Place stinks , no atmosphere and extremely dirty. I won’t be coming here ever again

Food was just about edible. The sizzling chilli garlic fish was terrible. What was meant to be Tilapia was some cheap white fish but definitely not Tilapia. The Korma was very ordinary too. Staff didn’t seem bothered that both meals went uneaten. Will not be back here that’s for sure.

I enjoyed the paneer, Manchuria and chaat here. My mum also enjoyed the food. I would go here again! Iv also had take out from here and enjoy the paneer

Ordered my food which had missing items, the sent the missing as good will gesture the food was really bad the CTM tasted like it had cheese in it. The mutter paneer just had chilli powder. Overall bad. poppadoms were really small as the dips. I will never go to this place again a waste of £40 if sub standard food a child could make

Always found this to be fantastic for food but a couple of times the food has not been cooked properly will not go there next time and instead try another place

Incredibly disappointed today as I had a reservation for a birthday booked in advance, called 10 minutes before to confirm booking and booking was confirmed over the phone. Upon arrival we were informed that there is no booking, bookings are not currently being taken and we must wait in the queue. After waiting in the torrential rain in a social distanced queue we decided to leave. We should not have been told we have a booking when we have not, this was the first time our family of 7 was going out after lockdown and we were looking forward to it. Will not be returning as this is unacceptable.

No longer called Karachi Express as the Express has been knocked off. This is the second visit and the staff have not worn mask. Will not returning here again. Toliets need to be regularly cleaned.

This is a nice informal place to eat but prices are very high...comparable to finer restaurants. Used to love the mixed grill but has got smaller and now costs £20!!

I ordered some food for take away.3 lamb kebabs2 full tandoori chickens2 Karahi paneerIt was a take away order to add to some North Indian food being cooked at home.I arrived to the restaurant to see it was very well presented. The surface areas were continually being clean and staff were wearing masks and there was a queue system being adhered to. My first impressions were positive. As soon as I paid the bill for my takeaway order, the food was brought out foil wrapped and very hot and fresh. I reached my parents home where a small celebration was being hosted and well, what can I say other than, well done to Karahi Express.The food was fantastic and very well received. The lamb kebabs were cooked to perfection. The tandoori chicken was tender, beautifully cooked and delicious. The Karahi paneer also excellent.I was provided some very nice chutneys and a salad at no cost which accompanied the food wonderfully.I cannot vouch for the other reviews from others, the conspiracy theorist inside me would suggest they are an attempt from rivals to denigrate this excellent restaurant.If you want genuine, first class tandoori Indian food, try this place yourself. If a take away order is this good, I will most certainly be trying for some in-dining at the restaurant in the near future.10/10

We are always assured of a warm welcome from Mr Dhillon and team. The food is excellent and comes quickly. We like the buzz and the atmosphere - very cosmpolitan and everyone getting along happily.

The East european waiter at karahi is crap. He has no respect to speak to guest and thinks that he is the boss of the place. I wonder why they get into a line of work when he doesn’t even know to say hello and greet people coming in. The other Indian waiters are welcoming and are perfect for the place.the food is awesome. But that guy need to be thrown out of this job.

Awful service!! Waited 3 hours for a delivery, finally arrived but only some naan and rice!! No curry!!!!! £62 for a pot of rice and a naan!!!

I visited this restaurant with some friends, one of whom was a regular visitor. We ate a choice of different foods and enjoyed all of them.

We had a terrible experience with this place. Choose a different restaurant. Don’t waste your time. The food took more than 1 hour to be served. We complained several times and the only excuse was: the food is not prepared in the microwave or we are busy. Waiters and what I believe was the owner was not even apologising for the delay. They really don’t care about customers because the restaurant was full. We saw 3 tables complaining exactly with the same issue.Terrible experience. Zero recommendation.Bad customer experience and bad attitude from waiters and owner (manager).

