Rice paper sandwiches are the future! Vietnamese food is one of the tastiest and healthiest I've experienced in my world travels. The problem is it can be messy to eat, especially on the go. Kaleido nails the wrapping technique and it doesn't fall apart - even whilst walking. And loads of different varieties - I was spoilt for choice. I was amazed to find so many authentic flavours like real thai basil leaf and mint and textures like quinoa and crispy tofu and surprises like roasted aubergine and sweeet potato. All in sustainable packaging. So pleased to see Kaleido in St Pancras station main concourse too - a great alternative to the Pret a Manger and supermarket monopolies!!