Ordered from here and had a terrible experience. The food was 45 minutes late but it was also completely incorrect. They added in someone else’s order, left out our samosas, naan bread and gave us the wrong lamb dish! When we called to tell them we got told to hold multiple times and we’re eventually hung up on! The driver brought back only what was missing but did not correct the lamb dish. Terrible service and the food is very average at best.

I went there today 12th October 2019 and was so incensed with the quality of the food that I had to write this review as soon as I got home. I Went there for a family meal with my wife and children. Ordered starters and drinks. When they arrived even though I'd only ordered 2 starters only 1 arrived. Okay fair enough mistakes happen and as we got full on the mixed grill so let it pass and had it taken off the bill. At the same time we had ordered 3 drinks and only 2 arrived but this time I insisted on the missing drink. Finally the main course of the 2 chicken curries,rice and 3 naans arrived 'COLD'. Apologies the rice was the hottest thing, but then again how difficult is it to heat rice! I complained to the waiter and asked him to taste for himself and he agreed it was cold. He then bought out the 're-heated chicken' and instead of bringing fresh naans slightly re-heated the same ones which were by now even harder than when they first came out. I've been going to this restaurant for the last 20 years or so, and on each visit have seen a steady decline in standards and the prices increasing. Today I told the owner this was my final visit. He tried to placate me by offering us free desert even after telling me he'd witnessed everything. However at no time did he intervene to rectify the situation or offer guidance to his staff. Even after paying the bill there was no offer of a discount to make up for the terrible condition the food arrived in both from the waiter or the owner. I'm so disappointed that this pioneering restaurant's standards have fallen to this level. I will never ever go back there again.Ps. Special thanks to Karahi Express in Hounslow for ruining my birthday celebrations with my family!

We hadn't been to Karahi Express for about 8 months and sadly the place has changed and not in a good way, we had to que which has never been a problem in the past but none of the staff even acknowledged us for 15 minutes, the layout has been totally changed and the food preparation area is now at the back of the building and not at the front where people would delight in watching the chief and his staff cooking all the dishes, no we found ourselves sitting in a restaurant that was only half way through its refurbishment with loose wires and hanging from an unfinished ceiling, holes in the walls and floors and no skirting boards, the service was pretty poor probably because there aren't enough waiters, the plates and cutlery were literally just thrown onto our table, you get the absolute bare minimum when they brought out the popadoms, no onion salad or lime pickle, then we received half the starters the rest coming with the mains which were sadly not as good as we remembered having the last time we visited, sadly we've now decided not to use Karahi Express any more as it's gone so far done hill.

Next day stomach ache and diarrhea. We had a Sag Paneer. Luckily my kids were the only ones that didn't eat the Sag. All the adults that ate ate suffered. The Lamb Biryani was clearly stale and the lamb was lacking.We have been to this place at least once a year and have noticed the drop in quality. Truly disappointed and found it pointless to go back and complain as all I would be given is an apology and food. The latter I care not for. Never again Karahi

This restaurant have the most rudest staff and the most unhelpful staff in the world they should be closed down for a variety of reasons ie dirty wet toilets with urine on the floor every evening . Staff being rude ignoring any questions or request and some staff look so scruffy and unhygienic .Last time I went they didn’t even serve us for 45 min and then came and told us they were closing soon so order quick . What a joke the worst service and the food is oily just convenience reasons I used to go but now never please avoid avoid avoid

Food great service appalling. Not one of our starters came up together. 4 of us eating the last starter came 20 mins after the first. Complained they were really not interested or did they care. To quote I only take the orders. Avoid if you want to eat together

Was taken by family who visit this place often. Loved the atmosphere and the food was quick to arrive. The food was hot, full of flavour and the portions were very generous! Will definatley visit again

Visited this ghastly place with a group of 7 friends. Firstly the starters came mixed grills with amstari fish as starters. Totally bland and fish was freezing cold and seemed like leftovers from other diners!!

Ice undercooked, Karahi lamb (spicey) mild bland too much tomato. Pricey for what you get, very disappointing.

Had dinner with my family here and enjoyed some delicious tandoori grilled cuisine. Would recommend the fish tikka and chicken tikka starter specials! Decent customer service too.

Well that was a waste of time re visiting this place waited ages to be served and the guy who served did not understand English but we placed our orders when the food arrived I was looking for the meat with my meal but it was not there my friend said his food was only just warm my other work friend arrived but the kitchen was now closed he asked what I had ordered I said meat biryani but had been given a veggie meal That explained where the meat went.

Well just found this place by recommendation from the guys at work Very busy place lots going on menu had lots of good things to eat on and the quality of the food was excellent was able to watch our food being prepared. You were also able to bring your own drinks in to the place and enjoy the atmosphere. its a very popular place to eat and have a private suite for party's at a responsible cost.

We visited on a busy Saturday night. We received the warmest of welcomes and as we were new were asked to sit near the main counter so that the staff could give us their special attention. Everything came quickly. The food was fantastic. The place was buzzing - everyone seemed to be having a great time. We look forward to our next visit.

Went on a saturday evening , the place was packed and had a very lively atmosphere with various birthday parties going on. If you are looking for an intimate dinning experience then keep looking , this is not it.

When your food experience at a restaurant starts with a menu card stained with food then you should leave that place immediately. But we stayed put only bcoz of the rave reviews we heard from one of our friend.

Visited for a late lunch and though greeted well by the owner or someone senior at least. The food took time to arrive, the half pints weren’t and served in less than half pint glasses. Food was ok and certainly not how it has been on my last visit some years back. The mixed grill was under seasoned and the mint chutney is just mint sauce in yogurt.

Very authentic food. Service a bit slow but food so good this didn’t dampen the experience. Great range of food on the menu and you can bring your own booze 😜

Excellent food made in front of you in a open glass kitchen. Place is crowded and buzzing with families and groups of friends enjoying food. The food is excellent and service is great compared to the crowd. This place also has some excellent vegetarian food and the naans are perfect. A must visit place if you are staying close to LHR and is opp hunslow station. Highly recommended !!

Chose the restaurant at random and what a gem. Welcoming friendly staff, wide menu choice, delicious food and inexpensive. You can see the chefs preparing the meals behind glass and they make it look an art form. What a find!

We asked for very mild curry and this was not the csse. The chicken dish was too hot, the potato dish was too hot and the spinich dish was horrid.

As a regular over many years I love the taste and quality of the food here and the friendly relaxed atmosphere, however recent mgt change has meant the service has dropped a bit in attentiveness as new staff are settling in, however the portion sizes have also shrunk, specially of my favourite dish the mixed grill, I hope this is rectified quickly.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Surtout le mixed grill avec du poulet, kebab et le naan traditionnel est à recommander.

We have been dining with Karahi for several years now and enjoy their food. We often place orders online via Just East. The last couple have been very late and tonight's order hasn't arrived at all after 2 hours. Called the restaurant on 3 occasions and each time told food would be with us in a few minutes but nothing arrived. No apology and don't seem keen to refund us either.

We came here as a family on Saturday night (due to other restaurants in the area being fully booked) and it was absolutely appalling service. The restaurant is so ridiculously loud that you can barely hear yourself let alone anyone else speak. Worse there are only two guys that can apparently take your order but they are constantly busy manning the takeaway counter so it take you at least 30 mins before anyone will come to take your order. The food took forever to come and whilst it did taste ok/nice we found a hair in it. Overall whilst the food was ok the general experience of dining here completely ruins your evening and just leaves you feeling drained.

Excellent café style restaurant with an excellent menu and fresh food cooked in an open kitchen.

This food is braw food, the ginger chicken and chilli chicken are absolutely marvellous. I take them from Hounslow West to my family in Pitlochry in highland Perthshire Scotland. My brother Stuart absolutely adores the curries I take up. The rice dishes are really good but the breads are not much to my liking unfortunately. However, the food staff and service is excellent.

Office group outing for a curry table booked for approx 1730. First the quality of the Nan bread, it was dry and stale. The dips for the popadoms, well one tasted like toothpaste. I then had the lamb curry, and what meat there was in the sauce was joined by what looked like spinal discs and large lumps of other assorted bones. I was lucky not to loose a tooth.

We went there with the family and a excellent service was provided with good tasty food we will definitely go back there again.

Okay it does not look great from outside and inside it is more a cafe than anything else.

Nice and hot tasty meals especially the hot nan's coming of the tandoori oven plus all the kebabs are special with their fantastic flavours, served sizzling to your table, leaves you mouth watering. The Biryani rice is also very tasty and made like a mogal dish. Generally all the dishes were very nice and enjoyed myself.

Ordered following a recommendation; pretty poor; ordered 3 mains - meat in all 3 were dry, chewy and lacked flavour - almost like it was cooked yesterday. Poppadoms were like ones from a packet. Delivery guy was nice tho. Won’t be ordering again - back to me regular one which I regret cheating on

We stopped after a rugby match at Twickenham and had good service and good food in a lively atmosphere. Would go back!

Having worked at Heathrow for just under two decades, this was a regular haunt for us in a night out but on the last visit, I have to say that I was not happy.

i had heard a lot of things about this place, so i decided to take friend for lunch. we sat down ,the place was not busy. my friend odreded a beer and we odered a jeera chichken and a naan for a starter. the waiter brought the chicken first, and latter the naan, and relized he didnt bring the serving soon so by time he has got everything togather the chicken had lost its heat.

Visited this restaurant few times , food is typical indian taste.As i lived in india for 2 years , i know the taste of typical indian curry and thus place provides quite similar.

I dont know but this place is going down as service is not good at all, i had to finished my food quickly to leave. To noisy and busy but not enough staff to look after

I have given this place one star because of the food and service from some of the staff. my first plate had something pink stuck on it, I told the manager to change it he wasn't that bothered, got me a new plate which also had a bit of crap stuck on it.

Nice restaurant, I loved the open kitchen, I hope the chefs were not intimidating by us watching them cook. The food was delicious! We had the jumbo prawns and butter chicken, both great. We also had the mushroom rice which was yummy. Garlic naan and samosas were not so great, but the rest can be recommended.

I went here with my friends yesterday evening. The food wasn't nice to be honest. Their mild curry is too hot. Their hot plates did not come out hot or sizzling.The drinks too too long to arrive. The service was bad. We wanted chips to dunk in our curry and the manager said "this is not a fish and chip shop". Rude!All of this happened and it wasn't busy or half full.

Very simply... if you want down to earth, typical full flavoured muglai cuisine, then this is the place to go... also being able to bring your own booze is a plus and you can bro ng what you like to drink rather than be restricted by a menu.

This place is worth a visit. The busy atmosphere shows that this is a place that people love to visit. I would advise to order a range of starters rather than mains as the starters are delicious. I would defintely order a mixed grill , chilli panner, papri chaat and gol guppa. Added to this you can take your own bottle is a bonus !!

we love to dine out here, their food is yummy and authentic punjabi not the fusion of English n punjabi. red chutney they serve with starter is no match !! My family love both veg and non veg delicacies !!! Just be there on anyday and enjoy yummy food

Estábamos en la zona y me recomendaron este restaurante como el mejor en la franja. Nos pareció que era uno de los mejores restaurantes indios que he tenido. Tuve la chuletas de cordero para empezar, muy bueno. Mi esposa tenía el pollo Jalfrezi y tuve el pollo Karachi. Pedimos el tamaño ya nos habían advertido que el jacuzzi estaba muy caliente. Ambos eran excelentes. Teníamos un par de arroz y pan roti. Sin duda regresaríamos cuando en la zona.

Fuimos para el almuerzo los domingos 1:00 pm pero parecía el restaurante no puede ser abierto, ya que el personal realmente no puedo decir mucho cuando entramos.

Son's Birthday Dinner, WOW, just thinking about that place makes my mouth water, excellent food, Chicken Methi, Pilau Rice, Chicken Tikka Rolls, Keema Nann (the best i've ever had),

Too oily food. More oil than actual food. We asked for some salad - was charged for it! Billed us for something we didn't order, which was corrected in the end. There are better restaurants in the vicinity, trust me!

After being a regular at the Hayes branch I thought the same standard would be throughout. Couldn't have been more wrong! Starter of chicken tikka was lovely, succulent and tasty and I couldn't wait for the next course. I ordered chicken dhansak which had no taste to it and tasted more like chicken korma, couldn't eat it! The chicken tikka masala my friend ordered was very bland and had no taste. Menu said medium spicy and there was no spice at all! We also ordered a keema nann, never seen anything like it! Thin and crispy and was more like a pizza, again very bland with no taste. The draught cobra beer was flat so overall was a huge disappointment and won't be going back there again!!

Having had a fantastic visit to the Wasps/Exeter chiefs game at Twickenham what was needed before our travels back to Devon was a fantastic, authentic curry. Having passed through west Hounslow on the sat nav route in, we thought that would be our area of choice-we were not disappointed!As you enter the restaurant you pass the chefs toiling away behind transparent screens, and you get an immediate sense of authenticity and freshness. The setting itself is basic but practical, as the turn over is swift and efficient. The food was absolutely faultless, onion bhaji, seekh kebabs, mixed grill, lamb tikka, chilli paneer, malai chicken, ally parohta, garlic naan, saag, mutter allu...... and a demo of how to eat the pani puri (although not really sure what it actually contained!)The main man, was helpful, knowledgeable and funny, especially as one of our party was a no spice man....Lovely big cold tiger and kingfisher beer, a delicious mango lassi, water on the tables, and fresh chutneys. We ate our fill, and for £25/head which did include copious beers, and a generous tip it was very reasonable.As we were leaving, three young travellers were undecided outside, and we did not hesitate to recommend it, hopefully their visit was as fulfilling as ours. If you are looking for a curry, stop here without hesitation!

Picked up 4 lamb rolls and 2 chicken tikka rolls for take out. Took about 25 mins to make, but it didn't really seem like anything special unfortunately. The people who ate the lamb rolls, really enjoyed them, but the chicken tikka was dry and not very flavourful. Maybe it was an off day for them.

A fabulous restaurant great tasting food but they could try not to use ghee in their food.The dishes are self catered to your taste and that is how they will cook them. Am used to having nice hot food and know my taste buds well and experience from home cooking and my own cooking.If you ask for hot and spicy food one should not expect a sprinkle of chili powder at the end or a plate of green chilies. This place cooks traditionally so expect good taste.Not very vegan friendly you have to specifically ask for the dish how you want it cooked and they will cater it for you in the manner you wish to eat.

best to go here in a group and go early. recommend the Mixed Tandoori Platter, and Chill Paneer will feed 4+ any day . You can get beers from off-licence next door too :-)

After the second time we realized had to come back to London to eat there again!Great service, amazing food.

We've been to Karahi express many times and found it to offer satisfying Punjabi cuisine. The Grills are very good and they can make food as hot as you like. The karahi dishes are good too, served with lovely fluffy garlic naan. Perfect for a casual night out with BYOB, provided you don't mind smelling like tadka after.

After a busy day in Hounslow, we decided to stop here for lunch as me and my parents were very hungry. The restaurant is has very bright colours so it is easy to find amongst busy shops not far from Hounslow West Underground station. Inside you can see the open kitchen clearly visible with the tandoori oven and Karahis so you can see that the food is freshly prepared and made. Seating and tables arrangements are good together with a small bar and a few customer toilets at the back, which is one downside. At the time of our arrival, it was not very busy and there were a only 2 waiters serving us and other customers. We ordered our food and within half an hour it arrived. We had a main course of some garlic naan and tandoori Paratha with Chicken Methi and Chana Masala to share between the three of us. The food was tasty and quite feeling but it was dry, had so much oil and was very spicy. It was a good thing that my parents had some sweet tangy mango sauce as well as natural yogurt that is served on each table and that I myself ordered a mango shake that is very sweet, creamy and tasty and that helped quench the heat of our food. We went in expecting the very best but sadly on this occasion, it was not to be. Hopefully, food quality should improve over time. This restaurant does takeaway as well and if you like the last of your meal but can not finish it, just kindly ask the staff and they will be happy to put it in a container for you. People with certain food allergies need to stay away or be extra cautious as they cook with certain ingredients such as nuts in their food. Always let me know before you oder your food. Price is what you expect from most if not all restaurants, but if you prefer hot and spicy food of any kind then try eating here when you happen to be in the west side of Hounslow. Our overall experience is average but could of been much better.

We have had several great takeaway meals from this place but have never had a sit down meal inside. The takeaways have always been excellent. Great Portions and tasty food. Cannot really fault it but if any negative it would maybe be that the parking here is at a real premium and can be very difficult. Having said all of that we would certainly come here and buy food again.

Food was average and service even worse. Could not recommend. After starter waited ages to order main but they did not have time to ask us. Poor.

The meal is freshly prepared and served hot. Meat well done as one would like. Portion size is great too. The only downside that for someone who know their food, serving Dal Tadka (as chana dal) which is a cheaper alternative to Toor dal. It is not much about the price I am sure but for somethings one should not go away from traditions and indulge in experiments.

Dont be off put by sitting next to people you dont know. This is a friendly place and has the best chicken tika masala in the world.Id rate it 10 stars if i could.Its so good iv had a takeaway bought back to dudley(2hours+ away) because of how much i love the food.Just go its amazing

Food is nice but very noisy place,, me and my friend were very upset by group next to us.. service is nice but because of that spoilt out party.

This place seems to have changed over time; although the main usp as one of the only places to serve meat dishes in hounslow west (most are veggie) quality has dipped. Subsequent trips quality and service have become worse and the 'authentic' feel has gone. Few dodgy looking staff choices too.

Came here a month ago and was really happy to come back here again to indulge in the authentic Indian cooking experience the kitchen is open therefore you can see you meal being cooked from fresh if you wish.There were only three other Caucasians in the place which is testament to the authentic taste. Great atmosphere I will be back

My colleague deceived to take us to this place. The service was fine. It was a bit difficult to understand the waiter at times. I ordered methi paneer and garlic nan. When it arrived I could not believe the amount of oil my dish was swimming with. I had to carefully remove the paneer and methi out squeezing the oil out. The other thing that was very odd was that our main dishes arrived about five minutes before the naans. Great shame. Give this one a miss.

Basic restaurant - but the food we had was sensational, full of fresh spices and herbs one of the best curries I've had in a long while. Service was excellent and the view into the cooking area highly entertaining. Highly recommended if you're after a good value for money feed without the airs and graces of a fancy restaurant.

this place is among the best pakistani cuisine joint in hounslow. the food is very tasty and the staff is warm and polite. if you like kebabs and tandooris this is the place to go to

Been going to this restaurant for a few years now. The quality of the food has always been high. I really recommend the mixed grill starter, butter chicken and garlic naan. Great value for money, with the option of bringing your own alcohol makes for a really enjoyable night. I would advise booking ahead as it can get busy really quickly.

Very popular with families and locals. As with most Karahi restaurants this is in equilibrium with both food and service. The bonus is the BYO with alcohol! So you'll get merry before dessert!
